Personally will say this topic is a mere speculation but not exactly what will happen in the cryptocurrency space, I never see any possibility of Cardano taking over ethereum.
For now this does not seems to happen where Cardano taking over the ETH happening soon at least. May be in future it can happen depends upon the demand and the use ability of the coin across the world . But now ETH has no threat per say from any coin for next year and it will continue to dominate the altcoin. |

I'd set half aside on a bank account and use the other half to buy as much bitcoin as I can.

If we take as an example Venezuela, or various African states - in which bitcoin is actively used, then at the moment I cannot say that the use of bitcoin has led to a significant reduction in poverty, although this may happen over time. But at the moment I cannot say that this somehow had a positive effect on the economy of these states.
With the use of Btc or other crypto people who are unemployed have got a source of income to earn and this is helping them as they are becoming self depended and do not have to worry about getting job . Also this is helping the government to get extra tax from such people too . |

I don't think there is any strategy that gamblers can use to win against the house because in gambling, its inevitable to lose. There is a high high chance that you can lose all your money into it. The house always win because gamblers tend to become greedy when they are winning consecutive times. They will only stop if they lose all their money. They don't know how to go out with the profit they have in their hands. Greediness kills the gamblers. Other than becoming greedy house has to win irrespective of what accuse they run the business where they have to make profits, cover all the expenses which they incur and other stuff. It is not so easy for people to win money from the casinos or the gambling site unless luck is purely on your side which can help you win it. |

unfortunately, not all tax regulations were written properly. taxes are collected for government services. but there should be a fair computation on which social class should be paying more.
Our country is clear about it that taxes on capital gains has to be paid and any profits earned is attracted to pay the tax accordingly. Government require money for the economic growth, development , infrastructure etc and thus they do not want to miss out any such opportunity to levy the taxes on any such capital gain earned. |

Whatever 2018, I still think we needed it. There is nothing wrong with the market falling. This is a perfectly normal situation. It is also good that it helps to get rid of unnecessary coins and fake crypto enthusiasts, because we have to support and believe in crypto in any case.

Woz's net worth is estimated to be around US$100 million currently, and I doubt he earned even $100 thousand by selling all of his BTC at the peak price (if he did that at all). Apparently, there's nothing to boast about for him lately, and it's a pitiful sight, frankly speaking.
It is also quite possible that he might have sold at much lesser price but now telling he sold at all time high of 20k. Good for him if he was able to manage to sell at right time before the market started to crash and would have invested all the money in his new venture. |
