Long answer:
That depends on which bounty manager are your referring to.
Some bounty managers tend to stick to their rules within the bounty campaign itself but if for some reason, they are influenced by the project team to make reductions/changes then he/she might not have any choice but to implement it.
Some bounty managers also clearly state on their bounty campaign rules something like this:
"Bounty pool allocated to this campaign will be 50% less if the participants will be less than 100"
That should give you a hint that when the total number of participants on that particular bounty campaign category does not reach the said amount then the allocated bounty pool will be reduced.
My simple suggestion is; before joining/participating on any bounty campaign, Read and understand the rules and if there's some part of it you don't like, make a suggestion to the bounty manager or don't join.

Why not just purchase a copper rank upgrade rather than complaining about the merit system? Copper rank allows you to post images and wear member ranked-signatures which I think is enough for a translator to continue their work/applications. I know most bounty campaigns only accept Jr. member and above ranks but there are also few bounty campaigns out there that accepts copper ranks (despite them being a newbie/brandnew); just search around. Also, if your portfolio for your recent translations is impeccable, I'm you wouldn't have a hard time getting reservations.

For OP's topic, lagi ko sina-suggest sa mga kababayan natin, 'wag i-base desisyon 'nyo na sumali sa campaign just because trusted yung bounty manager. Even yung mga matagal na sa trabahong yan may mga bounty campaigns parin sila na nagiging scam. Always do you your own research sa project mismo. Read the whitepaper, see and inspect the website, check if may escrow ang bounty pool & join discussions within their telegram/discord groups. Tao lang din mga bounty managers and only has a pair of eyes, nagkakamali rin. So if you have hesitation about the project, inform the bounty manager ASAP. The list OP gave may only be used as a guide.

From what I've read somewhere, copper ranks has the ability to wear signatures same as a member rank and a member rank can only wear signatures without colors. That's why when you preview your signature it's colored but when actually wearing it, it's light blue which is the default color of a link.

I wonder when is that? Are you guys even on track with your roadmap? It's good that BM is listed on cobinhood but we need more than one exchange to get things going. Are there any plans for that too? 
No updates on the social media channels, this thread alone is too quiet. Just because your ICO is done doesn't mean you should stop on posting updates here. Seriously, for an advertising company, you guys doesn't seem to utilize all possible measures to promote your platform.

Indeed they should. I remember back then when Irfan_Pak10 run the very first automated social media bounty campaign portal he called BountyPortals, after some campaigns have ended, we see many participants complain about not getting any rewards, or missing stakes. Irfan did addressed the issue and take time to fix his bounty platform. It was a good move did by it's founder. Nowadays, there are plenty of bounty platforms anybody could join but some are still missing a crucial feature; transparency. No participants would be able to tell if how many participants is involved, the entire bounty pool allocated to the bounty campaign or how the rewards are calculated per participant.

• Board restrictions

Isa sa pinaka useful feature ng copper rank upgrade is that kapag newbie or jr. member ka, when you purchase copper rank member upgrade, makakapag-suot kana ng signature codes na angkop lamang sana para sa mga Member ranks. If you find a bounty campaign that allows copper rank members to participate, chances are (depende sa bounty campaign rules/rewards structure), ang ibibigay na rewards/stakes sa'yo ay katumbas ng sa Member rank.
Another useful feature is allowing someone to post images on your posts. Maganda ito para sa mga aspiring translators diyan or sa mga mahilig mag share ng mga pictures dito sa forum.

A few people are already selling out their ETI's on Exrates at 0.00000172 BTC  Come on people, if you wanted to see this coin increase it's price, at least hold until it reaches $1 or until they get listed on a proper, more volume exchange. On the otherhand, I think it's wise to place a buy order on the said exchange later on, when the bounties are distributed, more people will likely try and dump their hard earned ETI's. Waiting for the announcement date of the distribution.

Actually meron. But, only for those who are Brandnew, Newbies or Jr. member ranks. 'Cause once they purchase the Copper Member rank upgrade, pwede na sila mag-suot ng signature ng mga Member ranks.
As stated by theymos here:
"Many of these limitations can be eliminated with a copper membership. In particular, you can set a signature at Member level if you wear a copper membership."

Kaya doon sa mga newbies diyan na hirap makakuha ng merit at gustong sumali sa mga bounty campaign, simply buy the copper rank upgrade at makakapag-bounty na ulit kayo. That is if yung bounty campaign na sasalihan 'nyo, allowed ang mga copper ranked members. 

Kalma lang brad.  Hindi naman mandatory na gumawa ng topic ang kahit na sino dito sa forum. Kung mapapansin mo, madalas yung mga may matataas na rank, sumasagot na lamang sa mga posts, especially kung may mga katanungan yung mga newbies o may gusto linawin. Those who came before us already did their part, answering countless of inquiries ng mga baguhan dito sa forum. Think about it, at the current forum state, kung sila (yung mga high-ranking members) pa mismo gagawa ng mga guides/topic, those merits will go to them, newbies and low ranking members will have no chance to increase their ranks since wala na silang pwedeng gawing guides or any interesting topics. The way I see it, nagpapa-ubaya ang mga high ranking member dito to the lower rank members para at least hindi sa kanila mapunta yung merits.  Also, I think, there's already lots of guides/interesting topics in other sections of this forum and I don't see any reason na i-translate pa natin ito into Filipino since most Filipino's can basically understand English. 

Same thing happened to me just yesterday.
I received an email stating that I have an unclaimed bounty from a recently ended bounty campaign.
Being curious, I viewed the email and this is what I got:


The email contains a few fancy words telling me that I have participated on their "Facebook campaing" (Campaign  ) and I have an unclaimed XDMC Token
I don't recall joining this bounty campaign tho.  



The email also contains  a link to their supposed "claiming form" which is asking me to go to a MEW (MyEtherwallet) Phishing site.
The correct MEW Address is this: https://www.myetherwallet.com

So to all who has their emails open on public, be careful.

Maganda yung site. Mas maigi kung malagyan ng mark kung aling bounty campaign ang naka-escrow yung bounty pool.
'cause that would mean na sigurado ang payment sa mga bounty hunters when that campaign ends.
One example is ESOex Bounty Campaign.
Nakalist na sa website mo OP yung campaign pero hindi indicated na naka-escrow yung bounty pool.
Also please adjust the bounty pool allocation to 25M EXP TO 50M EXP.
