1961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IEO]HDX - The Most Valuable EXCH Token! Digital Asset EXCH Star 2019 on: October 23, 2019, 04:36:46 AM
The exchange itself looks neat and clean. I can see that one feature is being able to buy and sell game assets, which games are currently supported? As far as I known ENJIN has the most audience right now and supports lots of games; it would be wise to list that token. Also, will there be a possibility of adding a dividends feature? I know buy-back and burning HDX tokens is already great news but having dividends features would also be a great addition to this exchange and could possibly bring in more traders.
PS. Sent you a proposal for a bounty campaign management service. Hope to hear a response soon.  Wink

talunin natin paymaya, Gcash.
Payment processors 'lang Paymaya, Gcash even coins.ph, no need na kalabanin natin mga yan, mas maigi pa nga if we could make partnerships with these companies para mas maraming ways to use the coin.

This will depend on how it is produced whether that's staking or mining, and if there will be incentives to run full nodes like masternodes or not.
Pwede both PoS/PoW  Grin

We'd also need to raise enough funding to pay this small core team for a few years
Which will be through ICO/IEO? Mas patok ngayon yung IEO pero when using that method, kelangan talaga ng initial funding just to get listed for an IEO on any exchanges, unless willing makipag-partnership like yung mga bago pa lang.

Good thing you shared this OP.
1965  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Do we want our own coin? on: October 22, 2019, 02:22:37 PM
This will be an open source, community coin, but we need to jumpstart it somehow.

100% support this as well. We will be needing someone who can code or maybe mag-fork nalang sa mga existing coins?

Quote
Hindi sya pwede galing sa gobyerno, besides pag gumawa ng coin sila, it will be controlled by them and sigurado pegged to the fiat Peso somehow.

1966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If You Died Tomorrow, What Would Happen To Your Crypto? on: October 22, 2019, 11:08:13 AM
I think TrustVerse and Digipulse is a similar platform. But as for me, I wouldn't trust my crypto to any 3rd party services. The best thing to do is, while you're still alive and kicking, make sure to teach and share your knowledge to the people you trust; people you wish to inherit your cryptocurrencies when you die. Teach them how to access your cryptocurrencies, how to effectively safeguard it, use it and possibly profit from it. Then, that's the time you can make a will about it. This way, not only they will surely inherit your cryptocurrencies, but they will also have full knowledge of what to do with it.
1967  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Crypto games? on: October 21, 2019, 05:37:29 PM
I tried searching before for mobile games and there are many listed in google playstore that will make you earn crypto tokens, however there are some that full of ads and some that are laggy,I haven't tried one again but some have good reviews. I wonder if there is like RPG or even candy crush alike games that able to earn crypto in every level so our past time can be profitable too.

Searching on google I've stumbled upon this website that lists the top 15 most anticipated crypto-games this 2019. If you're after an RPG-type crypto-game, this list has it.
The list are:
The SixDragons (MMORPG)
9Lives Arena(9LA) (PVPRPG)
War Riders (PVP)
Cryptic Conjure (MMORPG)
Zombie battleground (Cards?)
Cryptofights (1vs1)
Chainbreakers (Strategy RPG)
Crypto Space Commander (MMO) - Love the graphics on this one
Taurion (MMO)
Alterverse (multi-world and game creation multiverse? Not sure what that means. lol)
Gods Unchained (Cards again)
War of Crypta (PVP)
Forest Knight (Turn-based strategy game)
Cats in Mechs (RPG)
Blankos (Party system? Characters are kinda cute.)

1968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [IEO] CurioInvest - Bringing collectables into the digital world on: October 21, 2019, 03:30:05 PM
sends in 5,000 CUR tokens (+few ETH for gas/fee) to be distributed to the bounty campaign participants. (I'm not getting paid in doing this tho. Cheesy )

And what is your opinion regarding this project? are they professional enough as a legit company based on your experience in dealing with them after numerous times of delay in payment?
I have been holding this token since the beginning but it looks like they are very busy attending the events but do not really care about the holders or the investors. I like their concept and have been wanting to stock up the tokens, but their activities do not look convicting.

Sure they're legit, but that's just me. Anyone could have a different opinion. There are delays in my payments but that just about it, they still manage to deliver their promises.
The way I see it, for them to be still sending 5,000 CUR Tokens each week for the bounty campaign participants is a plus factor. I mean, if they wanted to they could have kept these tokens and ran off weeks ago, but they didn't. I think the only problem was the team was so busy; proper communications between them and their followers/investors were left out. But, as of now seeing their activity on telegram, I guess they're doing their best to communicate with everyone.

1969  Other / Off-topic / Re: Money can't buy happiness ... on: October 21, 2019, 01:33:06 PM
Money can be an instrument to make us happy. It doesn't necessarily mean that just having money makes you happy, it's what you do with it that might bring you happiness and everyone else.
Examples, If you like cars, then you can buy a gorgeous car with your money. If you dreamed of having a beautiful house, then you build/buy a house with your money.
You could feed the poor by buying food packs with money, you could donate to charities with money and all sorts of things.
Kahit anong promises pa gawin nila when the campaign starts, hindi parin talaga magiging happy ending.
Tao lang din kasi mga BM's and there will be times na yung evaluation nila about the company/startup/project ay hindi 100% accurate, that's the time that the bounty hunters can also help on validating the company/startup/project.
Remember that everyone always have a choice, pupwede kayo sumali, pupwede din hindi.
You also have a choice to voice out your opinion about the said company/startup/project, at least you can help on raising awareness not only sa BM pati narin sa kapwa mo bounty hunter.

Hi, folks. Do you know any crypto online games implemented already?

Hashrush. An online sci-fi/fantasy RTS game that gives it's players cryptocurrencies such as ethereum as a reward.
Although it is not fully implemented yet, it is currently on Alpha version and anyone can try out the game.
It's kinda like a mining but within a fun and vibrant game. More details here: https://hashrush.com/index.php/about-game
1972  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Brave browser ! For anti malware and blocking ads on: October 21, 2019, 07:02:19 AM
Wow. I just tried it today and there's a huge difference in their RAM consumption.
I tried opening just 6 tabs on google chrome (all just pages here on Bitcointalk) and it already eats around 816mb of RAM.
While on Brave, opening same number of tabs is 50% lower at 439mb. That surely is a plus factor especially to those who have less resources but loves multi-tasking.
Add to the fact that this has built-in security features and rewards system; Man, I'm gonna use 'til forever.  Grin

1973  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Aegis Authenticator, isang maganda alternative sa Google Authenticator/Authy on: October 21, 2019, 12:36:35 AM
Advantages ng Aegis kumpara Google Auth:
  • modern interface
  • Open source
  • Pwedeng mag backup
  • AES-256 Encryption, password/fingerprint lock

Aba maganda nga. I like the fact na kaya netong mag-back ng lahat ng accounts, hindi pa-isa isa (using secret keys). Kaso wala pa silang version for windows?
I will try this on an android emulator for now. Hopefully gumana. Yun na ata pinaka-back-up feature neto. The only advantage of it is built talaga for windows.
1974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do Investors always turn to reduce or deny bounty hunters their payments on: October 20, 2019, 04:52:34 PM
"bounty manager and project owners have the right to male changes to the bounty tool at any point in time"
Should the above statement be allowed to continue?

If you see such phrase being put in place, you should stop and think about it for a second. Don't just jump in and participate without thinking it through. If you decide to join, then that was your choice.
Remember that nobody in this forum is forced to participate in any bounty campaign and, the problem is, most people always have high hopes about the campaigns they have participated; but, when things go sideways and doesn't meet their expectations, you'll hear them complain about it over and over again. You can't really blame a startup's bounty campaign for having such rule. Crypto-market and as well as IEO/ICO's are unpredictable, which is why a startup aiming to get funded through cryptocurrencies have to be flexible in order to succeed. Such abrupt changes may happen even before the bounty campaign has ended.
1975  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your favorite free PC game? on: October 20, 2019, 03:23:45 PM
Not sure if a mobile game played through an android emulator on a pc can be called a "pc game" but Ragnarok Mobile is what gets me still very much awake 'til midnight these days. It's a fun and social game that requires you to heavily socialize in order to progress in the game. Meaning, you will have to join a guild, make friends and have a party to complete some dungeons/instances. Most kids (and kids at heart) way back in the early 2000's know this game. That crappy looking side-scrolling 2D pc game was made beautiful and is now bigger than ever.
1976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Swirge.com | A Decentralized Facebook | Earn Rewards for each Post! on: October 20, 2019, 08:22:33 AM
Since it is a decentralized platform, I take it nobody is governing the users? Nobody is validating the authenticity of the user identities? How will you guys fight the possible fake/bot accounts that will flood into this platform once the clear value of $OKU is known? 'Cause I'm pretty sure if people know that there's a possible way to generate income by using Swirge, many users will start to use other means to possibly earn more of this platform's coin just to get a couple of pennies. Also, viewing on desktop, the site looks more like a forum than a traditional social media platform. You guys might want to change the layout/design a bit, make it more appealing.
1977  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [IEO] CurioInvest - Bringing collectables into the digital world on: October 20, 2019, 06:11:13 AM
But one thing i don't get it what why would the team "dump" on any case. It wasn't like there would even be a walls to dump it into. If they really did for the few hundred bucks it they are poorer then the bounty hunters.

I think that is a good observation! There is no point in cashing out pennies when we all know this project has great potential and all the best efforts exerted would be gone into thin air just for a small sum of money which is ridiculous and unbelievable!

So, If I'm not mistaken, there could had been a possibility of some kind of internal conflict - just a theory (if the telegram admin has been a member of the core team) which is quite normal among organizations or that fudster may had other motives justifying his actions. Either way, it could cause some unwanted effects but I hope it is minimal and the team could resolved it asap.

Personally, I still believe in the team's integrity unless otherwise proven with convincing evidence! Imho.

Here's an official response from the Founder.
Quote
Hi guys stepping in here to shed light. Team is currently abroad with scarce access to internet. Unfortunately an admin was inpatient with his token delivery and cause some ungrounded FUD. We are in contact now with him and bounty/ trading discussion will move to another channel until then pls refer for bounty questions to https://t.me/CurioInvestBounty
Source: https://t.me/curiocarQA/28530

My guess is and based on what I've gathered; the problem was the administrator who is in charge of the main telegram group, his payments got delayed and instead of waiting patiently for it to be delivered, he/she made some bad claims about the project. Back when I was running this project's bounty campaign; payment for my management service fee also got delayed, several times, and the team always expresses the same reason: they're busy, doing numerous events and traveling. I guess I'm just a really patient guy compared to that admin. My payments were all delivered.
Also, from what I know; telegram usernames, photo's and info's on each telegram accounts can easily be manipulated to make it look like you're talking to a particular person. So, a screenshot/photo of such discussions on telegram isn't really a strong evidence. Just sayin.
BTW, As of now (Oct. 20, 2019) I am still currently distributing the bounty rewards to all those who participated in this project's bounty campaign. Currently on 3rd batch.
It is done on a weekly basis and every week the team sends in 5,000 CUR tokens (+few ETH for gas/fee) to be distributed to the bounty campaign participants. (I'm not getting paid in doing this tho. Cheesy )
1978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The safest DEX exchange? on: October 20, 2019, 04:47:59 AM
If you wanted safety, I guess it is best to just always use Metamask when interacting with such exchanges and you're good to go.
I've used ForkDelta; which was obviously a fork of the infamous Etherdelta.
Another supposedly "decentralized" exchange was IDEX, but recently they have implemented KYC and AML compliance to their users which is a very weird move for a decentralized exchange. They have also been known to officially list numerous shit tokens.
bancor.network is also a great decentralized exchange. You can even trade ETH tokens to EOS tokens in there (and vice versa).
Other decentralized exchanges I know are:

1979  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Tambayan ng mga Physical Crypto Coin Collecter on: October 19, 2019, 05:37:30 PM
Curious lang ako kung saan ba nakakakuha ng ganyang coin at bakit nakakatanggap ng ganyan, gusto ko rin maging collector nito, at kung may value ba ito? I want to know lang kasi gusto ko rin mag karoon niyan at kahit papaano may may remembrance ako.

Medyo mahal pero worth it kapag meron kna.

Question. O mayroon bang kasamang documents yung coin as proof na ganoon nga yung value? Marami kasi talaga akong nakikitang posts about it especially sa Facebook, bragging about their coins, at yung iba, ibinibenta pa. Si krogothmanhattan madalas nagpapa-raffle ng mga coins. I tried joining his raffles pero even once hindi pa ako sinuswerte.
