When will preICO participants who don’t agree with the changed token allocation figures and SPT exchange rate be refunded?
As per their blog, send an email to info@sonm.io for details.

Are you guys getting any response from the support? They asked me to send an email yesterday, I had problems with the allocation of tokens due to delays in transactions, I detailed everything but nothing. I sent message in their support chat hours ago, it said "20 ppl waiting", but no answer so far... I thought they would solve the problem, now seems they are ignoring.

I sent an email again and they asked me to send it to bonus@sonm.io for questions about bonus. But this box is FULL. Didn't they know that?? And I have no questions at all about bonus, come on.

Basically I invested with BTC and the transaction confirmed way later in their smart contract. Then they gave me the WORST exchange possible (1USD=8SNM) and no bonus at all. A guy who invested almost a full hour after me got 3,8% bonus.

They said yesterday that everybody would get their tokens based on timestamp of transactions, no worries, etc. So where are my due tokens? We understand some technical problems, but then you should solve the problem.

Now I feel they are just sending me from place to place and will not solve shit.
Wait for bonus@sonm.io box to clear up and try again.  They are the only one that can help you.

It's a surprise this is not yet sold out.

Golem & iExec which are compared to in the whitepaper sold out quickly.
Think it has to do with the fact that there been a lot of ICOs recently.  ICO fatigue maybe?  Huh

What's the point of coming here to say that this ICO is a scam and inverstors are a bunch of idiots/fools?   Roll Eyes

I can understand how anybody could come here to talk about certain concerns regarding how the ICO is being handled, but why does some people seem to enjoy the possibility of investors losing money?  Huh

Its just people are acting like kids, they might not get there Bonuses or just want to harm an ICO they dislike for some reason and I am pretty sure, people who dislike this ICO want to see it fail, so they tell rumors and fake statements to let everyone else panic, classic ICO stuff, always the same.

What is the biggest concern for me is that they excluded escrow right before ICO. That's the most scary thing, the manner that was handled and explained by the dev team. Or it was my dream and didn't happen in reality?Huh
Its a valid concern.  But in the end, if you still invested despite knowing there is no escrow then you accepted the risk.

To me they are legit, but they sure could communicate with the public better...

Incredible run guys!  Round 18 already!

Also checked out the demo wallet.  The future looks promising.

Wish the Wagerr team success!

Almost 70k eth worth of token sold or 60% sold on day 1.  So about 47k left to go.  Should sell out in 1-3 days.

I send TIME from my address but when I use the site and paste my eth address doesn't show the transaction that is visible on etherscan. What is going on? anyone else?
TokenYouReceived/2824 = some number -1 = percentage

Say you received 3247.60 tokens back

3247.60 / 2824 = 1.15 - 1 = .15 or 15%

$35 million in less than 7 hours. Impressive. I would say it will be sold out within 12 hours.

FYI the guys at the exchange said the coins can be deposited as soon as the ICO is closed.
Where do you see $35 mil?  I see much less...

Anyon showed his transaction on the Transaction section on https://ico.sonm.io/ ?

and how i can know my rank on bonus ?

good question
Guys you gotta use division!

The rate is 2824 SNM for 1 ETH.

I sent 405 ETH and can see I received 1,315,278 SNM.
Base rate = 405 * 2824 = 1,143,720.
Then * 1.15 (15% bonus) and that is 1,315,278 which matches my Eth address.

So just do thiss:
1) Multiply your ETH sent, by 2824 (official SNM-ETH rate, find it on ico.sonm.io)
2) Divide your RECEIVED SNM by the number in step 1 (in my case answer is 1.15, so 15%)

if you sent BTC then you need to know the rate that the BTC went to ETH first! There you go

holy crap just only 5 % while i participated in first 5 min , that was so fast

Easier way is take the base

base = coins you sent * 2824
Then take coins you received back / base

So in his scenario it would be 1315278/1143720 = 1.15 or 15%
