Yup just lost the 0.01 battle for now - BTC popped over $12K.
Looks like this is going to be ugly  Well, we just lost that unnecessary extra zero again. I would be very happy if we can hang on over that level for now... But I will grant you it could go either way. Bitcoin just took a chunk out of alts and gained in dominance, which is kind of inevitable in this bullish phase - and it's been carnage in altland, but hey, Monero often slingshots up after a BTC run steadies. Let's see if it can weather this storm. I don't like it, but my magic chart has low 0.0080's to low -90s until early December. If it goes below that, it just says 'you have no maps of this area'. Stupid magic chart anyway. Well to be honest i expected that for next next week, so i think there will be healing for a weeks time, but as i said. If BTC is gaining dominance above €11k we could revisit low 0,008's -maybe even sub 0,008's in November so i just adjusted my buy orders  |

You're looking pretty genius-y so far... Looks like the whole alt sector is doing a pullback wile big daddy rallies. We are breaking the bullrun trendline. Probably see a bounce somewhere down there... I will point out this volume is somewhat anemic though.  It’s really disheartening to see it just fall away. Maybe I’m wrong and it just won’t recover to ATH. Just have a cup of tea and wait until the next summer, you will be delighted as far as i can tell |

Thank's for the laurels, but i just did check some correlations to the last years and i found this similarity so i think until first week of November to mid November it will get a bit bloody on the streets but after that we should all fasten our seat belts and see Monero outperform itself  IF BTC rallies close to €11k i think we will see sub 0,008 hence all the weak hands are selling for BTC gains and then buy back in   |

What’s your longer term (2-3yr) outlook? Personally looking at factors like adoption, tx count, state of the code base and emission curve, I see Monero hitting 800usd ish over next 3 years. I don't have a 2-3 year outlook, i am in for live, BUT in terms of value towards BTC i think (as it looks so far) in June 2021 we will have a mark close to the last ATH |

Speculating, but the hashrate dropped from 1.924 to 1.502 GH/s after yesterday’s fork. Which is about a 22% decline. Might be that a botnet was not able to update their ‘remote miners’. Can we somewhere see the hashrate on the minority chain, it might be that it is still going at about a quarter of the hashrate.
Yeah, that will probably bee the main reason, so another security feature from Monero Wikipedia is not a reliable source of information concerning crypto or other relevant topics which are not meeting mainstream conformity |
