If I were a scientist and I would like to place my project on your system, what would I have to do?
I dont think they have all figured out yet just the basic concept. I imagine a platform, where you register your project on which will go under some kind of review before offered for crowdfunding. Imho, First and foremost requirement would be a KYC for the project's initiator and I guess you would have to pass certain criteria to prove that the project is legit in order to prevent fraud. It's true, KYC would be first- basic stage, other requirements I think will be directly related with project itself - surely there will be a template how to present the project, and what information should be present. |

I think this is a brilliant initiative on paper. Being a science nut, I really hope this can change the landscape of the science world. Too many "professors" out there writing fringe-science articles that never get quotations but still receive funding. I wish you all the best and will be following closely.  There are some who doesnt get enough recognition since they can afford to do expensive tests of their theories. On the other hand, a lot of money given to science goes to waste so scientificcoin will be a perfect balance to recognize projects with potential. Some projects cannot be used commercially so the government funds them but some projects can and these projects will attract investors on the platform. Science for commercial things are the type of project that can be funded by the platform I think. Meanwhile science that are very hard will be handled by the government and can't be replaced by any other parties. Of course, this portion of projects corresponding to the non-financed ones is very large, unfortunately this is another segment dependent on government agencies, and this platform comes to an end to this problem and decentralize something very important to the Human species Science can be different, you can say as much as you like about the usefulness of British scientists, but sometimes strange and wild news comes from them. |

I dont expect every basement scientist will get crowdfunded by this platform. They will have to have some credentials for sure otherwise you will be able to exploit this idea. I am sure they realise, they will still have to do a lot to convince future investors but on the other hand, it could be a gold mine if you find the right project. Harsh competition will appear if the platform will be helping different scientists to realize their ideas. This is good, competition is the stimulus to perfection The platform with the help of the rating will weed out bad scientific projects, so the best will remain. I hope this rating system will be impartial and objective. Also I don't fully understand how it will working, but if project team has experienced people who understand science then I think they will succeed. |

A demo version of the product would be awesome and could attract more users to join into this project. As I understand, demo version is the best thing for marketing strategy.

Does anyone know what is happening right now here? I know they said they would continue their ICO well into August but I have not seen anything in their telegram of late. I tried to find their telegram group but it does not exist anymore. Has the Team left us or are they still around? I do have my TIMEBOX tokens but not sure now are they just going to be worthless if the Team are no longer active anymore? I am just very tired of seeing scam after scam in the ICO section now and am getting a little dismayed right now.

We've summarized the result of ICO and set tasks for developing the BeEasy project until the end of 2018.

Wait-wait, I'm confused, do the scientists take a cut or not? I feel like we should reward 'em to keep them eager, don't you agree?
Of course they get their cut, they are getting crowd funded for their projects and when they actually deliver, they will get income from sales or selling their patent or some other way. So in the end of the day, they should benefit from this project. I hope what these inventions and patents would be useful and as a result - profitable, humanity has changed greatly over the past 100 years of evolution through science and inventions. |
