The deeper the correction the stronger the charge when its over. Right now TA is useless, as BTC is in control of what LTC is doing. It seems that we've locked in to it and tried to break out yesterday but the BCash thing completely ruined the party.
Charlie Lee selling his stack is not bullish, but it's not as bearish as people think. He's an interesting dude and tries sometimes too hard to be clear and transparent (with good intentions of course), which sometimes fails him as it is seen by the general public as a bad sign or bad PR.
Ultimately, once Bcash trading goes live on GDAX and the storms settle down, we'll see actual movement and return to normal for LTC. I still see us in the $320+ area as Charlie selling his coins is not the main reason for this downside.
The current downside completely mirrors what BTC is doing, which is panicking ahead of Bcash trading.
I totally agree, been watching yesterday gdax for half a day, LTC and partially ETH mirror BTC movement candles, which mostly went down thanks to bitcoin cash. But it will only last a few days, I think. |

Holy moly! If investors realize what this mean, the price will go up to new highs. This is the first news / press release I have read where a big company confirmed to directly invest to buy crypto tokens. Is this why price is spiking at the moment? Again above 4.5 usd Or just big whales manipulating market  |

With recent ridiculous transaction fees of btc (and also ETH to some extend), do you know if LTC offeres much better fees? I have read the speed is better for sure.

I don't really understand how the price of ETH can increase so much as Cryptokittens has slowed so much the ETH network. But traders don't care about it i think. They don't need to send ETH to a wallet.
Is there going to be a fork of ETH? Because there was a news about Parity wanting a fork because of the hack of their wallet. But a fork won't speed up the network.
It's because ETH fork just happened. People FOMO to get free new coin then price going up crazy 1st son: ETF 2nd son: EMO What eth fork? I know there will be one in January. Also don't think there will be another ethereum chain like ethereum classic? What etf or emo? Can you say a bit more about that Jan fork? Is it related to Byzantium/Constantinople? |

I don't think bitcoin will be dead for a long long time.
There's still too many people who don't know about cryptocurrencies and
they will continue to jump on to bitcoin for the forseaable future.
Ethereum's rise will happen, but slower than many of us imagine.

Do you all think IOTA will drop to < 3 USD ?
i hope so, then i can refill IOTA fluctuates between 3 and 4 usd now. Any breakthrough below and above these borders will be a signal to buy or sell respectively as there could be big dips or climbs. Look at the charts. |

Seems as if the party is over. At least for the moment.
I expect a retest. Only if a retest fails: watch out below  Last time when Iota skyrocket to 1$ it than dropped to 0.35$. 300% drop. So this time it will drop to 1.5$ maybe. I think that a lot of whales are riding the tide now and will artificially pump it till 10$ and after it is exhausted it will we dumped to worthless cents. There are so many people experiencing FOMO now that the 2 major exchanges are constantly experiencing connectivity issues, this can't stop in the near days Such a promising coin, but people greeds for quick earnings are destroying it heavily |

Part of initial IOTA charm of being a very promising and tech-breakthrough coin is gone.
Now it is becoming more a means of making money - Bitfinex is down every few hours from the huge amount of iota trades while it price fluctuates from 2.1 to 3.1 usd in half a day (come on....)

With bitcoin futures trading expected in second half of December, everyone hopes that price will go to the moon. Logically however it is very likely that price can actually dump by then, so that the big investors can get it. Next week will be very interesting.

Iota is really running wild at the moment. Its very interesting to see where this will go. I think auf correction of the price will come very soon. But how far it will go down?
Realistically, IOTA price should vary around 1.5 usd, It is currently reaching ath agains btc as well, so normally it would go down. But we should forget about the times you could buy a IOTA for a dollar or less |

A good story, I like it, but highly unlikely? Why? Because if bitcoin reaches this target, fiat will be obsolete i.e. this 100 millions will not be worth and the only available currency will be crypto. And still we will have 0.01 btc But who knows, in the future 0.01 btc could buy a lot of things |

It seems to me that the coin's growth is related to the bitcoin price. Therefore, I consider this a temporary phenomenon. Everyone has their own opinion! -------- Iota has risen consistently, expecting at least $5 per coin by Feb. 1st.
Totally agree with that, IOTA is an amazing token, with even more amazing potential. But come on, let's think logically, price doesnt go like that from 0.6 to 2.6 in a matter of week. It is artificial, I am not sure about the volumes on the new Korean exchanges that accepted IOTA, but currently the bag holders are pumping the prices. I am a huge supporter of IOTA and will re-invest for sure, but not with these insane prices. |
