Then I saw my wallet and it has around .011 or something for a tad close or over 35 bucks. But yeah, it makes sense. But it would make more sense if it was at least .01 ETH in total but across different networks. Not sure if it could easily prevent sybils tho. The amount is easy to get. But maybe it could prevent the kind of sybil behavoir that controls 30 or more wallets. ..
