Guys and girls. I did tried to support OP in previous post and i did that because i felt services in questions really tried to use KYC to scam him from coins.
Please consider this and previous post as reminder those services are built to make money. Regardless if they working under jurisdiction of some eu country which forcing them kyc or not, eventually they will comes up with an idea to scam using those rules.
Op showed preety good example of that behaviour.
I am glad you got your couins back.
To others....Make sure you not using those services in questions.
They will eventually try and scam you same way they tried with op.

What I see now! This guy is trying to get the exchange to return him a coin without KYC, threatening to ruin the company's reputation. Who will say that this is the right thing after having compromised itself by giving a fake? No one sees this fact, but for me this is the most important moment! And yes, I advise you to read the article in which one guy collected facts about how ni23457 affects the reputation of the exchange. First of all. If coin was sent and gizzer refused to privide kyc docs that means coins are still belongas to him. Not some shady exchange. Secondly, Fact was that changelly and other services was fine in the past to exchange crypto for him. SO it seems selectively scamming using kyc as a main reason. Third , no one cares about article which was done AFTER user posted here and showed many people about how scammy this bunch is. So your article is really only to make further confusion. The only one whos lost here for now is OP with his crypto. Nonwe of the muppets from changelly and others lost. But i think this might change with time passing by. |

Reason for not going through kyc with anybody is not good enough to hold funds hostage. Blackmail? where? the only partie who lost here is OP. Op clearly have issue with all this change...corp and therefore has every right to go public about it. They do selectively scamming using aml and kyc and should be clealry avoided. |

If changelly gave u whitelisted account and change now is the same gang, than I don't see the reason why they should hold your coins untill you goes through kyc with them. As you can see, they do not deny it. If they deny, then I will give theymos or another authoritative user a login/password from my email and he will confirm our correspondence and transactions. I sent PM to you (not with login/pass  ) We can clearly see that all your alegation seems clear/founded and some of posts provided by changelly/changenow/atomic swaps confirming it. I just wonder how they will move forward knowing there are some eyes on them. How long before their business will go bust because of this allegation. Pm sent back to you. |

But if this problem really worries you, then I have no right to forbid you to distribute this information at your discretion.  No worries. Create content - make sure all info is within. Provide me link and trust me it will not break your bank. Week of exposure to unlimited targeted (crypto) traffic is only 20$. I will even offer you exposure for free as I seriously think them scammers need to be stopped.
