We are rebuilding the site now and will move it to a more secure location...

Our server was hacked and we were locked out. From what I can say right now there was fake information published on the site...

This accusation was made on February 18th, 2019 and only today +2 months later that you come here to say something? Looks like that you didnt care. And due to the fact that your server was hacked and you got locked out, this presents a big problem for investors. It appears that you didnt use strong security measures to protect your data. I am one of the founders of Emporium. We are currently experiencing a lockout from our server. There are a couple things that are wrong on the site. In addition to some of what is posted here the STO did NOT start! We are trying everything we can to gain access to the server again. If we don’t get it fixed we will take the server offline for now. Did someone check their team and whitepaper? Someone did, but never got a real answer. Since there is no archive of their website and whitepaper, it is hard to find out if they had a fake team or a plagiarized whitepaper, which would be the first sign of a possible scam. We found their team images posted on this website. But due to the small size/resolution, it will be difficult to prove if those images are real or not. Also note that there are no links to a profile. (images also found here: https://cryptocoinpravda.com/asset-split-ico.html) - archivesomeone posted a larger image of a team member here (taken from a screen? ) The text on this website about them is plagiarized from many sources, here is one of them: https://medium.com/coinmonks/https-medium-com-ritesh-modi-solidity-chapter1-63dfaff08a11 Maybe Bounty Managers before accepting the job should always archive everything - whitepaper, website, etc... How do we know if the BM, in this case, did his due-diligence? There is not evidence of anything - all deleted. Should the BM be accounted for this? If the BM doesnt have any evidence that proper research was done before accepting the job of promoting a project that ended scamming participants/investors, we believe this person should be somewhat responsible and this person trust should be affected. |
