The problem is NOT that he admitted his mistake (appreciated by all hear I would think), the problem is that the admission of his error was NOT accompanied by an APOLOGY to the dev's

People do get hot headed and make outrageous claims without first thinking about what it is they are saying, and manning up to these mistakes is a big thing. People don't usually go to the extent of faking evidence (unless your a law enforcement officer of course I've seen cop shows ... ) to back up that claim though......

If you decide to mine a new alt-coin you will find the hype great at first, lots of hopes and expectations of the initial community to get it listed on an exchange etc etc.
But the reality is, once it does get listed on one or more exchanges and people become aware of it, they will do their best to turn an instant profit. That means "pump & dump".

Don't think of this as a negative, rather think of it as something that should be expected with alt-coins and Coin(O) is no different in this respect.

A lot of us who have been here, literally from day one, could have sold when it first got listed and paid off the electricity bill required to mine the coin and turn a small profit.

What will make Coin(O) a winner will happen over the longer term. This mean services, fun, the community and not least the dev's. Up until now the dev's have been great. We have a really GOOD community here and EVERYTHING about coin(O) looks and feels so much better than the other alt-coins and that includes Litecoin.

Just look at the early dumpers as a perfect opportunity for you to acquire more coins at a bargain price

So far we have a great community whom are buying up these cheap coins and committing to holding on to them for the foreseeable future.

There are going to be some great announcements regarding Coin(O) in the coming weeks and month which will only have a positive affect on the price. I said early on in this thread that there can only ever be 100 coin(O) millionaires in this world, the reality is there will be less than this.

Coin(O) is only 2 weeks old and look at what we have already :
1. A great community
2. A great community designed logo. In my opinion one of the best of ANY alt-coins
3. Constant engagement between the dev's and the community
4. Probably the most friendly and helpful pool owners you will find anywhere
5. A commitment that the 2 million pre-mined coin will be put back into the community through promotions and give-aways over the next 2 years.
6. The coin(O) team doing their best to promote this coin and make it a true contender for one of the top 10 alt-coin spots

And there are probably another 10 points I could list, but that's not important at the moment. What is important is how YOU and the rest of us feel about coin(O). Because WE are the only ones that can ensure Coin(O) has a rosy future.

Forget the dumpers, forget the nay-sayers I for one am going to be the last member of this community to sign off if I have to be. It wasn't all over with Bitcoin, Bitcoin was just the beginning, the appetiser so to say, the future is yet to come and if we ALL get behind Coin(O) there is NO REASON WHAT SO EVER that Coin(O) cannot at least displace Litecoin as the #2 contender and possibly even the preferred coin for online transactions.

Just don't give this guy the time of day. The scamming accusations, along with the dumping claims have been denied by the Coino dev's, and until proven otherwise, we as a community should get behind them and build Coino into what a lot of us here know and hope it can be.

Unfortunately this is what happens when crypto coins get to an exchange.... People with large hash rates and no interest dump for the early profit. You should see this as an opportunity to pick up some cheap coin(O)

However, the real test of a coin is how well it stands up after this. Most coins will be dumped for the little BTC people can get, and if the community passion dies, so does the coin.

The thing with Coin(O) is that the early community (see early post to see what I mean) is quite passionate about this coin. It was a GREAT launch for a new alt coin and the upside of this is that a LOT of the coins being dumped are already being bought up by the early adopters here, myself included.

Just stick around for a while and try to feel the buzz being generated, the negative comments have only just started to appear over the last couple of days and that is to be expected from new entrants trying to test the waters and find out what the big deal is. The reality is that "fast transaction times" is not the differentiator some would like it to be. Alt coins will never be used at the checkout of a supermarket without a HUGE investment and the backing of the big players like Visa.

There will be some great announcements regarding this coin over the next month or so, at least one of them from myself. But you'll have to commit a bit and stick around

You have to remember that this coin is only 14 days old and the market is just beginning to settle. Once the market finds it's natural low we, as a community, can start to really build on the Coin(O) brand and infrastructure and only after this will it be a possible contender for one of the top 10 cryptocurrencies out there. So far, so good.

The devs have done a great job, the forum is active, most of the pool owners are engaging and helpful and most questions get answered pretty quickly. Quite a few of the forum posters are helpful, and more to the point they are positive and polite.

I agree with other comments here that it would be a positive move for the "German Marketing Company" behind Coin(O) to come forward, but hey, if they want to remain in the shadows, so be it. NOBODY knows who Satoshi Nakamoto is and look at Bitcoin....
