241  Economy / Speculation / Re: How Long Bitcoin Will Bullish on: August 14, 2017, 10:30:00 AM
Now... this year 2017 is a reflection of 2013...  Bitcoin prices rose significantly along with increased adoption and problem-solving. But whether Bitcoin prices can still rise in 2018 later? While the price correction of the price spike has not occurred at all. So what do you think guys?

For me i think that bitcoin's price can still increase its price to peak. because famous economist already predicted that bitcoin's price will reach 55000 usd after 5 years. So lets just on the bitcoin and invest more maybe will enjoy the profit in the future.
I too hope that bitcoin would continue to move in bullish trend for some more years. This would happen because bitcoin has got legalized in japan and south korea and india are soon to legalize bitcoin which would be followed by many other countries like australia and philippines. This would create a great increase in demand for bitcoins which would trigger its price more.More over, the only big issue of high transaction fee has also been solved after segwit activation and also bitcoin has survived after hard fork.Mass adoption of bitcoin is taking place all over he world. All these factors would help bitcoin to continue in bullish trend for some more years.
242  Economy / Speculation / Re: Upcoming Global Financial Collapse and following World War 3 driving up Bitcoin? on: August 13, 2017, 03:00:45 PM
If such a war occurs, then definitely global crisis would occur resulting in collapse of US dollar which would in turn affect the economy of other countries. If it had occured earlier, then the ultimate choice of people would had been gold since they have no other option. But now, thanks to satoshi, people have a wonderful option bitcoin which would be the choice of most people.Unlike gold, people could easily carry their private keys in any hardware wallet or in pen drives and they could easily migrate to any other country also if needed and get access to their bitcoins in any parts of the world. As a result, there would be a huge increase in demand for bitcoin resulting in high price.
243  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: August 13, 2017, 02:45:59 PM
I am using Electrum wallet for the past two years. Its very safe to save our bitcoins in it.A seed is generated when opening a new wallet which could be used to recover our account in case of system failure in future. We could set our transaction fee manually. But we should download it from official website Electrum.org and not from ant fake websites like electron cash.com.Otherwise,we would have to lose our bitcoins just like a guy who stored his bitcoins in wallet downloaded from that fake website electron cash.com.
244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible for a country to block bitcoins (or even the whole cryptos) on: August 13, 2017, 02:32:04 PM
I think its hardly not possible for a country to do so.Bitcoin could not be completely banned unless internet is banned. If it had been possible to ban or block bitcoin, then countries like china, russia would have already banned bitcoins instead of regulating it.Almost all countries are aware of the fact that bitcoin could not be banned.Only thing they could do is to just regulate bitcoin exchanges in the country which china and russia has been doing now.
245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are you using bitcoins for? on: August 13, 2017, 02:20:06 PM
Earlier,i used bitcoins for recharging my mobile. Also,i didn't find any other services accepting bitcoin payments in india.I am very much crazy about electronic gadgets. So,had an idea of buying them with bitcoins. But now,on seeing its tremendous increase in price, nearly $4000 i too have decided to stop spending bitcoins and just save it as a valuable investment for the future.
246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do your children a favour and save bitcoin NOW on: August 13, 2017, 02:07:42 PM
Definitely.Bitcoin's price was just $650 when i first bought it in 2016 in dubai with my hard earned money. Now,i have left my job and now i could see its price has increased almost seven times reaching $4000.I think that we could not be able to find any other asset which could give such returns like bitcoin.Saving bitcoins would be the best favour which we could do to our children by giving them a bright future.
247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Outlawed: Get Away from Bitcoin or Be Imprisoned! on: August 12, 2017, 03:06:55 PM
I hope that not all countries would act as bangladesh.People are even imprisoned there if found using bitcoins.I don't think that developed countries would believe that they could stop people from using bitcoins by such actions.Otherwise,Russia and China which were against bitcoins would have banned it much before. If such a situation arises, then i would have to stay away from the revolutionary currency bitcoin, but with half heart.
248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will banks start a war against bitcoin on: August 12, 2017, 02:58:24 PM
Banks are already considering bitcoin as their main rival. The thing for which they early feared has started to become true nowadays. They have started to lose their revenues which they used to get from transactions.Especially remittances from abroad like philippinese sending their hard earned money to their countries in bitcoins.ATM usage would get reduced resulting in loss of ATM service charges.Big depositers would start chosing to invest in bitcoins which gives huge returns in stead of bank deposits which gives very low interest.I tink bankers have started to lose their hold slowly over the society.Even though it would not affect immediately the banking sectors,in future it may create disasters.Bankers and governments have tried their best to destroy bitcoins, but they could not.Even it is said that Ripple coin itself is created by some bankers as a competitor to bitcoin.
249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: August 09, 2017, 05:51:03 AM
I've been talking about Bitcoin to family, friends and random people for years and nobody seemed to mind when BTC was under $1000. But now that Bitcoin has reached $2000, people are starting to realize that owning 1 BTC is beginning to be out of reach for the average person.

I've had more people ask me about Bitcoin lately and wanted help buying Bitcoins. What about you?
I first entered this bitcoin community one year ago.I wished to share my experiences about bitcoins to my friend and relatives so that they could also benefit from this wonderful technology. But they all turned a deaf ear to my talks and some even advised me to leave bitcoins saying it as a ponzi scheme.but now, after a year,on seeing bitcoin's tremendous progress and its ever increasing price, they have started to ask me about how to invest in bitcoins and where to buy and sell. Now,i explain them about bitcoins once more and they regret for being too late to understand this awesome technology.
250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: August 09, 2017, 05:37:05 AM
What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation? What are they waiting for? Any good reason?
Only newbies would be getting panic on seeing the critical situations and would sell their bitcoins for cheaper price. But investors who are in the crypto market from the beginning knows very well the price movements of bitcoin. They have already seen that bitcoin has successfully overcome various critical issues and its surviving successfully. They khow very well that its a ever increasing coin.So they remain cool and they just want to hold it in their wallets to sell in future at higher prices.
251  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin cannot replace currency in the world because price is not stable on: August 09, 2017, 05:31:17 AM
bitcoin cannot replace currency in the world because price is not stable.

currency should be more stable.

you may reply me. currency is not stable also but you should think

USD currency price is up and down 1-2% in 1 month.

bitcoin price is up and down 20% in 1 month.

what will people think if they just change USD to bitcoin then their money down 10% in 10 minutes?

bitcoin can become stock but cannot become currency
Definitely.Volatility is the biggest drawback of bitcoin. It is due to this volatile nature, most retailers don't come forward to accept bitcoin as payment. Many countries also rethink of legalizing bitcoin due to this feature. But it could not be made stable since there is no central authority to do so.But bitcoin could remain as a secondary currency.
252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: August 09, 2017, 05:06:09 AM
I have think of it and i have save up bitcoin just a the small amount because i have plans for it to have fun like travelling didn't even save it for future purpose. so i wanted to know what are you going to do with your bitcoin if you save bitcoin. Why do you save bitcoin for? and why? what is the purpose why you save up bitcoin to your wallet and not to spend it.
Earlier,i just earned bitcoins on one side and just spent it for buying goods or for paying any services or just to recharge my mobile.Later,i realized that it would be a non wise act to spend bitcoins instead of fiat cash on seeing its continuous increase in price. One year before,i could remember that it was just $650 and now bitcoin price is $3349.I have started saving my bitcoins not for fun,but to give a secured future to my family.
253  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Forks just encourages holders before the fork to keep bitcoins on exchanges on: August 09, 2017, 04:35:37 AM
Instead of keeping them in cold storage/private wallets because they get to dump the free coins earlier at the best price. Otherwise holders in private wallets will encounter many delays that will result in dumping the free coins for pennies/free.

I read everyone saying keep bitcoins in private wallets instead of exchanges as exchanges are riskier but when it comes to forks the exchanges are at a speed advantage.

What can be done in the future to prevent this and make it fair?
I too transferred my bitcoins from exchange to my electrum wallet so that it would remain secure. It really remained secure but i missed the chance of getting free BCC coins equivalent to BTC i had. Many sold out their BCC coins for some extra cash. So,next time,if such a hard fork happens, then i would keep my bitcoins in exchange much before to get some free coins.
254  Economy / Economics / Re: What is occurring when someone sells 1 BTC at a price lower than he/she bought? on: August 08, 2017, 07:09:15 AM
I don't know where you learnt maths since (2296.25-2093=$203.25) and not $103.25.
Coming to the point, the loss of $203 due to difference between the cost prrice and selling price has to be bared by you since you are deliberately selling at that price. If the price rises to $2296 from $2093 once again, then $203 is earned as benefit by him. So,it would be better for you to remain patient and then sell when BTC price goes much higher than your purchased price so that you get huge profits.
255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: August 08, 2017, 06:32:18 AM
What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation? What are they waiting for? Any good reason?
Bitcoin holders have already seen such price rises and dips many times before. They are well aware that each time bitcoin price increases followed by a price fall, still bitcoin price would get stable only at a price higher than its previous price. They have seen bitcoin price gradually increasing in a long term basis and so they don't want to bother any price fluctuations in short term and they feel much comfortable in holding bitcoins instead of selling in panic as newbies do.
256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am pretty confident we are the new wealthy elite, gentlemen. on: August 08, 2017, 06:25:11 AM
Definitely,we are blessed one to have bitcoins with us and early birds are more blessed than us.At first,i was planning to save 21 BTC to join the 21 BTC club so that i could enjoy a happy retired life. But on seeing this price hike,i think i coul even achieve such a life with just 10 bitcoins.I bought my first bitcoin at $650 last year and now its price is $3422.Thats a tremendous progress.
257  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan has the highest bitcoin trade volume passing usd and yuan on: August 08, 2017, 06:11:57 AM
Just  the end of yesterdays stocks exchange japan right now is leading the market. It shows that japan was not being so quite when it comes to crypto currency. What are your thoughts about this?
Japan has officially become the world's largest bitcoin exchange market by taking over US and china.

Zero fee trading has made it possible to reach this position.

China has been pushed to third place since it has halted its BTC withdrawals in february.

Surprisingly,Poland has reached the sixth place.

We could soon expect South korea also to join the competition as bitcoin has to be soon legalized in south korea.
258  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin just going to $100,000 now? on: August 08, 2017, 05:59:14 AM
Ok last night I suddenly felt that BTC's road to $100k is imminent

Sounds crazy? Yes maybe, but it really is not

BTC at $100k is the right value

And we r going to see it go there now.   Shocked

You'll see my friends
My friend,i think you are too optimistic. It is not a non achievable price by bitcoin but it would take around 5 to 10 years to reach that price. It may happen when most of the countries legalize bitcoin and mass adoption of bitcoins takes place all over the world. So with only limited supply and increasing demand, bitcoin price would reach such high peaks by that time.Bitcoin definitely deserve such a high price.
259  Economy / Exchanges / Re: coins.ph as Bitcoin wallet on: August 07, 2017, 01:46:23 PM
Hi Guys! I I just want to hear out your thoughts about coins.ph as Bitcoin wallet. I am actually using coins.ph and this is the only Bitcoin wallet I am familiar with. I am wondering if I should switch into a better Bitcoin wallet or coins.ph is a good option already. If not, may you guys suggest other options that may be better or more convenient to use. I know there are a lot of other Bitcoin wallet suggestions and I am willing to try out the others as well. Thank you!
Coins.ph is a philippines based company that provides block chain based services. It has a special feature in it which is lacking in other wallets. You will be given two bitcoin addresses, one peso wallet and other bitcoin wallet. You can send directly bitcoins to bitcoin wallet and it will be received as bitcoins. If bitcoin is sent to peso wallet,it is converted to peso and stored as peso, the philippines currency. With this service, you could even pay bill payments, online shoppings and mobile recharge, etc. But in other wallets, you could only store, send and receive bitcoins.
260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 3 Bitcoin ? Segwit , Segwit with 2MB , 8MB Bitcoin Cash on: August 07, 2017, 01:24:47 PM
I would not mind if for every fork I would be receiving some free coins into my account in the exchange that can be supporting the new altcoin. However, I think this whole thing has to stop because it will make Bitcoin look like a joker. Anyway, I am sure it would not really happen that way. One split I think is enough. Not unless we want to make this whole thing a big comedy then we can have a good laugh.

haha, i am with you on that. the free money is always welcome.

but at the same time this can be a good thing too. for example when things like bitcoin cash fail eventually it proves that when you make a contentious hard fork it is bound to be doomed. and will prevent any similar actions in the future.
Absolutely, such hard forks happening and failure of coins got after it only increases the trust over bitcoin that it could not be destroyed and bitcoin price and demand increases more than it was before. But these people like Roger ver who recently became bitcoin antichrist would never get a lesson and they would still try to do such acts even in the future.
