I find it odd that Coinrocket and Stratobitz are awfully quiet but my guess is they're the ones dumping and keeping quiet because they practically made fools out of themselves and lost all credibility of being called pro traders with their rip off 0.5-1.5 btc monthly fee to join their trade group, what a joke! APEX are the real deal and real devs.
I've noticed APEX doesn't have any tip apps up, I can try to get a facebook one up.
We've reached out to get on the facebook tip app, but if you can fast track that effort, that would be awesome! Also, We would like to give special thanks to Mauri for donating the remaining bounty for the altcointoday.com promotional campaign. Although I might suggest besides continuing to accept development fund donations for APEX but also why not start a APEXfund similar to Syncfund, accept donations in other currencies as well because if APEX is to continue to adapt new tech then we're always going to need more development funds. |

If the 51% take over is real then AssRocket must be the dumbest investor ever to be dumb enough to announce it. He can fork and now own all of the coins but no investor would be dumb enough to touch his fork and has no chance of getting listed on Bittrex or Cryptsy. I feel sorry for all the people who actually joined his private trade group and this take over is not happening.
I agree, it's a perfectly coded coin with a perfect name and is listed on 2 of the big exchanges without a hitch so a turn around is easy.

And the dev provided personal details, is "Proof of Developer" actually going to help? Currently I'm not convinced, although not ruling out the idea completely and providing details to a trusted party. Dear KryptKoin Dev, have you heard about http://cryptoasian.com/contact/ ? it's a PoD scheme where you give CryptoAsian some details and speak with him, and in return he gives you a PoD (Proof of Developer) rating. This would be great for PR, and will stabilise assurance that you are indeed, as the word is said, [legit] I actually really like this idea, cryptoasian is one of the few well known twitterers that isn't a complete tool, and his PoD idea is really good. First I've heard of it, looks like a good idea on paper though. Yea he is just gaining steam. I was the 2nd coin to be rated so he is still new but growing quickly. It is just another tool for traders to use to figure out if a coin will be a scam or have a longer life. I personally think it is a good Idea. I will say it is a little hard to give out so much personal info to someone but I figured anyone could find it about me if they wanted. PoD means nothing, you can fake all those "real" identities easy and even PayPro turned out to be a scam. |

No they haven't replied yet. NYC I believe was not added before the integration, KTK was added to supported coins list and then oddly removed. When the marketplace is near to open beta stage, I'll post full details but those that hold KTK will receive % on all profits generated. The %/KTK is yet to be finalized and will also have a cap so it's fair and avoid anyone taking the lions share of profits if they hold very large amounts of KTK. So yes, the marketplace will have a positive effect. I would like to push some of the focus away from trading, so by giving supporters another way of profiting from holding KTK instead of purely speculating on exchanges helps achieve that. It should also stabilize the price which helps when vendors are accepting KTK as payment, although it's too much of an issue with digital products. And if it works as planned, there's no reason why a second marketplace for tangible goods couldn't be setup! once the infrastructure is built and tested with digital products, adapting for tangibles is easy  Thanks for the time and effort you're putting into this coin I think the marketplace could definitely help boost the value of KTK. BTW did you find out what happened with coinpayments? NewYorkCoin has been removed too. KTK and NewYorkCoin and Titcoin were added at the same time. Oh wow I'm impressed  I didn't realize that's what you had in mind when you started work on the Marketplace. That's a very clever idea indeed It'll definitely encourage people to buy and hold for the long term and we could see an end to the mindless dumping. Nice! Hopefully, coinpayments will reinstate KTK soon. I find it decidedly unprofessional that they would just remove a coin they've just added without providing any explanation  that is more than promising, I intend to throw some btc on ktk asap.... thanx for ur work! Vote for APEXCoin on Coin Ticker App (IOS/idk about Android). I submitted the coin to receive votes to be added to the list of coins the app tracks. With enough votes, it can be added and recognized. I use this app all the time to track my currencies! It keeps a log of how much you've gained or lost as well.

Ok below is my design for the cloak wallet (draft version v1.0), - I made it in my free time between my client work, it still needs some tweaks and fixes and I got some other nice ideas for the wallet. Weird thing is there is no TXid. There is no history of the transaction in my wallet. It just randomly appeared as unconfirmed one day while i was moving coins in and out from Bittrex. I think it might have been an error, so i deleted my apex folder ( of course not wallet.dat ), and resynced with the blockchain. And voila there it is still sitting there unconfirmed, i left it for a couple of days to see if it would show up in transaction history but still nothing, just sitting unconfirmed. I wold post a screen shot but i dont want anyone to see how many apex coins i'm hiding in my wallet Unconfirmed some rests from old blockchain when people did not change updated wallet in time so should try to open debug and type repairwallet, then restart i guess. |

I agree, we need to come together as a community and spread the word. The Facebook tipper is great as it is reaching out to thousands of users who now holds a Goodcoin wallet. But there just needs to be a development for the people to actually use their coins. We are working in the background to look for merchant acceptance and sponsorship. If you know any leads for development then please let us know.  Good to hear, keep up with the good work guys. |
