Also stuck at 481, current block age is 2 hours.

Poloniex just need to update their wallet before the pools. By definition they were on the wrong chain and everyone panicked and got back onto the wrong chain again. Interesting times.

Did you create the conf file, and use the same settings in your mining .bat? & use instead of stratum? Of course, the CPU miner is working fine. Does the GPU miner work for anyone else? In the Esper thread such a problem isn't mentioned. Anyways, got a block already with my CPU, Arrr. Very smooth launch btw, only 146 blocks so far. edit: The other GPU miner says: No address specified, unable to solo mine Unfortunately there seems to be no argument for that in Sgminer, I could only find references to --btc-address in the ooooold Cgminer (for BTC).

Unable to solo mine with it, the miner always says "No suitable long-poll found", why is it not switching to getwork?

Also to everyone shitting on Pascal Lite: This coin launch uncovered a major flaw in Pascalcoin, you should be happy that it wasn't abused in a serious way on Pascalcoin and that it was quickly fixed. From my understanding one also needs way less than 51% to perform a 51% attack when abusing this flaw. Instead you go: "Hurr durr it's a fake!11!"

Looks like ocminer discovered the exploit and he was getting attacked.
Sounds like it was one or more parties trying to game the system, not Suprnova.
The dev may know the answer, but I'm siding with Suprnova.
The exploit was found when Pascal Lite launched, at least two miners got lots of blocks with this technique and caused many miners to not being able to submit their valid blocks.

Changes are in, we will be restarting in about 2 4 hours from now (and with a windows wallet this time).
Awesome, I just wish the sgminer would work for solo mining... I dunno... i haven't got any performance increase with it.... in fact, just had a rig hang on it 50MH/s with the V2 miner, 290MH/s with the sgminer... (Radeon 6950). The first miner (with the proxy) just crashes.

Another Scrypt coin...

Please no ICO, keep it simple. Just start at a higher difficulty and maybe shorten the difficulty adjust time to prevent this crazy instamining (hundreds of blocks per minute is a bit much and will be a forkfest).

Is it possible to solomine PASCAL Lite with sgminer?
I got dobble the hashrate with sgminer vs psacalcoinminer when I mined PASCAL (POOL mining).
AFAIK it is not possible yet. The first miner crashes on my 6950, the second one (V2) is slow (50MH) and has no intensity settings, the third one (sgminer) is very fast @290MH/s but supports no solo mining. edit: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1583719.msg17712288#msg17712288

Too bad, would be an interesting experiment how exchanges would deal with such a high supply, especially when trading against BTC. Next time start at a slightly higher difficulty.

according to your config, are you serious with total suply 1,844,674,407,370,955 coin?
I mined over two million coins in a half hour with my shitty 6950. The pool solved last block 10 minutes or so ago, seems like there is a problem with it. edit: Forks!

I am bored, so this instamining is a welcome distraction. 100k coins per block.

6600 blocks mined... lol.

But they need some nodes for starters, don't they?
When you run the wallet, your PC is a node.
