241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: do the government will take action to put TAX for all Crypto Currency Exchanges? on: October 05, 2017, 04:39:08 AM
Guys, in your opinion, as the title said, do you think the government around the globe put taxes for all Cryptos?

I think it may be bro, because it can increase the income of the state, of course it will cause problems, if it happens I hope the best so that we who have long in the world bitcoin not harmed

It is really hard to put tax especially for virtual currencies. The main issue for government is if it would be used in illegal activities in there own state and they can't track on who has how much in wallet. Although it can be taxed if it is converted to fiat currency but still even someone in a country can make transactions outside the its own country.
242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN CASH is probably DYING on: October 05, 2017, 01:08:21 AM
What will be the future for Bitcoin Cash after the Bitcoin Gold become officially accepted in the market this coming October 25 and November 1? I think the condition of Bitcoin Cash will become more critical.

I think that Bitcoin Cash price will really be affected once the November HF took place. So if I'm a holder of Bitcoin Cash, I will get out now and not wait till the price crashes. The future for them is really bleak as there are no support, if there is, its Bitmain only. So there's no doubt that in just a couple of months after the November HF, the price could be around $100. They will have the same price as Bitcoin Gold and will remain behind Bitcoin. And its gonna be difficult for them to even touch $1000. Both of them will die because of no support from the community.

So hard forks can just be seen as a short term investment huh? It was nice seeing bcc reach 800$ last month but i guess with features of BCC at 8mb, its becoming harder to mine it. Btc gold might come out different upon release so i guess its better to sell BCC  before its price would go to its lowest state. It's hard to tell how much but surely less people will be in on it.
243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest In Bitcoin? on: October 05, 2017, 12:56:43 AM
Actually investment is a necessary and not a should. So investing in bitcoin is definitely something that needs to be done while we can.

Investing on bitcoin is really a choice  but for me if you want an investment asset that gives you a possible profit do invest on bitcoin. But it will surely depend on the goal you have. The question do you have any plan on investing on bitcoin and studying it so you cannot loose your money, think again.

Not only bitcoin off course because as a risk taker who has been successful, we would tend to find other investing opportunities and not to be stocked with one. I could see why it's rare to have profit in Alt coins but trading with them can also help in investing. Although most are for long term but it is definitely worth experimenting.
244  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoin the way to fight corruption? Or is it the good way to launder money? on: October 04, 2017, 10:29:23 AM
Bitcoin is the only currency. It doesn't help and is not fighting corruption. It's not her job. It is wrong to blame the weapon is that it kills people. Initially it was created to protect. Charges of crypto-currencies is that they corrupt this element of the information war, governments and banks against a free economy.

Realistically it would be used illegally because any anonymous could use it and it is one of the main reasons why  government are against and making claims that it is some scam or a failure in the future. Honestly I could understand why they wouldnt want to allow transaction in there own country. But economically it could help also to at least increase earnings by a state.

245  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How people hide their tracks on bitcoin transactions. on: October 04, 2017, 09:53:37 AM
They are mixing it and dividing into much smaller amounts, because it's easy to track 1 address with 1000BTC, but it's much harder when you have 1000 addresses with 1 BTC on each.
The easiest way to hide your illegally obtained coins is to mix it with legal ones. You can use a mixer, a casino, or even an exchange. Many exchanges allow unverified users to trade, you are only required to verify when you're withdrawing.

Oh so bitmixer and chipmixer does this kinds of servies? or it is just coincidental on there site. Because i see people commenting how to mix there transaction id with other transaction. I just came to understand how mixers work. So they can mix transactions with the same amount of how much they are transacting?. Because i am making small trades right now i dont really have problems when it comes to those ones, so i guess i would need mixer for big trades.
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shouldn't altcoins start to recover? on: October 04, 2017, 08:54:38 AM
If you are expecting a June-July type pumps you might be in for a disappointment. At the moment there is no no money coming into crypto and only old hands are exchanging their coins. Unless we have new input of money, we will not have crazy pumps. If bitcoin crosses 5000USD, we all will become rich Smiley

The price of altcoins really does varies depending on the price of bitcoin but the gap is just the same. Altcoins have there own way controlling how their price increases. Altcoins just need investors and altcoins also must have good blocks to entice miners in their own ways. A lot of platform and multimarketing altcoin are appearing and it is a competition between them if they really dont have enough investors or supporters.
247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold is coming – what is it and how will it affect Bitcoin? on: October 04, 2017, 08:38:45 AM
So it's going to be Bitcoin Gold after the next fork and everybody will get it free, the same amount like bitcoin, which is in a wallet. I use Blockchain.info wallet and now I wander will this wallet support this action?

Well the hash that they would use is not the SHA that bitcoin is using so probably not all who supported BCC will support BTC Gold. But i am not sure of this because it is just what i read earlier. So it also supports replay and wipeour protection but i think if it would use UAHF instead of UASF then that would mean old blocks can still be mined?
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can block time of a coin be changed? on: October 04, 2017, 07:29:06 AM
Yes, it could be done - along with changing the block rewards to keep the emission rate the same.

But faster blocks would require waiting for more blocks to trust confirmations.

Sorry, whats emission rate here?

Therefore lets say if Bitcoin Block time is set to be 1 minute, block reward will be needed to change from 12.5 to 1.25 to make it proportional?

Ahh i see, so its more on a security aspect when we comes to changing the block time

Thanks!

I think it could bring chaos or imbalance if ever the time blocks would change to that fast. Aside from trust confirmation and emission rate their could also be the cap and trade system. I find it hard to understand this Cap and trade system i do think block time would be changed during the hardfork?
249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Fork 2 ? on: October 04, 2017, 07:00:47 AM
I heard it too, hoping that the thing that happens to bitcoin on the first forking will also be the same as it is in the second forking of bitcoin. What I mean is that I am hoping that bitcoin price will increase also if the forking this last week of October or first week of November will be the same at it have undergone on the first. If that would happen I would gladly say that really bitcoin will be increasing more through time.

Having a second fork would also mean that the previous fork was successful in some ways. Releasing another fork would really be another news for the bitcoin and btcgold is expected to be as good or better than the bitcoincash. Depending on how miners and what are the features of bitcoin gold, it is safe to say that another altcoin is will also be the highlight for a month.
250  Economy / Marketplace / Re: enough bitcoins to start small project ? on: October 02, 2017, 10:56:56 AM
i if want to start small project (site)

how much i need for basic one ? OR complex one ?

A faucet for example could cost you more then +1000$ because If you are serious about it, you should hire designers, make it unique compared to others (competitive rates etc.) and mostly, protect it from bots and multi accounts (a Captcha is not enough), this is the only way to insure that both you and your users will make profit. A gambling site (which I don't recommend even If it was easy to start) will clearly cost much more, development, security etc. are top priority otherwise you will get hacked in no time but most of the funds should be for paying users.

Well i guess if the OP is computer literate then he could reduce some amounts. Because it would be really hard to make those if you don't have enough I.T. knowledge for this matter. And probably a team of 3 if possible. Cause you would need someone to at least to test your site. As Omega said, security is very needed and you also have to advertise the services you are trying to offer and it is not easy to advertise because you could have many competitors and it takes years for that to be sustainable.
251  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin next Target: $4600, $4700 or $4800? on: October 02, 2017, 10:42:36 AM
I think the target of bitcoin is around 5,000 USD because it is a good price to see in the market and the weak hand investors and trader are gone and the market is seems stronger than before so the price of 5,000 is not a difficult price to be reach by bitcoin for these incoming months in the year of 2017.

That could be reached as long as there are many supporters of bitcoin in a time where many experts are calling bitcoin as fraud or an scheme. Even governments are making amends to how bitcoin can be regulated on their own state. Because the price won't increase there are positive external factors from investors. Upcoming fork is coming so their would another price surge.
252  Other / Meta / Re: Newbie banning issue on: October 02, 2017, 07:20:48 AM
Uhmm if you really are newbie in the forum then maybe your post history is too unsubstantial to the topic or you had some services or you are affiliated to some scam that made the staff here question about your services. I don't know your story but that is what i know when it comes to newbie banning.
253  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A day in the life of a Bitcoin Trader on: October 02, 2017, 06:17:45 AM
Define "Trader" for me, Please.
I am a newbie and have bought stocks for over 50 years.  I am excited to buy my first bitcoin, but the old school concept of buy and hold kicks in so where does the "Trade" part kick in?  Can you give me a step by step, "A day in the life of a Bitcoin Trader". ie - I set up an account with the Coinbase Exchange and then to stay in sync, I registered for a Coinbase wallet and then bought a Ledger Nano S for security and only then tentitively bought $50 worth of Bitcoin from a Bitcoin ATM machine at the Exxon Gas Station at the corner of Alpha and Beta in downtown Chicago.  I held up my iphone to the QR code on the screen and my Bitcoin software grabbed the encryption code ....  well you get the idea.  I need a step by step primer as to what the "Trader" does to Trade.  Thanks for reading.

I posted this on another subject, so please excuse me if it is cross-posted.  D

Check out this post.

Your description of trading differs from mine in that you use the charts to time the market - and I engage in automatic trades as the price goes up, I sell and as the price goes down I buy.  It appears that your system could make me more money (perhaps?), but for some reason, I cannot bring myself to increase or decrease my BTC trading amounts or my trade/price increments based on those kinds of chart indicators...   Sure, it could be my familiarity and comfort, and yeah your description of the RSI seems pretty decently indicative of changes in likelihoods.

For being a trader is like an escrow man or a third party. You acquire goods to someone at low price and sell it to someone at higher price. Except there are no someone and it is just the price that is being manipulated and i waiting for the right time to sell the coin i have bought for a fair price.
254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: October 02, 2017, 05:59:01 AM
Wade and LeBron, this two buddies will make the Cavs a lot more flexible and better overall.

But is it final already that D Wade is going to Cleveland?

Yeah that's done deal. He got promoted officially. I predict Golden State Warriors- Cleveland finals once again.

Once again, I think that is so boring.
I have a feeling the warriors will lose in the west finals, I'm rooting for the Spurs to beat them.
Same here, I believe we will see the same finals again, but this time I see the Cavs with a lot of depth in their bench, they didnt had that last year. Everytime Lebron had to come out the Warriors will make a run, and now, The cavs will have a pretty easy way to the finals again, just have to beat Kyrie and the Celtics. In the other side, the Warriors will struggle, the Thunder will give them a run, the Spurs and Rockets will do the same. Not going to be surprised if we dont see the Warrriors not making it to the finals.

It should all be worth it if they acquired those players because both GSW and CAVS have the highest team payroll in the nba respectively. Their is a high chance that both of them could meet again in the finals and GSW stacked there team with underrated players while Cavs acquired many star players in their team.
255  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin loss? on: October 02, 2017, 05:32:49 AM
Won't that bring a problem the the economics, no coins left to trade situations?

But one BTC property that is often overlooked is that its also divisible by 8 decimal places. So how can you say that there is going to be no coin left to trade? There will be quadrillions or more left.

Dont worry about the supply, BTC1 is worth 100 million satoshis.

Well the problem is how to regulate and control all those bitcoin that have already scattered around the web. I cant sense the no coin left to trade situation because as we all know how much is in store for btc.
256  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Surges Above $4400 As World Realizes Jamie Dimon & China Don't Matter on: October 02, 2017, 05:06:00 AM
Yes it is a great rising, and people believe that Bitcoin still a great investment even after the price drop so low, the trust of the investors are the ones that keep Bitcoin alive, and one country, one man can't make Bitcoin down, and Bitcoin's price recover in a very fast pace

And according to the article, even some citizens in China are investing in bitcoin so safe to say bitcoin didnt really lose the support of Chinnese traders and it's just the government that is having a hard time finding ways to regulate crypto currency. Besides it is not just Jamie Dimon who are against bitcoin. Even american businessmen have had heresy on bitcoin but bitcoin is still surging in its price.
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Check out UBIQ so far they have 5 tokens on their network and adding more on: October 02, 2017, 03:01:26 AM
So they dont have any block to be mined? or it is just exclusive for them? And if they are like ETH? would there be any ICO's made in their platform?
258  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Tokens vs. financial authorities on: October 02, 2017, 02:12:39 AM
Both institutions will come head to head with the legality of crypto. There are conflicts of interest and regulation.

And it would take months for at least legislative to authorize if ever one state opted to legalize the regulation of bitcoin. So far also it is not easy to make ammends pertaining to this cryptocurrencies. The main issue from states would be the comparison of other states if their economy is increasing with the help of cryptocurrency.
259  Economy / Services / Re: Which One Should I join ? on: October 01, 2017, 01:10:35 PM
Hello Guys,
ProGamerJojo here.

I want to join any signature campaign.  Can anyone suggest me which one should I join ?

Thanks For Reading this and Helping me out.

Regards,
ProGamerJojo

Hi ProGamerJojo if you are not sure which one to join then it's best you don't join any unless you can choose one suitable by yourself Grin  You know your qualities, you know your limitations; Every campaign has its own criterion, if your talent, skill and other criteria matches with the campaign requirements. you should join that unless you are not uncomfortable with the project.

Wow goodly summarize but you should be able to read and just follow rules set by the campaign managers. Because that is the one definite rule in the forum. Along the way you might try to get smarter and try to cheat the system of the forum but mind you there are a lot of cops here. Ignorance is not a good reason whatever maybe. We are entitled to read rules and do not abuse them.
260  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long-mid term trading, beating the Whales on: October 01, 2017, 07:07:33 AM
I guess you have to be a big time miner to be called as such. Because from what i see, even if you are a big investor, it is still no enough because you are just idling the money and not acquiring anything through the process. Because as miner you could even control fees and forks and how big are the blocks. But even if your unit is fit for mining, there are infrastructures that are a lot wider than just one unit.
