Still no coins or response.
I am really surprised people are still using this platform and they have not rectified their issues, it was one of the best sites till 2016 but then their problem started and i faced the same difficulties, coins not appearing in the wallet and the customer support will response after a couple of weeks and so on, so i was forced to move to other exchanges and never went back, they were making huge amount of money and still they are not able to improve the system is just pathetic. Fully fucking agree. I really think we should be considering all teaming up and going after these folks legally. It seems there are a good number of people willing to contribute that have been damaged by Poloniex and this absolutely bullshit. I've still not yet received my coins. |

Just all of a sudden today... permabanned. It seems like some other Bitcoin related Twitter handles have been closed this month as well. https://twitter.com/freeb1tc01nsMaybe you have some other violations that are not related to Crypto advertisements because the banning of Crypto advertisements related advertising will take effect on June in which applied to the ICO only not to the personal accounts. If the twitter say its multiple or repeat violations then you have given a warning for multiple times already before finally banning you. Try to recall if there are violations that maybe you have done like successive following other accounts in just one day just to gain more followers in return, try to remember it to make your mind at ease. The only thing I can think of is that I tweeted Poloniex and their guy MickD a few times. Less than 3 times a day in regards to a withdraw that has been pending for a month almost. The tweets didn't seem to me as anything that voilated Twitter rules and it wasn't a "repeate" thing. This account also wasn't a personal account. It was a crypto business. It seems it was more likely targeted for being Bitcoin related/faucet/cryptocurrency related. |

I wish we had a physical address for someone and I'd be more than happy to go show up there on behalf of all of us that have gotten fucked my Poloniex. This is absurd... if you can't run a business without hurting your users... shut the fucking thing down. I'm so fucking annoyed with myself for trying them again.
They hung some funds up in January for me as well... took forever to get sorted out.
I'm not going to let it happen again.

To be honest 13 days is no where near to the number of days poloniex used to lock/disable access to the user's funds. Probably I can only tell you to be a little patient and non harsh to them,because these people definitely don't like "rude behaviour". But did anyone seriously expect poloniex to get better after Circle purchased it? I'm not being rude. I did expect them to be better... O well. |
