If any of the website ask a minimum of any amount of btc before you can withdraw is an obvious way to scam people or take away someone's money or btc without legit work. If I were you, I wouldn't trust any website that ask you to deposit 0.1 btc to withdraw your winnings. Even a site that doesn't ask to deposit btc may a scam also.

People do need money to survive but thinking of this forum as a source of income is not the best practice to do. It is more like an extra income even though you have real job.
