As long as people know not to trust the words and actions of this profile before 2020 (and a neutral would reduce that chance), they should have no reason to not trust you on new deals.   Once you build a new reputation, not reliant on the purchased one, I'll change my rating to neutral.

The blockchain does not verify you did something correctly - it only verifies you did it.  Your reputation assumes you did it correctly, and more people use you.  If anyone proves your part of the process was fraudulent - it could taint your results in the future. 

I'm building a digital checklist that is completed through smart contracts.  The smart contract assigns you a task and you digitally sign off on it.  Be it physically building something, verifying something works, or simply getting a list (from a service like BPIP).   

You are still doing what you do.
We are automating the process of giving you work.

Do we want to add an extra burden to admin?  If the account has changed hands, it cannot be credited with the previous attributes.   The profile is now fraudulent - erasing merit will not erase the goodwill the old owner built over the years.
