I think the best time to buy bitcoin is several month before end of the year. You can see the chart, almost every year the price rise so high. It's like cycle up and down of bitcoin

banyak faktor gan yang nentuin harga altcoin, beberapa diantaranya yg ane tau:
1.kesungguhan dev buat ngembangin koin, semakin giat dan serius buat ngembangin koinnya semakin banyak nantinya investor yang masuk, dan semakin mahal klo banyak investor masuk
2. supply and demand, semakin banyak supply kemungkinan semakin murah harga suatu koin, semakin demand nya meningkat semakin tinggi harga suatu koin, salah satu cara meningkatkan demand yaitu balik lagi ke no 1
3 pump and dump, kadang ada investor atau dev yang sengaja buat pump suatu koin dengan cara buy ask  dalam jumlah banyak karena dia udah akumulasi banyak di harga rendah, nanti klo udah naik tinggal dia jual banyak lagi, sell bid, nanti turun lagi harganya, terus panic
4. news, berita positif dan negatif juga berpengaruh terhadap harga suatu koin
5. exchange, semakin banyak ada exchange nya, maka kemungkinan semakin naik harganya,, apalagi klo masuk ke exchange2 besar kaya bittrex, binance, bitfinex dll

I think that's impossible or so hard for government in the world to control crypto currency. But, nobody to knows what will happen tomorrow except if each of government in a country create their own crypto currency to be used. So, it's possible to come true.
