2421  Economy / Gambling / Re: Would you support a collective boycott of all Russian gambling platforms? on: April 28, 2022, 08:29:48 PM
It was Putin decision alone and as we can see the Russians too are suffering from his decision imagine a lot of companies stop working in your country and other international services and the economy is collapsing, whos citizen would like that? Now not only the Ukranian  people are suffering but also Russian too.
I get that Russians could be suffering from his own mistakes, and I get that toppling a dictator may not be easy, but I really doubt that he is not getting any votes. This means that even if it is not enough to keep him as president and he illegally fixes the elections, there must be some people who vote for him, he can't just fix the elections if he was getting 2000 votes total, he must be getting plenty, and that's the issue.

If people are fine with it, if there are still supporters, if they are not just forcing him out, then there must be some people who support him. If you dislike him, that's fine, plenty of people disliked Trump and voted for Biden, get him out if you want Russia to be better.
Presidential election in Russia is still on 2024
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2024_Russian_presidential_election

Could they afford or able to withstand to wait up for that long.Isnt that possible to have some impeachment?
With this kind of leader then they would really be fucking up their situation but its true that there would be still supporters.
2422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is it bad to leave crypto on exchanges? on: April 28, 2022, 07:30:28 PM
I have most of mine on an exchange because I'm getting paid interest. Has there ever been a time when an exchange like Binance for example, steals your funds or gets hacked and people lost money?

Yes. Basically any exchange is prone to hacks, theft, and in some cases, fraud. You'd be better off leaving your crypto on "De-Fi" platforms than a centralized exchange just because the risk of loss is simply too high to bear. I don't care if a centralized exchange gives you high interest rates if at the end I'm sacrificing my privacy/anonymity and control over my own money. Decentralization exploits crypto's fullest potential, so it's best to seek alternatives that would put you first above all else. Most people are not that knowledgeable about crypto/Blockchain tech, so they will use what's most convenient for them.

What to do with your money is entirely your decision. As long as you don't invest more than what you can't afford to lose, you'll have nothing to worry about. Just my opinion Smiley
Yeah, it is the sweetest spot for hackers considering that this places are involved with millions of dollars which it is really that understandable that they would really be coming after with these amounts

and next would be gambling places or any other platforms or services which does have lots of funds or money that they do generate. If you are an active trader then its true that its less hassle if funds

been leave out into platforms for immediate interaction for possible opportunity that you could see and if you could bare out the risk then go ahead.

2424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Still Supporting And Playing On Newly Launch Casinos on: April 23, 2022, 11:33:11 PM
snip

Nothing really a big deal and we don't mean to find new places. It's just that if these new sites come here and offer that seems new to our vocabulary, there will be really a chance that we have to test them. Even though we will have a good experience playing at these new sites, still we won't stop playing at those we used to play before.

No comparison in general but we are just following our interests. There's no problem playing at several sites even those that are newly launched.
This is true because there are indeed things that could really poke up our interest specially if we are seeing something better in terms of offer or promotions and its true that despite on having much better

but still we wont really be leaving that easily on the account that we do have on the current gambling site we are playing specially if you do have higher ranking or vip level?  Cheesy
You cant just afford to start up again on site but this is actually depending on someones choice because there are situations which would really be putting up ourselves
into that decision.
2425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it true that now only few bounties scams? on: April 23, 2022, 10:36:16 PM
for now I think the bounty scam has been reduced because there are some bounty managers who have held tokens for participants first to ensure the participants get their rights, so now there are many factors that make it difficult to scam bounty

How do you say so?

If we do see less bounties as of this moment compared into the past then it does signifies that there is indeed some realization out of those scammy devs that they arent getting that much attention
since there are no people who do join up these bounties because they are mostly scams.

I do rather believe that there are even more scam projects in the market as of today even though there are some which are legit or does have potential
but that would really be just like finding a needle on a haystack even though how hard you do make out some research.
2426  Economy / Gambling / Re: How do you advertise your casino? on: April 23, 2022, 09:36:03 PM
There is no doubt that the most popular and probably the most effective way to promote a casino on Bitcointalk is to launch a signature campaign. But there were casinos that created their own tokens thanks to which the hodlers had a share of the profits. Thanks to your own tokens, you can also launch a bounty campaign and promote the casino in social media, youtube, blogs, tiktok, instagram etc.
Signature campaigns should really be a default thing because this place had the most or highest crypto traffic which means that it would  really be just common sense for a business to make out some
advertisements on this place rather than on other places too but eventually they could spread out awareness or exposure via doing those bounties which had been a typical move to be done
by any projects or business on here.

The important thing here is that you do allocate budget for that but somewhat dont anticipate that you would get positive results guaranteed because thats not how thing works
because it would be always varying on what kind of site or service you are offering and if it do looks interest or just trash for them to ignore later on.
2427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Concern of illegal use of crypto on: April 23, 2022, 08:59:28 PM
~
Aren't these illegal activities already happening when cryptos haven't even been brought into the system? Money laundering is an issue we are facing now for decades, even after hundreds of measures implemented by the government themselves these things are still happening, and trust me these things will continue to happen even if cryptos don't kick in, it's just lame excuses made by the government to discourage cryptos. If they are so concerned about money laundering or terror financing why aren't they straightaway banning cryptos? why are they taxing it at 30% and earning revenues from it?
One thing we are certain is that the Indian government has no idea what they should do with the entire cryptocurrency space. If they ban them completely then the number of companies that started a business around the cryptocurrency space will leave the country and there are different voices coming from the ruling party which is contrasting from one another. And now the 30% tax is forcing majority to leave the country either way.
It wont really be that much of an issue since their economy withstood without crypto's existence on the first place and no surprising that government would really be having that kind of mindset and

impression towards crypto which is something not that surprising which they do always look negative in speaking in crypto and there's media who do really love to show off lots of negatives.
Dont be in concern because the truth would prevail and people wont really be that dumb on not to notice out on what are the benefits that we could actually get.
2428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Still Supporting And Playing On Newly Launch Casinos on: April 23, 2022, 08:31:29 PM
Today there are many casinos. At a new casino, someone will not be quick to do so. You also mostly have the same range of casino games, so why play on a new site? It's almost impossible for one to be more unique than another, unless you're having issues with payouts and that sort of thing. Then you should look at reputation and customer service. But technically, the games should be about the same. A sportsbook is another story because of the possible difference in offerings of another API.
There are people who really loves on testing out new things despite on engaging into a current good ones because out of curiosity and might be finding another site on where they could hang on.

We people are different, it might sound dumb to find for new places if we are currently on a good one but its up on personal choice whether you do test new sites or not
but it isnt really that bad to make some exploring or find something new but its true that most of the time it would really be just on the same essence.
2429  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Price Enter the $30k Area? on: April 23, 2022, 07:52:26 PM
it looks like your hope has been lost as today bitcoin is back to $39k with the metric condition indicating it will go down again. but the reduction has not been proven to be wrong or legitimate, but must remain within the reach of careful scrutiny. bitcoin for now does not seem to have strong support from investors and the evidence is bitcoin is back down at $39k for this Friday.
Interesting to see bitcoin going down today, but these are the levels we have seen plenty of time before, as long as it's above 38k+ levels then I am feeling fine as a bullish long term investor. To be fair I wouldn't care if it dropped to 20k and bounce back to 40k in the next few months, I will not sell anyway.

But, there are many people who would lose money and that would be sad, so I hope it doesn't get there. In the end crypto is not something we should be worried in the long run, 39-40k levels are stable and it rarely ever drops from those levels, I doubt that this drop means anything significant or different from the previous drops, probably the exactly same thing.
Im already preparing my stash or wallet whenever the price would be dropping around this area but it seems 38-39k support isnt something that easy to be break yet we've been retesting this area for

how many times but still failed to break and eventually made out some recovery afterwards or making out some sideways movement or stable like kind of behavior which it is really hard to determine
on what would be the possible movement next ahead.

For now, decisions would vary for each investor or trader whether they do wait up a little further or would really be taking up accumulation phase at this point.
2430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Sultan vs Butler - WBO Bantamweight Interim title fight. on: April 23, 2022, 07:09:01 PM
I'm fine seeing Sultan losing the bout for the interim Bantamweight title if only the result is close but his performance is not really impressive knowing he should be able to handle Paul Butler.

Looking at the scorecard, there's no competition he showed throughout the fight.

116-112, 118-110, and 117-111

Is it a lack of practice? I think, no. Butler just improved, but only against for the level of Sultan.
If you do really make some differentiation in terms of experience against Butler then you could really say that this is indeed a mismatch i would say.Sultan was never intended to fight butler and he

was not really prepared or does have enough time with proper training. He was never intended to fight him on the first place and it should be Casimero. Its really just that he had no choice but to

fight up due to that kind of selection which is unjustifiable.Speaking of performance then Sultan is slow and doesnt have much body movement or head movement and Butler
turns out to focus on technicality and making points which is obviously showing off the results.
2431  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Some Errors We Make In Trading Crypto on: April 22, 2022, 11:36:26 PM
  • Going all in- it a very bad habit, never ever put all your eggs in one basket. it's a popular saying.

This habit is very bad when trading. Not only newbie traders make this mistake but many old traders also make this mistake. I have been trading for a long time, but I often buy a coin using all the funds in my account. Investing all the funds in one coin often leads to huge losses.

To be a successful trader, you must always look for ways to manage your fund. But large losses are incurred due to not being able to control emotions while trading.
Going all in is something that a gambler mindset do really had on which its really a bad thing if you do really have this kind of act whenever you do deal with trading. If you do make yourself that impulsive
when it comes to your decisions then you would really be ending up on going all in and act that you are gambling out instead of doing trading.

You would only realize when its too late and there's no way you could able to retreive those losses back unless if you do make out some deposits again for some capital.
We know that mistakes are the best teachers but we should really be minimizing it as small as it should be.
2432  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: stake.com- Does not have gambling responsibility on: April 22, 2022, 10:29:36 PM
I believe that any gambling sites must have a precautionary measures atleast to remind a gambler if they have been engaged in gambling activities frequently other than it's usual activities. I mean its an advantage for a gambling site to have a frequent customer enjoying their games however even if it's a gamblers responsibility to limit himself/herself I think even a simple reminder from gambling site will help to give awareness to the gamblers.

Such a precautionary measure it doesn't help anything to the gambler though that will be helpful for the gambling site. As on cigarette it has been written "smoking is dangerous for health; smoking  causes heart attack or something like that. Smoker knows everything I mean all the bad sight at the same time gambler (we) know everything but we gamble. But we may sometime want to stop gambling and then we need to self exclusion mood.
This is what makes addictions so difficult to treat, intellectually people already know drinking, smoking, using drugs or gambling in excess can cause addiction but they still do it, this lowers their confidence they can stop at any time, so the ability to self-exclude themselves is important as a third party is helping them achieve their goals.

However we also need to recognize that when the addiction is severe self-exclusion is useless, as even if it works there is nothing stopping the gambler to visit another online casino and gamble their money there.
Self exclusion would really be totally useless if you are really making out things to be done once again because exclusions wont really be that enough to stop you on playing gambling once again
or even talking on some other things because if you do still have that aim on  playing gambling then these things would be useless or pointless since you would really be finding ways for yourself.
Would definitely be useless if you do ask me because if you are addicted then there would be no exclusions would be working same as you said. You would be finding ways for you to play again if you do

know that you had been blocked whether its voluntary or been totally forced blocked or banned.I cant blame out the site because it is really actually on users fault on why he had lost more due to
his further actions. It would turn out that these kind of complaints would really be ending up as a trolling kind.

I already see the Poker PvP may I ask if it's already working or you are still creating the game and haven't not finished it yet? if it is finished would you be having a promotion in regards with the PvP poker?
As they have announced its already had been released which means its available. They havent just give out any good announcement or advertisement about it but this one is actually something that

is really interesting. We've seen that they had out some marketing or exposure in the past but they shouldnt have stopped and continue instead considering that this market
is really that interested on something that they could saw.
2434  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Concern of illegal use of crypto on: April 22, 2022, 08:49:15 PM
Do they have complete statistics of the illegal use of fiat currency when compared with cryptocurrency?, that its transaction is transparent and is on chain which can be traced, to a system that no one knows how many in circulation , anyone can load up his bag with fiat and do whatever  , All this stories is to are just to fight against the technology, and I don't think It can stop Bitcoin at this level instead the news will help to creating more Bitcoin's awareness.
They cant provide since it cant really be traced in the first place and they would not love to accept that fact which fiat had been used through ages about money laundering which they wont really be

putting a focus on and just like said that media does have big impact on showing off bad image on crypto with just those false information or making out some blame without even looking
on what fiat is been doing.
Its not new and they've been doing this for years and if you've been here then you would say that these sentiments are really that pretty common.
2435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Paradox of Gambling behavior on: April 22, 2022, 08:06:39 PM
The best game to gamble is the game that you enjoy, that's the first thing you should put in mind as it's very important for you to love what you are doing. Gambling is not about winning only, it's also about getting entertain, but since we are talking of chances, gamble on games that has a low house percentage and in my case I go for sports betting.
Of course, its not just all about money in gambling, but also the level of entertainment that we also need to experience. Otherwise, if you don't enjoy the game, the interest will not grow at all. This why some gamblers often lose because they focus on the bets alone, not the experience itself. However, when asked about the best game to gamble, yeah i think sports betting specifically in NBA as there is high probability to win if you know the best team to bet.
Gambling is for entertainment honestly but people do really end up on playing on it because on making money or profit which most of the time it would really remove out the true essence of entertainment

which supposed to be the main reason on why you do make out some bets.Lets just accept the fact though that people do come after about on making money and next would be that entertainment that
i do say.We do have different mindset and impression towards gambling thats why we do really act according on what we are trying to attain.
2436  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reaches maximum, target $80K BTC on: April 22, 2022, 01:12:06 PM
I think bitcoin needs to break the 45k$ resistance before we can talk about the 80k$ price, bitcoin is now still at 40k$ and i think it is imposible to rise to 80k$ this year, there is a possibility to reach 80k$ but very small chances base on the market situation and the current price i dont think it will reach 80k$.
Nearly impossible for this year but we know that there would be always a possibility because we do still have 8 months for this year and it is really still a lot of time to made out some major changes in price but well its not an assured thing.
Maximum target 80k? Better not to stress yourself out and it would be better to accumulate coins as much as you could rather than on keeping on guessing without having any plans
on taking risk of accumulation.
TA's are sensible and considerable but it cant give out 100% precision.
2437  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Sultan vs Butler - WBO Bantamweight Interim title fight. on: April 22, 2022, 12:31:46 PM
I just updated the title of this thread. Very unfortunate news for Casimero but he will be covered by Jonas Sultan, another great Filipino boxer and hopefully he can still bring the title to the Philippines.

I will favor Sultan here either by a TKO/KO late in the fight.

This is really an unfortunate news for all those fans and for those who have booked its ticket and accommodations just to watch Casimero fighting against Paul Butler but now all those expectations have all gone in an instant after that said video was upload on Casimero's YouTube channel, what a dumb action indeed. But I believe everything has its reason and why Casimero have pulled out on that fight, it was his problem after all because he cannot lose that weight needed. I thought they already fixed it and there's no problem at all that we all just have to wait him on the day of the fight.
If you are a boxer then losing weight for a specific division would really be your main priority and it do connects out on teams carelessness about on not to hit up that spot before the fight comes and now

they do able to see on what are the consequences for them not to mind off on hitting that weight.Lots had been disappointed for this situation but well its already too late and we cant really make
things happen.
For Filipino fans then they would eventually show their support to Sultan which had replaced Casimero due to that reason.

How to determine the trend for bitcoin?

Share tools or your opinion on determining the turn for bitcoin.

The topic is interesting because correct knowledge of the Bitcoin trend will help predict the direction for 98% of altcoins according to my observations.
^ Just like on what had been said above - Im also into news when it comes to fundamentals.

You could visit out these sites if you are interested into.

You would definitely able to know trends yet these news outlets would definitely make out some headline.
2439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which sports betting picks and prediction channel you watch? on: April 21, 2022, 09:12:50 PM
I have no reference for betting, for fear of losing to you. My advice is don't easily draw conclusions from other people's predictions, actually it's enough to watch to the match from the start with the way they play it can be seen where they are going, believe in the belief of your favorite team if you want to bet, good luck
Not bad to read up other speculations as long they arent forcing you to bet someone or a team then i dont really see any issues with that because there are people who do really rely with others information when it comes to betting speculation.

Most likely you would really hearing out other peoples speculation or analysis if you dont really know about a certain sport or a particular game but if you do then you would
definitely not tend to be dependent and would really be making yours instead.
2440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we going to see a new altcoin boom soon on: April 21, 2022, 08:09:08 PM
Yeah in most cases the both market follow the same trend altcoin most time depends on the Bitcoin market to make any significant move be it bull movement or bear market but at this period it hard for one to define the present conditions of the altcoin market some altcoins made tremendous movement recently with shiba inu making a sudden uptrend movement even while other altcoins where on correction mode.
some altcoin will show its strenght although bitcoin price drop, whales or big investors move their money to another coins that maybe thinked cheap and have low risk if pumped. bitcoin and altcoin price mostly move parallelly , so if understand how to enter and exit market maybe it be best opportunity.
If you've been here on this market for a while then you had already familiarized on how bitcoin and altcoins move in between trend but most of the time it would really be that correlated.

You are familiar on how things to be on ending up on the same trend or would really be totally opposite to each other. On every decline there are indeed coins which are standing strong
despite of the bearish trend which does indicate that it does have strong support which is something not new to be seen on this place. So making decision would
a little bit hard when you are tending to accumulate something.
