1781  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitch To Ban Gambling Streaming By October 18th. on: October 05, 2022, 10:24:45 PM
Streamers can certainly find another platform that can give them more freedom in their work, even if it is about gambling. And their viewers or subscribers will try to get more information about where their favorite streamers are so they can stay up to date with those streamers. And it looks like if most platforms ban those streamers, they need a crypto or gambling platform that specifically serves the ads from that business so that it doesn't prohibit them from broadcasting live.
I think it is understandable those which were streaming about gambling on this platform and suddenly they find themselves being banned from it are not very happy about this situation, but since there is demand for this type of content the only thing they need to do is to move to another platform and try to bring their viewers with them, is not easy but if the content they are producing is above the rest I think they can continue their gambling streaming without too much of a problem.

Well, they can find another platform, but I don't think they will find in the short term a platform like Twitch. For certain content, and gambling streaming is that kind of content, this is the place to go: there are others platforms, but I wouldn't say they can compete with Twitch (it is like talking about Youtube a few years ago: if you were banned there you were totally f***ed, until alternatives got the required traction).

On the other hand, while they will avoid regulatory risks, they can eventually lose their dominant position in this field, if competitors welcome the migrant streamers with more relaxed conditions. So this is a double-edged weapon to me.
This is why main competitors of Twitch should really be doing their best to make those innovation or much better than Twitch so that those streamers might able to see a new place for them to hang on.

For sure, surrounding streaming companies arent really that blind on what would gonna happen and they wouldn't really let this opportunity slip and since they do know that
they could have the chance on getting those people on using up the platform.

Each company does have its own rules and terms where it would be normal that they would be making such action whenever they
do see that issues becomes worst overtime. So getting rid of it is totally getting rid of things which is attached to it.
1782  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Privacy should be fought for on: October 05, 2022, 09:16:28 PM
The fact this isn't talked about much even more so after Canada froze bank accounts watching people tx bitcoin and ETH addresses tied to other ETH addresses are being black listed / banned is really bad..

BTC will fail or much much much worse become the money of enslavement if privacy is not added.. Unbreakable privacy..
Actually issues like this with the banks are always being talked about here in the forum. We are always being reminded of how important it is to use a crypto more than the banks because they can do restrictions about your money. There are really banks which are allergic to cryptos and I think they will warn that dealing with crypto transactions using your bank is not allowed.

Maybe those banks users still continues. That could be one of the reasons on why they got banned. Btc won't fall for that reason but it will more pump instead because bank users are going to transfer here if that issue arises. Btc's default privacy is already enough but there's still a way to make it more private.
We should always bare up into our minds that once we do touch up these institutions or something which is regulated or centralized then expect that privacy is never been part of it thats why you should really make yourself aware about these stuffs if you do really give importance about anonymity.
This is why cryptospace did really get soo much interest and support due into this manner. We could really have option whether on making ourselves dealing with centralized services or things
or would opt out on the other side.
We do have our own will and we arent that blind on not to see on whats available and how to dealt up with it.
1783  Economy / Gambling / Re: Vulnerabilities in gambling websites in past on: October 05, 2022, 08:36:02 PM
a single mistakes can cause a business to be ruined.
I think this is true most especially in an online business. I remember there are one crypto project who got hacked and lost millions of dollars. The reason is only because of a tiny mistake in the code. It sounds crazy but it happens. That's how good the hackers are. They inspect every element and if they have spotted something which aren't right, that's the time they will try to attack.
That is the advantage of great hackers because they can detect leaks from the system and even in the code. And this makes every developer have to stay alert, do frequent checks on their site, and ensure that everything is safe. I'm sure the team of every trusted casino always does this and there are even some casinos that do leak searches and offer big rewards to invite their people or members to help them find leaks on their site. So this is not an easy task for every casino as they have to compete with other casinos in maintaining security on their site.

Exactly, when we have a casino or a company that does not have enough security, a single mistake can cause total decapitalization, and I don't know, but there are many casinos that have been online and appear here in the forum, and I don't know. If in some play or something the casino has also had an error, it has to pay a lot of money to a user and that is why it has also been the cause of the crash.

On the other hand, we have also witnessed that some users have been beneficiaries of certain bonuses and free money that sites sometimes offer, and this becomes a vulnerability, this is usually quite common.
On this forum, many new online casinos are constantly being released, which makes us always have to be careful because some of these new casinos are still under development, especially for security. So if you are interested in depositing your money because of the bonuses offered, you don't need to deposit too big money. Maybe after you deposit some money, you can see how it develops and if the casino can be better than before, you can deposit some more money but you still have to be able to control your spending on gambling.

Many people take advantage of bonuses from casinos to abuse so that people can get more bonuses than others. And yes, it is a common vulnerability in casinos.

New sites means new things to explore, yes you need to be more careful when trying new casinos as aside from offered bonuses the chance that instead of collecting some freebies your deposit money will be scam and the casino will runaway or it will be a victim of hacks, new casinos that don't have enough funds for security are prone from hackers attack.

It's the first hard challenge for casino owners establishing trust from their clients and convert term to a local patron by means of extra bonuses or special treatment, but the again they need to focus with security to impress more gamblers not to be afraid with any possibilities of hacks and scams.
Enhanced security or any other means that related into this one should really be focused or really that standard on any business specially if its money related. You cant really be just that too confident as a business

owner on which you wouldn't really be that mindful when it comes to that. You cant really just set aside or not to be that serious in regarding on this. Its true that building up trust is the most challenging thing of all

specially when you are new into the market. You cant really easily hooked up people on playing into your site and make them stay.Doubts and hesitance would be there
because people do much prefer on playing into those sites which had been existing for a while now.
1784  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is happening with Crypto market on: October 05, 2022, 07:23:52 PM

From your post, I can not imagine if the bitcoin price can be at $741k. That will be a big surprise to all since we will prepare to have more and more bitcoin from now on. But that could happen because we will see the reward drop to 3.125 BTC so it can trigger the higher price to increase, which can be more than $100k.

But I never expect to see the price be at $741k so we will make a big profit later. Hopefully, that will happen in the next 2 years. Meanwhile, for the next year, it will be a struggle year for bitcoin because the government can be tighter than before as bitcoin or crypto could be more popular than today.
Basing up on the chart and trying to look into those indicators which do shows that it might hit up 100k or more which is something realistic but on what you had noticed is about 741k, whether it was just a hover or simply op did pertain about those possible price?

We cant really be sure but basing up on patterns on each halving event, then we might really be having those significant price increase but we know that this market isnt something
that you could easily predict.

But to think that mining rewards had already been halved plus the demand becomes even more higher then expect on what would be the outcome.

Hate to burst your bubble, but OP is no longer active right after dumping his links. You can see that he hasn't logged in ever since.
But surprisingly this thread had ended up on lots of pages reply despite of being OP didnt logged in or just simply spam out links and then never came back.
Its not something surprising or new into this forum thats why its really that important on at least trying to check if its relevant to reply

1786  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 WINZ.IO 🚀 WELCOME BONUS: 300 FREE SPINS 🎁 43 ETH ETHEREUM ADVENTURE 🌕 on: October 04, 2022, 04:11:23 AM
regarding to that matter , Yahoo opened up new Signature campaign in regards to their "New Sportsbook"

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5415844.0

Looks like Winz.io is truly willing to enhanced their site and lure as many gamblers as possible and with this new sportsbook , Maybe finally I will try playing and betting in Winz , coz I have several favorite casinos but now with this sportsbook will love to try and experience their site.

It is good that the winz.io adopt the sportsbook feature at the same time this gains more number of players who really like to play a different sports and e-sports event also we know how the winz got an active different rewards to their thread for community engagement we are heading forward for the winz to have more event like from their previous.

Aside from the info above. Winz has the most free spin bonus as deposit bonus since they have a no wager requirements on it which means there bonus is no bullshit because other casino free spin offers has an insane wagering requirements that is very hard to complete. The addition of there sportsbook makes them a full casino and compete already to the top tier casino since they are already have an established reputation here in the forum plus there timing signature campaign that can boost exposure of there new sportsbook offered.

I wonder if they will launch a bonus such as freebet for there sportsbook introduction.
Just like other top or popular sites which they had get in line into those platforms that had a sports book and now they have decided on adding up one.It was my first time on hearing out a casino which do give out free spins or bonus which doesnt have wagering requirement? How they do able to sustain up that kind of system? Considering that there are lots would really be that abusing it but
since there were no complaints nor issues about this, then it does prove out that they did well.

They had launched up their signature campaign and trying out to make some exposure for the sportsbook which its very normal for any business
to do so to have some awareness.
1787  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1 - The copycat epidemic within crypto casinos. on: October 04, 2022, 03:16:41 AM
~
I don't know about stifling innovation, that also sounds like another excuse. If I did something new and 1000 people copied me, I would be finding day and night to make my stuff even better. How does it stifle innovation?

Yep, it doesn't. That's what companies that created something new and original are doing all the time: they are trying to improve their creation and trying to invent something new once again, since they are, obviously, capable of that.

You can spend your lifetime on copywriting, licensing and suing those who "have stolen your work", or you can just ignore them and spend your time on creating something new and useful. I mean, you can do both, but in my opinion those judicial proceedings will suck you dry.

Absolutely true my friend, and to be honest, without copycats, perhaps more companies would be happy to sit down and enjoy their success since why work for something new and different when there is no competition and everyone doesn't copy your stuff?

To be fair the only ones who go for suing in court are those with so much money to make from winning or just egoistical people.

Though now you mention it I wonder if any crypto casinos have ever gone to court to sue a copycat?
Based up on all the years here on crypto space, i havent seen one who had been sued out because of copying their site design. If we do look around which lots of copycats and still continue to grow in numbers

but eventually they do just simply pass away since people would really be still ending up on joining the original ones and this what makes things back to normal.
We dont see any suing or legal actions in regarding on this one.

Business owners here on crypto space do knows on which one would really be the ones who would succeed out.

Take, for example, this point:
24. If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud Punt Casino, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments regarding Punt Casino's operation. Punt Casino reserves the right to publicize your actions together with your identity and e-mail address, as well as to circulate this information to other casinos, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.
-snip
Wow, this is quite concerning they are basically threatening people to don't say any bad things about the gambling site or else their personal information would be exposed. I've read gambling sites banning or restricting gamblers from withdrawing for saying bad things about the gambling site they are playing at but this takes it to another level. I agree, with FarFork, I don't recommend anyone playing on the gambling site as long as they have that rule on their ToS.
This is too much actually on which threatening out people on their documents or simply their identity. This is way too much, in todays standard on which if ever a certain person do commits out a violation then they would be simply be blocked up into their accounts and couldn't withdraw, its up to you whether you would really be that serious on getting those funds back or you would simply skip. This isnt something like this where you would really be having doubts on exposing your identity once you do say bad about them.It isnt really just that right on having that kind of rule or terms.
I do skip out  right away this platform since you cant really have a freedom on telling things specially on those criticisms which you might able to throw off.

Yeah, there's no way they are legally allowed to do this. Such terms of service are ridiculous, and I don't know what idiot wrote them, but what they are doing is absolutely unprofessional, not to mention illegal. Nobody has a right to publish someone else's personal data publicly or to use it for purposes other than those for which the person has given consent. It seems like whoever wrote that fine print was either quite or willfully ignorant, either of the laws or of the basic common sense.

Hey @Punt Casino, your casino sucks!

Here you go, I just wrote a malicious comment about your business. Are you going to publicize my identity and address now? Idiots!

Lets see if they could do that.  Cheesy

For sure they cant if you haven't registered and set out those docs yet on their site which is literally common sense.
This is really ending up on being a threat rather than on being a term or conditions which we do know that it is really just too much.
This is my first time on seeing a platform who do make out lines and making some threat about exposing identity.
We do have privacy rules and laws and i dont know on why they do consider it out.

1790  Economy / Gambling / Re: Vulnerabilities in gambling websites in past on: October 03, 2022, 10:45:46 PM
Well, it's the actual backup fund when your hot wallet becomes dry. We've seen this from almost every company that focuses on cryptocurrencies and has payouts in that form.
And the biggest funds are stored there so that when something wrong happens, they can easily have it backup with those funds just like what happened back then in some famous hacks through an exchange as I've said.
Whilst for some gambling casinos, I hope that it won't happen to any of those that are running currently because we don't want to see it happening that people losses their funds through hacks.
For exchange platforms then it would be totally on different set up which there would really be funds to be stored on cold storages or wallets unlike on gambling where payouts and withdrawals is really active

then it would be mainly placed into a hot wallet which means that higher chances for total drain up once an exploit or hacking incident would happen.Vulnerabilities
is always there since there no such thing about perfect security.
There are casinos that are having the same setup as the exchanges. I've seen them having a hot wallet and as well as a cold storage when I've read some of the concerns from their customers about not able to withdraw.
And the support's answer is that the hot wallet is empty and they have to refill it with their cold storage. The payouts in casinos could be replenished if it's about to get empty and they're just like estimating the visits of their players if it's not that much at all.
Should be standard? Yes.

Casinos should have cold wallet too but its really hard on some aspect since there are players who do really win big which means that if your hot wallet depletes out then you would need to pull on to your cold which
is a basic concept or operation but its up to the management on how or whats the system they would really be making use considering about safety and security
then its up to owner on what he do prefer or on whats good for the business.
Many of the reputable casinos that we have here have cold wallet and it is very rear for the team to go and take some funds from the cold wallet because they do make gains and many gamblers do make severe losses that make casinos to get earning with bigger profits from us. It is only new casinos I am aware of not having a cold wallet which is a poor act.
Having no cold wallet doesnt automatically means that it is an poor act, because there might be that too confident when it comes to security of their platforms which it doesnt really need for them to do so.

Just let them be since its their business and its their right to do on what are the things thats good for their platform but on general sense then it would be recommendable to have a cold wallet.

As i explained earlier that if there are some sudden exploit or loophole where these hackers do able to do so then you wouldnt really be able to make your business
bankrupt since you do have still funds into your cold storage.
1791  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is permissable in Islam. on: October 03, 2022, 09:45:06 PM
The islamic countries have negative viewpoints on it and maybe consider it as gambling as it's strictly prohibited in their religion but they are not putting a direct ban on it's usage and you can still see people trading in crypto over these Muslim countries.

There might be some who differentiate on the basis of Halal or Haram but it depends on our actual usage like you are the one who will decide how to use it sp come does it end up in bad situation? It's another form of money only and you can't deny the fact.
Actually Islam does not prohibit the use of anything useful, including Bitcoin. Islam only prohibits actions that harm oneself and others.
Fiat money is something that can be used according to Islamic law, in other words it is halal. However, fiat money also becomes haram if it is used or obtained in the wrong way, such as gambling, selling intoxicating drinks, and others similar to it. If Bitcoin is used or obtained from gambling, then the law is also haram, just like fiat money. So, why do Islamic countries, or Muslims use Bitcoin? Because in Islam it is not haram. And Islam does not view Bitcoin as something negative.
Any religion in the world would really be having on the same perspective when it comes to bad or good things. There are just some things which they do really differ on some things but on generally
we do aim for dealing on whats good and whats bad.Lets just respect if Islam does have this kind of beliefs then so be it.
Whether bitcoin is permissable or not then its their own choice whether these people would be following into their religion or would totally be that going opposite.
So it does depend on someone because not all people would really be that following on what their Religion told them to do so.

1795  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is this Gambling Bot real or fake? on: October 02, 2022, 10:39:28 PM
I read somewhere that these bot games are real but since there are no reviews on legits that is why there is not rating
I think the OP might have tried that - we would be needing his honest review so that we start betting on that website too.
You should be careful reading reviews of gambling bot scams because the purpose of bots using bots is not guarantee to double profits but bots are used for automatic mode to save time in dice games, slots and etc. Some paid bots offer odds feature for winning analysis but are not at all guaranteed to be trusted, because winning is entirely on the luck factor.
Its for automation nothingless but there are people whom do really believe that it could really be that profitable and made assurance that it could make out profits without having that manual play.
This is indeed a wrong mindset or belief to have because you cant really make these things possible because gambling does have higher odds or chance of losing.

Bots are for making yourself make those bets in automation but not give out assurance that it would really make you profits and this is really a very wrong misconception.
Never ever make yourself believe on this kind of stuff.
1796  Economy / Gambling / Re: RATING of TOP 20 CRYPTOCURRENCY SPORTSBOOKS on: October 01, 2022, 10:46:01 PM
May I ask what criteria you used for ranking them from 1 to 20? It is very important that you let your readers know how you created this rating, because some of the review sites have based it on their payment, and some because of the popularity of the site.
When it comes to review sites or guide sites then ratings would really be basing up on personal preference or interest and this is where they do really differ. If you are a gambler who do have already experience on a certain site and turns out the rating is not really something that you could approve on then thats a solid thing that tells that we do have our own preference and criteria on things that
we are involved with.

There are couple of trusted review or guide site that we do have today or had been trusted by this forum due to their unbiased reviews and clear rankings basing on their
real time experience on the site.As a reader then you could really able to determine whether those are accurate reviews or totally not that true.

1800  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Parents And Their Children In Gambling.. on: September 29, 2022, 03:31:13 PM
Well I know that every parent is free to raise their children as they want, I don't know what Michael's son does, but what he is doing is not good, it is something bad, the money he is spending I imagine belongs to his father , but even so I consider that he can spend what he wants and embarrass himself as long as the money is his own and that he has earned it to decide how to spend it, that is something very delicate, I think that he as a father should make it very clear things and not throw so much money at them with such irresponsibility, I think that the children of celebrities do not manage to give them a good life, they believe that if they give them everything, I know that wealth is to be shared with the family, especially the children, but neither like that.

Money is something needs to be spend but of course it should really be on the right way but since its their money and they do have the full rights on what they would gonna do then its none of our business.
Parents do raise up their children on different way. Some might be that too strict and some might be that too loose.Come to think that even we do monitor out our children then there's no way
that we could really see on what are the things that they've been doing.
If Michael is involved in gambling then most likely it would be ending up for those activities to be mimic out or to be followed by their children. You cant blame
them, they would definitely be doing up things basing up on what they do saw into their parents.
