2441  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling using chip in money? on: March 08, 2023, 03:28:35 AM

I’m still not experiencing it but sounds fun at the same time to share experience of winning and losing with your friend. Do you guys do it?

I haven't tried it because I know the risk but it's worth trying as long as I can have my friends agree that it's for fun and there's no expectation of winning, for entertainment purposes only and they are aware of the risk and they only pool money that they can afford to lose.
Honestly, I hate using my friend's money when it comes to gambling, it is their money if they are going to lose it in gambling they might as well lose it playing themselves so they cannot blame anyone if they lose.
2442  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Gambling earn someone a living on: March 07, 2023, 09:44:23 PM

..The only sets of persons who may decide to pick up gambling to "earn a living" are Trust fund babies who are living off the wealth of their parents. Because this is absolutely unsustainable. Anyone who claims they are doing it must be lying.

I don't think they can also make a living in gambling they may have a monthly pension but they cannot make a living out of gambling, there is a big difference between having a source of funds monthly and having a skill, if you have a monthly pension and you are not good in gambling you are just feeding the casino and you they are making a living out of you, I already posted gambling operators and the government are the ones who makes a living and revenue from gambling and we are the one feeding them.
You are supposed to enjoy gambling because it's an entertainment portal, after all, there's no other way to treat it.
2443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In 38 Days, Freebitco.in is going to give out $200,000 in BITCOIN!!! on: March 07, 2023, 09:10:34 PM
Freebitco.in is one of the first bitcoin faucet that is still running till date, i joined this platform in late 2015 when i first discovered bitcoin and was looking for ways to earn it for free since i had no money back then to buy, I am glad to say that i earned my first set of bitcoins through this platform, back in those days, they paid far more than what they pay now on hourly bases, though back then, bitcoin was pretty much cheaper than it currently is.

ive never really used freebitco as a gambling platform aside buying lottery tickets from time to time, but in all the time i have participated in the lottery, i have never won, but i believe this is because i was never consistent.

In all, Freebitco is a legendary bitcoin faucet and also a mini casino,.

Freebitco.in was so good back then that almost all of us here have an account here and why not many of us here started on faucets back then rewards on faucets are still good and Freebitco.in is one of the frontlines on this, they are the first casino to have their own token and probably the first faucet also.
They can give us these huge prizes because they made a lot of profit from being the leading casino faucet in the industry with taking features, the only casino that is giving them competition with the same feature is Betfury casino but Freebitco.in has huge edge because Fun token is being traded on Binance, while Betfury casino is still struggling to get listed in major exchanges like Binance.
2444  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you know any telegram group where a lot of gamblers meet? on: March 06, 2023, 11:32:52 PM
Hi, as I said in the title, Do you know any telegram group where a lot of gamblers from the biggest casinos are discussing each other? If you are in some such group please share them here. I believe there are some groups but I can not find them, unfortunately Smiley. Thank you
Check this page: https://telegramchannels.me/

I think they have database of all groups and channels on telegram. You can filter the channels and easily find the industry that you are looking for. I used one of this type of site long ago but not sure if it was this or not.

This is a good find for anyone who is looking to promote their projects in a chat group, although there are so many complaints about telegram not getting rid of scammers and don't have enough features against spammers it's still the best platform to form or set up a group for various interest, that is why Cryptocurrency projects make it a point to create or include telegram bounty in their promotions.
I hope Sujon finds the kind of groups that he's looking for, I'm sure it's about promoting projects he is working on.
2445  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Gambling earn someone a living on: March 06, 2023, 10:41:45 PM
On before now gambling was seen as a dirty habit and was painted black in the society because way back the society believes any gambler have so many bad habits too like doing drugs which most gamblers was mafias not just mafias but rich people .
That was then, but now it has become a cash cow for the government and the entertainment portal of the rich and famous, we can say that gambling now is elevated because of the money generated for the government, and some of its patrons are the rich and famous

Quote
So my question now is that can someone use gambling as a means of earning living?

Only the government and the operators can, but for gamblers, they have to rely on luck to make a profit but not something to make a living out of it, others who can make money from gambling are workers and some companies that rely on the gambling industries, like the food caterer and entertainers for physical casinos.
2446  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coinplay scammed me out of 1300 USDT on: March 06, 2023, 01:49:49 PM
Hello dear forum members.

We would like to clarify the situation regarding bachezy.

His post history is available to all forum members, so you can check what he posted here.

He got blocked on BTC365.
Here he was limited to betnomy.
Here he was blocked on betcoin.
Nolimit365
OLE777
And so on, you can check for yourself.

Why do players like bachezy write complaints everywhere? Hopping that the brands, worrying about their reputation, will still give him the dishonestly earned winnings.
But more often brands don't do that because it encourages other players to break the rules as well and gives them a scheme of how to get their unfair winnings - just start to complain everywhere.

This message is to forum members, not to bachezy.

So we can now conclude that bachezy is a cheater considering that he was banned from 5 casinos, this is not a good track record for a complainant he should change his way and read the terms of service and always follow them, he already lose money and will still lose money if he keeps breaking casinos terms of service, you're still lucky that they allow you to withdraw your deposit.
If you open a new complaint people will treat you as a boy who cries wolf.
2447  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Coinwix.com Fake Exchange on: March 06, 2023, 01:08:46 PM
but I tend to agree that some competitors may leave negative reviews but those well-known service platforms compete very well.
Yeah, reasonable if the services are reputable but in this case not.

Here is a funny fact, the exchange platform mentioned above has an article on Tips for avoiding scams.
That's their new tactics, scammers do things like this, like what can be seen in phishing scam, either via email or sms saying that someone got accessed their account, ot have suspicious activity so they need to change their password accessing to fake website to get their password.

Although there's no proof that mentioned site is scam but i won't trust them even a single cent.

I'm not going to use that platform, partly because of the bad rating on Trustpilot, the fact that their price is enticing to traders which makes it questionable, and they are unpopular and new exchange, because of the competition they should try to establish their reputation and one of this is creating an announcement here and open themselves to criticism and feedbacks.
My motivation to trade on any exchange is when in doubt I don't proceed to trade.
2448  Economy / Gambling / Re: I got frusted please help? on: March 06, 2023, 11:21:08 AM
2. no wager requirement before withdrawing
You are going to get this nowhere. I don't know any of such casino which allow you to withdraw before you make some wager. Wagering requirement is there to prevent money laundering. Otherwise, it will be easy to launder money by scammers, corrupt people, hackers. This make sense. Also, casinos are here to make money. If you don't play, how will they earn?

What's OP's purpose in withdrawing without wagering, you will be suspected of money laundering because you will use the casino to launder, if you deposit you are expected to play, and there is no change of mind or turning back,
IWithour requirement number two I can recommend BFG and Stake, but is it the first requirement should be a reputable casino because even if all the requirements are on the casino you sign up with but without a good reputation they will just cheat if ever you win, so reputation should be the first in your list.
2449  Economy / Gambling / Re: they are scamming us? on: March 06, 2023, 04:23:22 AM
This is an open secret many casinos operate that way based on the confession of the informer some of what he exposed are true and some are subject to speculation, gamblers need to understand that casinos are entertainment portal it has been that way since the inception of the internet, physical casinos will do everything to make you stay, play longer because this is their house edge, if you play long you are bound to lose.
It's the same with online casinos, they promote themselves as entertainment portals, not investment platforms so you have a low chance of winning but if you do the right things you have a high chance of enjoying playing.
2450  Economy / Gambling / Re: What if bitcointalk creates a casino review and ratings board for members. on: March 05, 2023, 09:32:40 PM

With this, I think casinos would start being up and doing accordingly to avoid being blacklisted here because if they should get blacklisted, that means they are not upto standard for operating  here.
With this casino review and ratings board members both old and new would know better casinos to identify with and if any member chooses to identify with a casino after seeing their ratings and review to be very poor, that member would have no option than to face his or her problem by themselves when it dawn on them or if the case is otherwise.

This is an opinion which would welcome more contributions and possibly ways to develop this particular board if considered and deemed fit to hid to.

Thank you

This is a good recommendation but I doubt it will be implemented, scams are not moderated here, there are concerns and complaints that are addressed properly by casinos and some complaints that are still pending because casinos prefer not to show their proof to protect the integrity of their platform and this doesn't mean that they deserve a bad rating, and there's also a possibility of manipulation of that rating, some casinos will just hire shills or those who want to get paid to give them a good or bad rating,
And because of the competition, some casinos could hire some members to give casinos good or bad ratings that really do not reflect their reputation.
I'm ok with the current rating of tagging and creating a flag.
2451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Better For Fan (BFF) on: March 05, 2023, 02:13:29 PM
This is just a suggestion for you. It would better if you were making your own announcement thread in the altcoin token section. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=240.0

You can introduce your project and explain all of the things that are already owned by your project then you can try to open a new thread in altcoin discussion to open a discussion regarding your project. So, what thing that makes your project unique and different with the common gambling platform that was also offering sportbetting?

First, he needs to confirm if he is the developer or part of the development team if he is not then he should not, he cannot answer important questions about this project/platform OP could have stumble it and just want to share it with the community or he was asked to post it here for discussion

Quote
It sounds the same as BFG.
No, it's very different, it's not a casino, no staking features the mechanism is very much different from casinos and your rewards are their native token since they are not accepting Bitcoin it cannot be posted in the gambling section, unlike BFG token.
2452  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcoin Bookstore on: March 05, 2023, 12:37:08 PM
Great initiatives we should have this kind of platform, but I recommend offering a newsletter subscription or include in your website, your social media accounts so people can follow you and they will get a new update if there are new e-books added, offering free Bitcoin e-books are highly recommended these free e-books are for beginners so they may get entice to buy those e-books in the Amazon using your referral links.
2453  Economy / Gambling / Re: who to trust in gambling sites? on: March 05, 2023, 11:36:03 AM

my question is can i trust these sites , which is on 2nd or 3rd or 4th on list of best sites , which is written by bloggers, keeping in mind that which have more referral commission is going to be in first places,

and also can you suggest some trusted sites please?

You can as long as these bloggers have a good reputation in the gambling community, online casino reviewers have a lot to stake because reviewers have everything to lose if they support scams and low-rated casinos they will lose subscribers and visitors and might even be reported, so pick your reviewers to check how they review an online casino, and if their reviews are correct based on player's experience, so far only three reviewers passed my criteria and they are active here so we can question and ask about their reviews.
2454  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jon Jones vs Ciryl Gane on: March 05, 2023, 06:50:29 AM
We are a few days out from UFC 285 and the main event is Jon Jones vs Ciryl Gane.

I think Jon Jones is going to win this fight comfortably and is a deserved favourite going in.

Although Jones is 18kg (almost 40 pounds) lighter, he has a much longer reach advantage.

I have watched a lot of Ciryl and to be honest I wasn't very impressed. He struggled against Ngannou and was dropped by Tuivasa.

I think Jon Jones makes a statement and may even submit Gane.

I'm curious on what everybody else thinks.

Please post your predictions below.

I'm surprised by your prediction Jnes makes a statement by submitting Ciryl Gane, it is one of the easiest fights I've seen in the heavyweight division, Jones did not even get a sweat, and Gane did not even offer resistance, not the kind of fight I want to see on Gane, it did not live up to my expectation and I guess all the fans, I'm sure Jones has a huge advantage but I don't think he can win this fight so easily.
I love to see UFC make an offer to Ngannou for a one-time fight because Ngannou is the lineal champion.
2455  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Figueroa vs Magsayo WBC Interim Featherweight Title (March 4) on: March 05, 2023, 04:13:34 AM
The fight is exciting to watch even though there is too much holding and grappling Figueroa just eats up Magsayo's punch, Figuroa proves to be a volume puncher and this will have an impact in the latter rounds so far the fight is just about even but Magsayo needs to keep up those jabs and do counter punches.

Edit :Going to the 10th round I have Magsayo ahead by 1 point
Added : Figueroa shows its strongest form by doing a lot of volumes punching it's dead even going through the round 11th but Magsayo is exhausted.
2456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My $300 bet won $417,000 on: March 04, 2023, 11:52:32 PM

I get that, those that really are for bragging wouldn't show results of their wins but the things that they've bought with their profit. And it seems that it doesn't look like a big deal to him because, it didn't just happened once.
OP shows results he can brag about it and at the same time be proud of something that he achieved because it's not that every day we can see a huge amount of winning for a small bet like that.
And OP advises that

Always remember to only bet what you can afford to lose and gamble responsibly.  Smiley Smiley

So it's extreme luck that he achieved that, and it's not because he planned it or he has a strategy for how to reach it, he acknowledges it through extreme luck.
2457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would You Build your Own Casino(online/offline) If You Know You Can? on: March 04, 2023, 11:08:09 PM
Not only if you can but if you can make it competitive, the casino is the most competitive industry this is a multi-billion industry, and it's not really that easy, there's a big difference between what you know and how to be competitive, you need to do feasibility study form a team and set your goal.
Remember you are up or will be up against the casinos you've been playing you know how popular these casinos are and how they do marketing, so you need to assess your team's capability against these popular casinos.
2458  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Figueroa vs Magsayo WBC Interim Featherweight Title (March 4) on: March 04, 2023, 10:29:45 PM

Is this their strategy or Magsayo couldn't really get the required weight in the first weigh in?
Time to see how he will perform on this fight, if he really needs to move up weight to accommodate the comfort zone of his body.
Checking the video they are not faking it, Magsayo is over by one pound, and it's not easy for a boxer to drain himself one pound is a big concern I have seen fighters pass out because of trying to lose half a pound so it's not a strategy and if its a strategy it's a bad strategy, you can do a lot of strategies but never about cutting weight, its something that could backfire in the actual fight, but I'm glad that Magsayo finally nails it in two hours, he might have gone through a lot trying to lose that one pound excess.
2459  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambler has 100% trust in each stake on: March 04, 2023, 09:37:42 PM

My question now is, As a gambler would you give 100% to a stake that you trust?

It depends on who the team is fighting and how good is the team and the circumstances of the events, you should not put 100% of your trust because no team or fighter is 100% good, they also suffer from bad breaks and bad plays and they lose, but this is if you're betting, but if it's not you can put 100% of your trust since no money is involved and you just want to show faith and trust to the team, but if there is money involved analysis is a must.
You cannot trust 100%  of your favorite and expect to make money at the same time.
2460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need Suggestions About Investment in new projects on: March 04, 2023, 03:20:35 PM
Hello everyone, I want to ask that investing in new projects has worth or not because to many scams projects now a days and i am afraid of losing money.
I wanna invest in quizbox.finance and this project looks really amazing and unique. what you guys think about this.
I need suggestions,

Website: https://quizbox.finance/

Amazing and unique, these are some of the words I hear from the telegram groups where I got invited to check their project, these are the most used words in altcoin investing it may look promising but in the long run, these projects lose their steam because it lives on hype and the developers are not really that dedicated to sustaining their project, they already got the money so they left the project until it dies down.

My advice is to dig deep and compare to other similar projects that die down.
