How about we put up 1BTC bet if this is REAL or not. We can use escrow and I will provide further proofs to third party arbitrator

Screenshot Are you talking about me ?

I say real on my screenshot , not screenshots op

If you question me ok I am willing screenshot
can we see a screenshot if it's no big deal, would be kinda cool to see its always nice when someone wins a decent amount off a fairly new casino site
but if you don't want to it's no biggie, as i said above it's just a neat thing to see.

Not content with a mere 25 BTC in profit, phoking has come back and taken his spot on the all-time leaderboard!

That's 41 BTC of net profit, over only 159 BTC wagered.

 Shocked Shocked
that's pretty insane but if mrslost keeps it up he will surpass that 41btc profit with under a 150 btc wagered, i no it's very unlikely it's gonna be cool to look back on this post and see how much they lost/won from this point in time

this doesnt look like secure investment
what do you mean by that it's not like there asking for crowdfunding nor any ICO funds, so you really plan on not spending a few hours on what these talented people of the crypto community have to bring to the table? i would be ashamed if i missed another great project such as this i for one am excited as hell....

what time will the test net launch be happening tomorrow, looking forward to test mining this kinda had a hard time setting up miners for eth hopefully this will be more clear and a little simpler  Wink

No time set for the test launch, but once everything is ready tomorrow. It should run for a couple days so there is no rush trying to test mine first. As this is just a test there is no value with anything mined with it, so don't worry about being early.
ya, i know there is basically no point to joining the test mine, but it gives me the chance to make sure i have my miners set up properly, when i tried to mine eth i struggled for a few days and just gave up, hoping this will be a lot smoother and hopefully me and my pea sized brain will be able to figure it out  Grin

Here a tutorial for solo mining ether coins: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1155284.msg12306597#msg12306597

It has bat files too.

thanks that really helps!, but when i was trying to mine eth there was only 30 gigs on the network, last time i checked there was 400GH+? im not sure if it's still as high but that's pretty insane for cpu power only.... so i stopped bothering with it, the one random pool feature really boggled my mind somuch $ invested into a project without a dedicated mining pool/server...  Huh
2466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: September 10, 2015, 02:10:09 AM
like i said aslong as you don't gamble too much and know when to cut your losses it's all fun and good games, but if you get carried away with it it can be wreck your life faster then a brick hitting the ground

1. Is the coin burning reflected in total coins number shown by Coinmarketcap.com?

im 99.9% sure that the burnt coins will still show in the total as shown on coinmarketcap

Any burnt coins will still appear in the total coins as they are still part of the network. No one will have access to them so they just sit there and do nothing except look odd on the block explorer.

Thats sounds completely logical, but if that is the case, how the coin count could be 99,388 DCR (as shown on Coinmarketcap) then? The number of coins sold was 100,000 DCR, so the number of coins currently cannot be less, unless the burned coins are subtracted. I supposed maybe the Coinmarketcap is informed about the burn address (as this is a common practice now to have such addresses), and maybe they show the total number of coins with that wallet subtracted..?

yeah your right , while on here,http://104.207.130.85:3001/, its 100767 !  it would almost be correct subtracting the burnt coins. Strange!!

I guess it could be possible for coin market cap to ignore specific address parameters. Have no idea myself, just thinking out loud.
Link to burn address: http://cryptobe.com/address/DBurnAddressDELTACreditsDCR1MHEkpR Amount of DCR burned to date: 1447.61370972 is wrong the real # burned is below

1832.78146137 DCR has been burned in total
http://104.207.130.85:3001/address/DBurnAddressDELTACreditsDCR1MHEkpR

Address: DBurnAddressDELTACreditsDCR1MHEkpR
The conclusion is that coinmarketcap does indeed subtract those burnt coins, since it's tuned in with cryptobe, which indeed shows that burn address with 1447.61370972 DCR. Pretty impressive i should say, i didn't think they accounted burnt coins.
yes pretty impressive indeed considering the fact roughly 0.15%-0.052% coins are only being burned per day, thanks for putting up that explorer again what does it cost you to run it? maybe we can keep it up full time or is that asking to much?

Dont forget cryptsy, and poloniex.
everybody seems to forget about them, now a days people just want bittrex not sure why  doesn't really make any sense considering poloniex is one of the most trustworthy exchanges around cryptsy has been around forever too i've only had 1 bad experience with cryptsy but it was all solved quickly so i don't see why people aren't trying to get it on there instead!

2475  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Quickseller escrowing for himself on: September 09, 2015, 12:57:23 PM
Fundamentally there is no issue with escrowing someone's own trade. When someone gets an escrow, they are paying for a guarantee (upheld based on someone's reputation) that they won't be scammed. Escrowing your own trade's while not disclosing that *could* be perceived as shady, but it's actually not in reality. Reputable sellers often can sell for a price premium, which is partially based on the fees saved from not having to escrow. The buyer just paid for this "reputation premium" through escrow fees instead.

As for the original post in this thread, the data modelling is completely worthless as it has clearly been contaminated with confirmation bias. OP is a scammer and he should have a negative trust rating.

As for Quickseller faking a ban... meh. I would not say xyr's a scammer or deserve negative feedback because of it, but it's understandable why certain people like BadBear would no longer hold xyr into his DefaultTrust list.
things just got interesting time for some popcorn, i know it's been 2+years but how's that stack of 5000 btc you stole can we see a pic of how you spent it, really i'm curious, or did you blow it all on cocaine and hookers?  Grin

2477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] Equilibria Framework | New Concept for Digital Currencies on: September 09, 2015, 10:40:07 AM
So this system use only work-ledger database to transactions or use blockchain too, I mean:
 are  both transactions registered in?

There is a work-ledger database, Its basically a blockchain alternative with anonymity functionality, It will track all transactions apart from some address -> address transactions where the client has requested anonymity via a flag in the header or to you a checkbox on the client.

Fresh work that has been completed will always show on the work-ledger, this cannot be anonymous.

What's the ico price? And how many offered. People will be mining.. so it's important to know. But this additional work package idea sounds cool.

ICO price is 0.00001800 BTC per 1 EQI, Sorry, I just noticed that we have not put an ICO limit on the post. The ICO limit is 128,000,000.
the amount is pretty ridiculous you want to raise 2304 BTC from the ico? 128,000,000 x 0.00001800 = 2304 BTC that seems a bit outrageous
and the fact your not using an escrow for such a large amount is insane
