2461  Economy / Economics / Re: world economy usa will be first country tunr back to normal huge bull run world on: September 20, 2020, 03:04:30 PM
I do hope you are not fully aware of the situation of the US. The US is not only suffering due to the pandemic but also due to the unfair situation that many of us already know about. Until and unless the situation is resolved I do think they cannot return to their normal lives , plus the government already gave a lot of funds for the normal people and therefore their own currency is right now in a problem , what we are seeing is a bubble and the country won't go anywhere if they keep leaning on the imports. They need to be self Sufficient at the same time if we look into the unemployment situation of the country , I do think it's far for being perfect or on the way to improve so fast.

8.4% people are unemployed in the US alone!! Millions of them and after the pandemic the situation is even worse.

Even the price of dollar is hanging on a double edged sword.
2462  Economy / Services / Re: Help the Homeless animals!! Urgent adoption needed !! on: September 20, 2020, 10:20:12 AM
I am happy to hear that you guys are doing so good.

Right now I have talked with the shelter there have been many frauds and such regarding the donations so if you guys are interested I would provide you with the shelter's site and number of the owner , no donation will come to me and I would provide you guys with vet receipts.

One of the kitten is good but one needs to be hospitalized , he is not able to keep down the food I don't know what is wrong. The only problem is the kittens were thrown too soon and they are barely a month old.

They already got blood transfusion and food has been changed 4 times already. Their food costs 1.99 USD for 195g. The campaigns are helping me do this job , we recently saved a dog from parvo and got her sterilized but there was no one else who wants to keep so she is with us.

(Please be sure that am doing nothing to gain profit here , I am just trying to reach out to sources and connect with people making a small home based shelter. )
2463  Economy / Services / Help the Homeless animals!! Urgent adoption needed !! on: September 19, 2020, 08:27:07 PM
Due to quarantine since colleges were closed I decided to take in few homeless animals. But unfortunately after one came the other , I have been trying to find houses for a lot of them and working with my local shelter , even right now I received a call how someone threw a puppy in the woods but unfortunately I have 5 animals at home right now who needs attention and owners are not as lenient with foreign students when it comes to animals. I have been hiding them somehow.

*If someone is interested in volunteering please let me know.
*If you want to sponsor some animal online please let me know regarding the same.
*Regarding adoption am not really sure if borders will open , but right now am struck in Ukraine , therefore if you want to adopt them , it will be free of cost 100%

These are the recent addition to the family , someone threw them in garbage , I don't know what kind of people.

*If you want to follow up , I am willing to provide you with the social media details of me and the local shelter I work with.
*The government is horrendous when it comes to laws here regarding the animals , the local shelter doesn't even have any road or even bus service.
*People here poison dogs and cats who are on streets and few years back it was legal to shoot them !!
*I have limited time and funds , if someone is willing to help me maybe with the idea professionally or in any way , please drop a message , right now we are 2 people who are running it.
*We already rescued 15+ kittens+puppies+rabbits , if someone wants to join please note it will be taken as a volunteer service .

-Right now I need someone who can foster them or maybe adopt ?

-All the animals will be dewormed and vaccinated if possible , it will be free of cost , I just need good people who can provide them with amazing home.
2464  Economy / Economics / Re: Brazil largest investment bank just created a 100% cryptocurrency backed fund on: September 19, 2020, 09:09:49 AM
I don't understand why the people need cryptocurrency backed fund ?

They can very easily invest in cryptocurrencies themselves?!

What I understand is people are running out of ideas and therefore they are just trying to add cryptocurrencies everywhere even when it does not make sense.

Don't invest in things like this !! We are trying to actually dissolve the middle man and this is nothing but their new strategy to bring it back in the market.

Plus the fact that they are only allowing the big investors means the person behind this project is not goal oriented but actually money oriented. At the same time it's totally unnecessary and very obvious.

Brazil is quite awesome in investment, despite their very large population they are able to be among the first 10 investors in the world, this is enough guarantee for the cryptocurrency bank to give them 100% back up, they already have standing reputation and with their involvement, it must be of great advantage to the cryptoworld. Brazil are known to be excellent investors in agriculture, automobiles and few others.

For sure ^ but the real thing is *is an investment like this needed?*
2465  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic Privileges as Hostage: How it could Push Countries Toward China on: September 19, 2020, 07:05:02 AM
See China is trying to build an army , not comprising of soliders but actually of the indebted neighboring countries   together , in such a way that this would harm nations like India if they started a war or something.

But, when we are talking about the situation of China , yes it is not that worse but they have had rumors of two more potent virus stains of pandemic potential.

The economy of China is also hit , but not as bad as these countries,
Quote
In addition to China showering so many countries with economic grants, it also has a very large domestic market the entry to which does not require certain measures on democracy, human rights, press freedom, and so on.

•I do believe it's extension of their scheme to earn favor of the nations to help them eventually if something happens.

I don't believe they are feeling bad about the virus Contamination which is 100% their fault for sure.
2466  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and cryptocurrency europe was biggest cash out area for crytocurrency data on: September 18, 2020, 09:29:23 PM
See just like the person before me mentioned , it is always good to paste the url of the sites you got the information from , helps support your statement and gives the real author credit.

See what I believe is , this cannot support any statement other than *the countries are actively involved in trading, trading is a two way street , there comes selling , there comes buying and maybe people who are selling their BTC is being brought by people out in US*

This won't naturally mean that people hate cryptocurrencies in the Europe. Maybe they are not receiving as much money as the people in the US from the government during the pandemic and they have to cash out to support their family ?

-what we can see is , active trading
- if we support the buying of Bitcoin we also have to support the selling of them since , this is how it works , integrating it with fiat , exchanging it timely does work well to keep them circulating , we don't have unlimited supply , this is bound to happen.
2467  Other / Archival / Re: Microstrategy Stock Jumps 9% Following Bitcoin Investment on: September 18, 2020, 08:53:02 PM
Few things about microstrategy:

https://news.bitcoin.com/nasdaq-microstrategy-bitcoin-425-million/
Quote
The company has purchased a total of 38,250 bitcoins at an aggregate purchase price of $425 million.

The company did actually made headlines on purchasing a lot of Bitcoins.

But not so fast ;

The CEO did make a nasty comment about bitcoins in 2013.
He said *#bitcoin days are numbered. It seems like just a matter of time before it suffers the same fate as online gambling.*

Then the man said : He forgot about the fact that he ever made a statement like that .
He did try to explain it but am not really interested in that.
BUT just a few hours back he did try and say how bitcoins can be a good store of value .

This is actually nothing but a company shifting it's ideals ideals when they see an opportunity in the market , they are just after the profit and does not care about the bitcoins.

They want to have an option other than the banks since we are in a pandemic and anything can happen , people can even start a war right now, we are on the brink.

Am not interested in a company like that for sure. But then again all the companies out there are like that , what can you we say ? The morals and ideals are all dependent on cash out in the market. I believe bitcoins can actually change their outlook. People are supporting them because indirectly they are supporting bitcoins.
2468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A solution to every 51% attack on: September 18, 2020, 07:49:55 PM
I do think the only solution that is acceptable is:

-Any company should not be holding more than 50% even close to it.

There was a dispute in the past too , I don't exactly remember the company name but as far as I remember they had a certain amount of power and the company agreed to let go of that and after that time it was mandatory for them to keep their mining farms in check.

But we cannot still shive aside the fact that many countries are holding a stable amount of mining farms and thus the hash rate so if their government decides to actually seize them and take over bitcoins, they can

There should be laws but then again who will implement them and who will form them ?
2469  Economy / Economics / Re: economic loan new money and covid 19 i want fast on: September 18, 2020, 05:23:31 PM
The individual loans will be very important at this time:

See banks have a limit , one cannot just take infinite loans from them , there will be a time that they will run out of the loans and therefore there will be restrictions for sure. As far as Fed is concerned , yes they are giving people a really good interest rates but then again people will have to repay , I have heard their rates are going to be closer to 0%.

I believe that government shouldn't stop people from taking loans but they should ensure that they will be paid by giving them jobs.

Governmental loans can prove to be catastrophic.
At the same time when we talk about the government taking loans and such we have to think about the countries which are still unaffected , those countries will emerge as a powerful option for the worst hit nations.

What we are facing right now is Pandemic , there cannot be any rules laid down , plus government needs to be equipped to handle such circumstances for sure.
2470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kiss' Gene Simmons chimes in on bitcoin? on: September 18, 2020, 05:02:20 PM
I do believe that it's time we stop leaning towards the celebrities or even the people who are a little bit famous.

Make that decision for yourself and see if it's worth it.

There will be people who might say positive thing today and then decide to publicly criticize the crypto itself when it was them who did not have the patience and understanding of how it works. It won't get you rich overnight for sure but you need to understand that it's something that if you try once will understand.

Give your own opinion, make your own decisions here.
LOL it is really hard directing your bank from acquiring any crypto especially if your bank is strict. I really doubt these people tweeting like this, I think they are just trying to manipulate their followers like they are already into bitcoin. Besides, if you really want a bitcoin or any crypto you will not request to your bank itself, you'll do it all by yourself. How easy it is to set up a local wallet and buy bitcoin in there?

See the banks in India are doing the same since the government decided to put a halt on cryptocurrencies and such and even though there is no ban right now one cannot prevent them from making any decision for them.

In these cases I do believe P2P transactions might work. Make your own local community.
2471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New breed of bitcoin investors? on: September 18, 2020, 04:30:06 PM
See the thing is people are now tired of the banking system and day by day we are getting bad news and after this pandemic am sure that the situation is bound to improve in terms of the investments in Bitcoins.
For sure there will be more people willing to hold their bitcoins for a much longer time.
What I get from the OP's current post is that the sampling size is really small and therefore we need a larger sampling size so that we can reduce the standard deviation down to minimal to have a good stand point right here .
We cannot find anything with a small sampling size and at the same time having a larger sampling size would need a lot of information and not many people are willing to give a survey without any benefits.
But I do love the positive posts for sure. I believe we are in a better position for sure compared to few years back.

Also the age range 26-50 is kind of small we have people who are young and are really really positive about all this.
2472  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Big companies have started investing in bitcoin as a safe asset on: September 17, 2020, 06:58:02 PM
Bitcoin is amazing - No doubt

But when it comes to a safe asset part , there is literally a lot of problems that one has to take into account.

- Volatility is here to stay
- The government regulations will only tighten with time
- If the government decides to ban bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies then the whole company might be in a bit of a problematic situation
etc..

Invest in Bitcoins, no doubt but to make an investment of millions and that too regarding the company I do think that's a bit of an overstatement.

But even the banks are in a tight spot therefore I do believe that there is no safe investment right now. ~
2473  Economy / Economics / Re: Boris is right a second lockdown could cripple UK economy. on: September 17, 2020, 06:41:28 PM
Crippling the economy is different and Saving people is another.

-lockdown is essential!!
-the jobs have to be shifted virtually
-jobs needs to be created in a bigger number now
-the wages have to be above a certain minimum
-people should be provided with less interest rates
-EMI and such things should be halted for a while
-It is needed to do more tests
-Vaccination will take a while thus I do believe we are in here for like 2 years

Lock down is essential but complete lockdown is very unnecessary , what we need is adaptive lockdown.
2474  Economy / Economics / Re: The Bahamas to launch the first CBDC: "Sand Dollar" on: September 17, 2020, 04:53:59 PM
Sand Dollar" and it will be pegged 1:1 to the national fiat currency (BSD - Bahamian Dollar) which is also pegged 1:1 to the USD. The Bahamas Central bank explained that the digital currency will not be a cryptocurrency or share similarities of stable coins but will be a digital representation of the fiat currency.
[/quote]

Let's do some maths here and try and prove the hypothesis that these guys are so proudly putting forth.

According to them:
1 Sand dollar = 1 USD
But also:
1 BSD = 1 USD
Now if x=y and x=z , so z=y and so :
1 Sand Dollar = 1 BSD

Now the government clearly states that it's not a cryptocurrency and all the features they mentioned are nothing but digitalized system of government controlled fiat that we already have plenty of.

It's Fiat ! Nothing else. They are wasting their resources making something unnecessary. At the same time it is Righty said that it's not one of a kind or some first Invention!! We have many such proposals and existing currencies in the market.
2475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Number of Bitcoin ATMs Hit 9,680 in September on: September 17, 2020, 04:10:43 PM
I do believe that ATM's and debit cards if working together will form nothing but Banking system. This would soon be all connected but I do think there will always be a matter of Privacy.

"But then again what I believe is we have to also put the usage of ATM's into account."

Most of the ATM's are unused and therefore they go out of business soon enough. I believe we have to find a way to not only make the laws more favorable for the individual businesses owning the ATM's but also avoid such problems.

-The ATM's are not everywhere , only in those countries where the crypto adoption is sky high and the government is quite lenient with the laws.

-US , Canada , UK , Austria are the countries with most numerous crypto ATM's , if a crypto enthusiast won this election we might see a considerable rise in the current amount.
2476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 49 US States has laid out a unified regulatory requirements for cryptocurrencies on: September 17, 2020, 11:49:48 AM
I believe we were getting tracked the moment KYC started , it's hard to find any wallet or even a good exchange platform trusted enough do need some of the documents enlisted by the government itself , all these documents are now connected digitally and stored such that in seconds a person can be tracked.

I do believe this won't be the last straw , many more regulations will come in the way. It's not just the US , but many countries , India is thinking of banning the cryptocurrencies again. The condition is worse in many other countries.

But the regulations are mostly for the benefit of the people not entirely negative. But now we do have options to secure our privacy , if government is taking a step forward , so are the people.
2477  Economy / Economics / Pandemic pushed the US into recession- now official , analysis on: September 17, 2020, 10:51:04 AM
I read numerous articles since the wake of pandemic , articles where people stated how US is excessively printing money , how it's all a bubble and Burst one day. On June 8,2020
The US declared that they are in recession- officially
https://www.bbc.com/news/business-52972901
_*_
The author states how it can very easily fall into a more claustrophobic event , causing depression. Now we are approximately 3 months away from the official declaration of the recession , let us examine if it indeed is improving or going down.
-Fed is backing up the economy by trying to put zero interest rates
-US budget deficit is now 3 trillion $
-employment rates are falling down below 10%.
-President is trying to solve some of the problems here but unfortunately the situation is far more problematic.
-People are betting on dollar collapsing

What do you guys think will happen to the US ? Will the recession continue to worsen ?

( That aside there are countries which are in worse condition as compared to US and do need more exposure and education, but most of these countries are holding US stocks so if the US market falls they will have considerable problems )
2478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Bitcoin society on: September 16, 2020, 05:37:42 PM
What a person likes and what a person uses does depend on some things like :
- How convenient it is ?
- What the scope ?
- Any Usage problems ?
- Is the UI smooth and easy to work with ?
- Is the government allowing it or is it illegal ?
Etc...

There are many things that you have to take into account. Just like you cannot expect your grandparents to use high end technologies , you cannot even force people to change their opinions , nor teach them something new after a certain age if they don't want to learn in the first place.

I do believe that , whatever category one falls in it's completely natural and it's something that I think we should not question. What we can do is to teach them about bitcoins , maybe introduce them , rest will follow naturally.
2479  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 Vaccine Will Cause Bitcoin Crash on: September 16, 2020, 04:54:31 PM
The reasoning itself is actually very unreasonable here since the vaccination won't hit the price of Bitcoins for sure.
Firstly I believe the person writing this article wants to reason that vaccination will improve the situation and thus  the person believes that people will start in cashing the bitcoins but I think you have to understand that even though the vaccination will be invented there are certain clinical trials that they will have to go through.
After the clinical trials will come implementation , even after that one needs booster dose every while , the virus is mutating therefore it's hard to stop it by just vaccination and the long term health effects of COVID-19 are yet to be discovered.

Even though it's all over bitcoins won't crash hard since pandemic is the cause of growth maybe in some parts , maybe 10% but rest people are using it and now know the practical implications of Bitcoin themselves.

- It's not like people need bitcoins just in the time of pandemic , the economy itself won't magically improve after the vaccination is there .
2480  Economy / Economics / Re: Food prices doubled this year on: September 16, 2020, 03:58:24 PM
yes, especially food contains vitamin C such as orange, avocado, pineapple, and lemon.
as the rumor said that Corona can be killed by consuming a lot of vitamin C
The statement itself is partially true, Vitamin C does make your immunity stronger but at the same time excess can cause problems , what's needed is a balanced diet and all the vitamins taken into consideration too.

_*_

I am really sorry to hear this but I do believe that it's the case of only those countries where they don't produce the fruits and vegetables on their own and their major demand is met by Import.

Where I live , the Prices haven't budged much but at the same time the corona Virus cases are also in check whereas the country I am from even though they produce all the vegetables and fruits and do not rely on import but the situation there is dire but not till doubling of prices for sure .

- This is actually something that is different in all countries  the situation depends on the situation of the coronavirus in the country itself and how they are handling it

This is why I believe we need to focus on growing our own food for the time being.
