Out of the normal relaxed atheism, as it used to be, we seams to have a growing branch of a special "atheists" that act as much as the next religious fanatic!
This "special atheists", pretty much common at US, so we can call them "American Atheists" (or AA) act like if they can't live without strict good and evil, they uphold their beliefs as it were the supreme truth, like to call it facts and often scientific facts to things science doesn't even come close to, such as human philosophic affairs.
Let's then start to examine this "new religion":
- It's mostly based on "studies" from "experts".
As result there are now thousands of concurrent "studies", most without any scientific value at all (sample too small, bias interpretation of data, non-repeatability, and so on) and paradoxical to its peers, and here, as religious do, they cherry pick the "studies" they found convenient to their belief.
- Anyone denying "MY" facts is an idiot.
The "supreme morality" of the group makes them so wise... It looks like they don't believe there's no God, but instead there's a job vacancy for being God and they want to apply for it.
- If you're not with us, then you're against us!
This is common ground to religious fanatics, they deal quite harshly to any criticism on their views. Moderation is out of the scope.
- The Dogma
The so called harmful part of religions isn't their crosses, crescents, yin-yangs or whatever symbols they use, isn't also praying - praying is somewhat the psychologist of the poor -, but the dogma: The incontestable truths they are meant to react violently if challenged! And in here, the AA's have a LOT of them!

Unlike bitcoin, that is controlled by the whole community and has a supply celling, money issuing is controlled by a few and has no limit on it. The whole attempt of money is to represent and limit resources access. And it isn't linear;
"oh, but with 1 million euro you can buy 1 ton of gold (assuming 1Kg of Gold is 1000€)"... Surprise! You don't! As you start buying the price will go up as the physical resource is being depleted more and more of your virtual resource will be needed to buy it. The same will happen for whatever limited resource you may try to get with your virtual money.
So don't get too much attached to money, you'll miss the big picture. The contribution to the system isn't so much about deficit I/O, but to prevent it from giving money for nothing, giving money for nothing will make a society to self-destruct with so many lazy people as well as devalue the currency to zero.

I understand abortion for medical issues, it's senseless to put the woman life to risk, rape or severe formation issues with the baby. On demand, just until it isn't a viable baby, pass this point is plain murder.
But again, how is it set to be a women decision? What data provides us that figure? How about external pressure - social, family, the father of the child - to abort? Is it still a "woman's choice"'? Or is it just convenient to pass it that way?
I suppose you were addressing my posts, so please quote me next time. 1) No, it's most expensive to educate people in government schools, however if they were going to private schools, it would be more cost effective EX: Not learning biology and other useless subjects when you will become a car mechanic anyway. Efficient learning is cheaper, and more productive later on to society. 2) Even if a child is more expensive to raise, he still has the whole life of him to ROI. In other words, if you raise a kid for 16 years, and at 16 he cames up with a revolutionary idea, and becomes a millionaire, then that is very good for you as a parent, because you know that your golden ages will be secured by your kids' money. EX: Like how Vitalik invented Ethereum as a young guy, he made a lot of money, and his parent are probably satisfied with him. 3) An old person doesnt really generate any more ROI, because his best ages are behind him, however if he would have been a good investor, he would already be rich by then.
You know I am not against old people. I just dont like leftists, and leftist economics. The way society would work is, that by the time you get to retire, you should be rich enough to support your own late ages, without having to rely on pensions. I actually want people to succeed in life, but the guy above you probably just thinks that I am an evil person that doesnt care about old people, whereas I actually want old people to be rich.Tell me something ,do old people really like to live on pensions? I doubt it. But what the fuck have they done all their lives that they dont have money? Where is the fruit of their labor of their entire life? Science is not a religion. In classical belief systems, you accept without question. But science is based on experimentation and observation. Scientists are questioning. Scientific theories develop over time. But belief systems are not changed.

I agree with you on part of science. Science is facts and hard evidance, so in sciend there is eithar truth or false answer. But religion is not blind belief, for some people that is. There are those who choose to be blind. But there is also questioning in religion, there is diferent understanding of same sentence. Religion is not something that you need to believe blindly, well that is what I think. Sounds like belief in science theory. Science theory is something that is not known to be factual. Yet there is usually some fact behind it or within it somewhere. When someone believes that the theory is fact, in the face of not knowing it to be fact, and especially if he is adamant in expressing his "faith," he has a religion going for himself.  Ok I think I understand where you get the idea that science is religion. Most scientists reject religions. That is the only characteristic that is similar to a religion. As most religions do not accept other religions. There is no belief in the theories as you say. The position is that based on the physical evidence, scientists theorize how the world might work. Those theories can be right or wrong. There are many theories that were wrong in the past and I am sure some of the present theories will be proven wrong. If you want to call science a religion, I have no problem with that just make sure to call it religion of reason or rational religion. And call all other religions religions of delusion or delusional religions. A big difference. Either way I am not sure why would someone want to call science a religion. The scientific world view is not based on fiction. Religious one is. The simple thing that you can look for is all the links where they talk about big bang like it is fact. Since they don't know it is fact, they are making/have made a religion of believing in it. Look at how long people have talked about the theory of relativity as though it were fact. We still don't know that it is fact, but people have talked for decades as though it is. This includes multitudes of scientists. Science is a religion in the sense that many people are treating it that way. Pure science is made up of facts. The FACT about science theories is that they are not known to be factual. But when we treat them as though they are factual, and when we live like they are factual, we have made a big religion out of science.
Because of all this, the scientific world view is based on fiction. It is a religious world view. You simply lack a basic understanding of the scientific theories you refer to. The scientific theories are validated by DIRECT observations or have mathematical proofs. Sometimes technology to validate theories is behind the theoretical derivations. The scientific theories are not based on fiction. I think YOU think they are fiction. The rest of the world thinks otherwise. Who is delusional? I'm telling you, you have been brainwashed.
