Fees really are too high today but if OP is aware that he has paid the right fee, this is another issue.

The transaction went through and it's successfully been confirmed by the network and you just like donated the fee. Are you sure that you haven't forgotten to input the amount of USDT that you're about to send?

Are you sure about the accusation you have for them? They're a known casino and one that's also reputable.

Yes, i' m a victim of them and their reputation comes mostly from advertising/marketing. They are licensed in CURACAO and in their thread with 526 pages is full with trouble posts.
Whether big or small amount, everybody knows that they're not going to put their reputation in jeopardy with such issues. There could be some misunderstanding with every gambler's issue.

But have you addressed that to them and have them answered your accusation?

I've read the above posts about what has happened to you. I guess it's on you and not on them.

2483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blockchain Gambling on: February 18, 2022, 10:30:12 AM

Hi guys,

what is the actual status of Blockchain Gambling, is there now Live-Roulette running? I ask this, because i don' t like to be scammed anymore  through the middle man Online Casino.
Hover and search through the Gambling section and you'll see different casinos offering roulette games and if they're live or not, it's for you to find out.

Why would you go into a casino that has a middleman if you can gamble directly to the entire platform that's being managed by a reputable casino? Don't go with such casinos that are requiring a middleman.

The last one (fortunejack.com) stole from me 20$ It' s not much money, but under this conditions i can' t gamble with serious money.
Are you sure about the accusation you have for them? They're a known casino and one that's also reputable.

Ohio Becomes First US State to Allow Taxes to Be Paid in Bitcoin
The news was from 2018 but CMIIW if there are some changes that makes Colorado as the first.

Ohio allowed only business to pay their taxes for w while with crypto then stopping payments altogether in less than a year before it could be implemented for all the population.

Quote
While, for now, the facility is available only for businesses, it is reportedly expected to be made available to individuals in the future.

So, with the above future not happening, technically this will make Colorado the first state where you can pay your personal taxes with crypto.
Thanks.

They should do next as what Colorado had done. So far, two of them are legally accepting payments of taxes into crypto and I think this is an opening for the other states that they shall consider doing so.

This makes me think of people in the authority, the higher position would say something out of this when the adoption is getting vast. Like those in position that strongly disagree this adoption.
2485  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be accepted for tax payments in Colorado on: February 18, 2022, 12:29:43 AM
I think it is not the first state to accept payments in tax through bitcoin. IIRC, there's the state that's earlier than Colorado that has announced this rule.

It's Ohio and this was the news that makes them the first state.

2486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson on: February 17, 2022, 11:23:43 PM
The real question is...  So many people seem to think this Paul/Tyson fight will happen.  Is there a place we can bet on it never happening, ever?
The last news for this match is not going to happen and that's still from the staff of Mike who has said that. Now, there's more interesting issue with Logan and Mayweather.

News: LOGAN PAUL: I'M SUING FLOYD MAYWEATHER ... 'He's a F***ing Scumbag'

Maybe he just wants to recover those losses when he was being a victim of those fake Pokemon Cards he purchased last month if I remember it right lol. The amount involved is insane. Floyd Mayweather is not that dumb to allow that kind of hole. Let's see what will be the progress of that case.

Back to topic, yes, no sign that this fight will push through. Better remove it from your list especially for those who are still expecting it.
LOL yeah, he even doesn't want to admit that he purchased fake pokemon cards. A lot of things have been happening to him lately and the talks for his match with Mike is going nowhere.

While the others are still hoping that this is possible. It's safe to assume that everyone should move on and don't think of this anymore even with a little chance, it's near to no chance anymore.
2487  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation hitting a 25yr old record | Predictions for the future on: February 17, 2022, 10:26:59 PM
It's not going to get better or get back to what we've used to see. Once the price especially for fuel and other energy commodities rises, it's hard to pull it back. That's the reality that has been happening all of these years.

Good for those countries that have been researching and making renewable energy as a source as they might feel a little or not feel that much with the global economy's inflation and issue that's being tackled from country to country.

The solutions are what you've said, anything that you can hedge against the inflation like bitcoin, real estate, gold, income-generating asset. You invest on them. Don't forget that when crisis happens and you're affected by a possible war, cash is still needed.
That's what concerning me, fuel and energy prices hardly ever decrease, especially after reaching such prices. Eventually, they will drop, but they certainly won't return where they used to be.
That what's been happening all over the years.

They keep on hiking in prices but they barely decrease in price. Well, I should acknowledge that last year there were a series of decrease on its price and as well as the start of lock downs. I've really seen the price of fuel dropped.

As far as what I've heard, this is going to continue up to March. I'm not sure if that's accurate but it's just an overheard and hopefully we start to see the drop of it so everything will drop in price as well.
2488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A painful loss on: February 17, 2022, 09:24:37 PM
That's really painful and I'm sorry for your loss.

These rug pulls are kept on happening and everyone has to be careful with what they invest. People are liking the turn of the metaverse projects and yet, they're not too careful and are too quick to believe with the project's goal.

That's a quite big amount already but not if you're in a first world country. Still, OP you can still recover that in some other ways and be meticulous with projects you invest. When you see red flags, avoid them already.

I don't know why you are so skeptical. I know Mike mentioned he wasn't going to fight Logan Paul, but it could only be part of the game. I have the impression that Tyson just wants to negotiate as much money as possible and hence the doubts. Of course, it may happen that they will not get along at all and there will be no fight. However, in my opinion both parties should care about this, because the money can be huge.
It could be every side of the box. Just like what you've said, that's possible that he's just trying to increase the demand and paycheck that he's going to take if he ever agrees to fight.

But the likely of this not happening is higher.

2491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best IOS apps for Checking Cryptocurrency Coins/Prices? on: February 16, 2022, 09:37:12 PM
For checking coins, is it still coinmarketcap?  What about FTX?
I've used FTX former blockfolio when it was still named like that before.

You can see for yourself and just use both of them to see which between of them is what you prefer. Nowadays, I'm just using a browser to check the market with CMC.

Well, both of them has support for IOS. Use them and see who's going to be the most impressive to you.
2492  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto stuck in sports betting site, now they want KYC on: February 15, 2022, 09:54:47 PM
Sometimes, we tend to break the TOS just to enjoy gambling despite the restrictions but as we take the risk, we should also keep in mind that our funds aren't in a safe place. 1500 is still a huge amount but to be honest, it would be hard for you to recover it. VPNs aren't that safe these days.
Sometimes gamblers don't really think about the TOS when everyone is about to enjoy.

Everyone is having that thought that it's totally okay to break what's against the casino rules because they've ignored it and thinking that everything is going to be fine.

If it's a big amount that you'll deposit, much better to be aware of the rules like that simple usage of VPN. It's better to ask the representative before using it.
2493  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is becoming more and more like a stock on: February 15, 2022, 07:18:16 PM
It seems that crypto investors have started looking for money with game-based altcoins and virtual worlds or metaverses in order to quickly get money to invest in bitcoin.
There's no difference from them to the investors of ICOs and other type of funding that has been popular a few years ago. So, this trend that we're witnessing is just almost the same from them.

Where is the similarity that you mean sir?
Because as far as I know, games with ICO systems are certainly different.
Because our ICO system must have a fairly large capital but in the game you don't have to have a lot of money but you can still join.
Well, the hype that it had caused is not that much different from the ICO.

They're popular before but eventually they no longer that much popular anymore. Maybe as of the moment, they're still at the peak of their popularity.

But by next year, there will be another trend that shall be loved by the community and that will make them forget the metaverse.
2494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lowest withdrawal fee for ETH? on: February 15, 2022, 12:44:37 PM
You have no option but to fund that MEW account of yours with ETH. But here's what I can think of, trade that ETH into XRP on your CEX wallet and then transfer that XRP into Binance account if you ever had it.

But after checking the fee for withdrawing it through ERC20, the fee really is a lot so this is basically applicable to all.

FTX will charge you around $4 - $5 for any ethereum transaction to your myetherwallet.
I haven't used them but if that's for real, this is the cheapest that I've seen.
2495  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Assumption on: February 15, 2022, 09:33:44 AM
Technology haven't reached this stage but assuming your fingerprint can be implemented into your crypto wallet private keys, assuming once you create a wallet you have to pass finger print scan and that gets fold up to that particular private key for life, how cool will this be?
That's dangerous. It is what I've thought of quickly upon reading that idea.

As you know, there were robbers that have penetrated to the house of a victim when they've known that person is a crypto investor. You don't want that to happen to you and to others.

This is the example of it: Robbers Tortured a Man With a Drill to Steal His Cryptocurrency
2496  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Warning] luckyfish.io is CLOSING on: February 14, 2022, 07:40:18 PM
I've seen the same happening in other casinos that they've announced their closure and they've give a notice for everyone to withdraw. But, there were still some users that left unaware of it because they're no longer active on that casino for a long time. And they've only checked it a few times and by checking it, they've missed the given period of withdrawal.
Most common thing that do happen and later complaints and issues would be raised on that they haven't able to withdraw their funds even if they had given ample time to do so.
Sometimes it isn't really just bad to make out some readings even if you are just playing then you should be sensible on various informations circling around so that you wouldn't
really get blinded specially into these kind of scenario or conditions on which you might be ending up on locking up funds.
Yes.

It is the problem of the customer since the casino has given notice and there's no lack on their given time for everyone to withdraw their funds. I think there's a casino that had extended their period when somebody has contacted them.

They've given the favor to that guy and allowed him to withdraw despite the period for withdrawal was over.

Even though the bitcoin price is still in the process of recovering after being hit by negative sentiment related to skepticism that has come from several financial authorities since the beginning of 2022 yesterday.
Yet bitcoin is still the mainstream investment asset for crypto investors for now and in the future.
It is for sure and that's because bitcoin has always been the best choice to invest in the crypto market. About those negative sentiments and skeptics, they've also been there for so long. Nothing has changed, it is that the market have grown a lot thanks to the adoption that's been noticeable over the years.
2498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A lesson to learn here I belief on: February 14, 2022, 09:26:12 AM
#1 is the same as DCA. You sell at the ATH and then you'll remain some portion so if the peak is overtaken by another high, you'll still have holdings.

#2 there goes the airdrops or fork coins that we never intend to spend. And by some chance, we've looked at the price of it and checking them sometime. As we check them, the price shoots and you'll be easy to spend and sell them because they're free money.
2499  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Fight against corruption on: February 14, 2022, 07:46:36 AM
How easy for a new president who is been elected to fight corruption in a nation where all the systems of government is been corrupted,  like in the force,  and judiciary,  even the politicians.
Having  the mind to stop corruption is not easy in a nation that corruption  is seen as nothing, making an attempt to do so some politicians will do everything to frustrate the agenda. Do you think a genuine president can easily end corruption of this level ?
Easily?
Even that president is going to declare an all out war to the corrupt officials, it won't be that easy. It's like you're pushing a heavy boulder but there's the an obstacle that stops it from doing so.
It's hard to accept that those corrupted politicians will do everything to remain at their positions. They've been milking money to the government with their corrupted ideas.
They know how to hide their corrupt activities while sitting on their positions. That's the sad truth that corrupt countries despite there's a strong will of a good leader. There goes the other officials that won't stop what they've used to do.

In fact, there is no point in imposing the responsibility of eradicating corruption on the government alone. The whole world is plagued by corruption. About 90% of the people in a country are corrupt. Where everyone around the president is afflicted with this incurable disease, it is never possible for the president alone to eradicate corruption.  Either he will become addicted to corruption (there is no saying, "It is bad to be with the bad") or he will have to be blindfolded to take action against corruption and eventually be forced to resign under pressure.
It's true that with that percentage the world is really hard to cure with the corruption. But there are some special case that I've read, there are still people and leaders that really wants the best for their country and they're not just all talk but they're proving it through their deeds.

Like this guy: Jose Mujica: The world's 'poorest' president

I'm not from that country and I've only read articles that seems to be giving him the positive outlook based on what he has done. Giving 90% of his salary for the benefits of his constituents is a noble act as a president. But whether he does good governance or not, there will always be the bad side comments about leadership and this is in general, for all leaders.

Yes, of course, we should understand that it is not easy to create new software with maybe a new impression and interest in the casino world. especially now, we can find so many competitors related to gambling platforms. So maybe their team is really planning it carefully.
Yes, software development takes time and it's a tough and long process for it to be at least nearly perfect. Although there's no perfect software and there would some tests being run on it which is the basic part of the process.

Regarding the funds that are still on their platform, in fact, they have given an announcement about the withdrawal time, but indeed the time is so fast.
And maybe waiting for their platform to be ready and they are active again in customer service so that they can provide solutions to all users in the past.
I've seen the same happening in other casinos that they've announced their closure and they've give a notice for everyone to withdraw. But, there were still some users that left unaware of it because they're no longer active on that casino for a long time.
