2501  Economy / Economics / Re: Food prices doubled this year on: September 16, 2021, 03:46:37 PM
When i have time i go to local market to check prices

Vegetable prices doubled
Fruit prices doubled
Meat prices around 30% increase
Grain products around 20% increase
...

And my country  is a exporter of food products

How is it in your country ? Same ?

----------------------

My country is Romania

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-04-10/food-supply-fears-are-growing-as-romania-bans-grain-exports

We tried to ban exports of grain ,but stupid EU intervened...
Right now food prices are affected by the covid-19 pandemic and most people stockpile large quantities of food making food scarce and becoming more and more expensive. Right now my family is having a hard time buying food and the prices are increasing. I really don't know how to make life back to normal.

2503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth investing in coins you believe in? on: September 03, 2021, 12:16:19 PM
Yes, it is worth investing in coins that you are believing as long as there is a good reason why you believe that coin, it should be our own decision and plan to decide what will be the coin to invest. Maybe you have done good research for that coin and you see a good potential of it in the future that's why you now keep believing it. That is way better compared on believing in coins just because someone told you.

Not all coin is profitable, potentiality doesn't depend on your belief. If you are emotional trader then you can believe anything that doesn't keep meaning. before investing in a coin you must have to research first, try to find out that coin's real life utility, previous price history, team member's/dev's experience behind the project. don't fall into hype & emotion.

2505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: IDEX account hacked/compromised *HELP* on: February 16, 2019, 04:24:07 PM
Hello

My balance on IDEX are gone....

IDEX live support says that I may have accessed a phishing website, but I haven't...

My account: 0xeD1a13DCE13c2FD1FDB094e31fd0c69513566F0C

The funds have been transferred to the following account.
0x47D9A519529EBCc1491480ACdc145B996A44EEF8

Is it true that my funds have been... hacked?

How do you log in to IDEX? What kind of software/hardware do you usually use? If it's not a phishing it's could be some kind of malware at your computer. Scan it thoroughly with popular anti-malware and anti-virus software.
2506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will the era change from ICO (Initial Coin Offering) to STO (Security Token O) on: February 16, 2019, 04:20:32 PM
I also agree that STO will take place of ICO in next future.. it seems that investors totally lost faith in ICO market in the actual situation

The market is in red zone for more than a year, so it's just the matter of time when the next ICO hype happens. I do believe that ICOs won't die and STOs won't take their place. Both types will be useful in a few years.
2507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: it's been a long time I have access mew on: February 16, 2019, 04:17:04 PM
hi, it's been a long time since I have access mew I usually store my tokens on an exchange because I'm an active trader. does myetherwallet is on a new look? I just need to be sure, Im being skeptical to use the website because of its new look, it might be a phishing website.

Dude, it's so easy to verify any changes, just check their twitter: https://twitter.com/myetherwallet/status/1096159333887307776. Don't believe anyone if you can verify something by your own from a legit source.
2508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the end near for ripple ? on: February 16, 2019, 04:09:07 PM
Do you think ripple is so dumb so they didn't even thought that some bank will issue their own token? They have so many extremely smart and professional employees and there is no one could predict this situation? I'm sure they knew about it and their platform will be ready to compete with any newcomer at the blockchain space, even with JPM.

P.S.
I'm not a XRP guy, instead I've never liked it.
2509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest shitcoin of 2019? on: February 15, 2019, 11:15:00 PM
Jamie is a bastard indeed, but I assume that this release of JPM coin will be very good for this industry. Most probably they will force the crypto law development and there will be many followers to promote blockchain solutions. At least I hope so.
2510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we close that chapter now and move on? on: February 15, 2019, 10:31:51 PM
I'm still waiting for a final capitulation with a long wick at week candle and dozens of another signs of a real bottom. My bottom will be at 1700-2200$ range and I don't care what will be in reality Grin

Just kidding))
2511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth buying low-volume tokens? on: February 15, 2019, 09:16:06 PM
There is no point in buying low volume assets, because even if some pump occurs you won't be able to get out of it, because nobody wants to buy it. You'd better find low cap projects with high volume. They could be very profitable in middle/long term. Of course if the market will go up anytime soon.
2512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What made you fall in love with crypto? on: February 14, 2019, 11:16:06 PM
I prefer smart over beautiful and dumb. So, it's simple, I see smart contracts, I fall in love.

Grin The best post out there)

As well as many of us I like crypto for the money. It's my passion, it's my job. There is nothing better in life rather than to do what you like.

Cheers, guys.
I hope you had a great valentine's day.
2513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: JPM Coin on: February 14, 2019, 11:09:26 PM
Great news. It will definitely boost the development of legal side and attract a lot of different institutional members to this area. It's much easier to go by somebody's trail rather than to be a pioneer in this really innovative and scary field. The crypto spring is not that far Wink
2514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ecommerce projects to help boost mainstream adoptions? on: February 14, 2019, 11:03:36 PM
Hi everybody, this thread for your thoughts on companies that are solving the lack of untility bitcoin has by creating a platform users can buy products from mainstream retailers like amazon, bestbuy, aliexpress, and thousands more.

Does anyone know of projects like this? To name a few Rewards.com, lolli.com, wirex and others.

Have you used these platforms before and what was your experience?

Happy trading!

I believe this kind of ecommerce solutions have extremely positive impact to the whole market. Of course they can boost crypto adoption, but also there are huge amount of other areas which should be built or changed to help crypto to become a mainstream easy usable technology.
2515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth the work and waiting? on: February 13, 2019, 11:33:58 PM
So you have being wearing a signature for more that ten weeks. Each week you made more than 15 post on different thread on this forum. And just when you done with the campaign you have been asked to keep the signature for three more weeks while wait for stakes to be calculated. After stakes are calculated, it takes more than 3+ weeks for tokens to arrive in your wallet. and a month for the token to go on exchange. On exchange, all your token is worth for your hard work is just less than $50.
How do you feel?
How will you react?

It's worth it only as an additional income and if you have a lot of free time. But it would better to study programming instead of wasting life for probable zero reward.
2516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should ICOs be regulated on: February 13, 2019, 11:30:00 PM
Crypto space is packed with money so obviously ICOs should be regulated to avoid scam and any other kind of cheating and manipulation. Big players will never come here without proper regulations.
2517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Panic selling! Yes or No? on: February 13, 2019, 11:27:26 PM
You should try to get rid of your emotions while trading. Only cold calculating mind, without reproach and self-torture - no fear, no greed, no fomo. There is only you and your strategy. It should be only like that if you want to survive here.
2518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CMC or ForbesCrypto? on: February 13, 2019, 11:23:31 PM
Which one do you think is more reliable, CMC or ForbesCrypto?
I would say CMC

I don't even know about ForbesCrypto, so obviously my answer is CoinMarketCap. Sometimes I use some other trackers like coingecko, because there are many small cap coins which aren't listed at CMC.
2519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel now? on: February 11, 2019, 09:15:30 PM
I can hear nothing but the sighs of coin developers, crypto investors, traders and even bounty managers & hunters in this forum, Telegram groups. I can also hear the sound of silence from crypto enthusiasts, specialists, speakers or even crypto millionaires. I can even hear the terrible voices from crypto believers, gentlemen, ladies. I realize that Mr market makers are too greedy, dangerous and malicious. We are Nemo fishes and we have nothing to do but staring our money have been gradually gone with the wind.  Cry
What are you feeling now? Share your thoughts

Everybody works and waits for the bull run. It can sound deaf, it can look like nothing's going on, but the infrastructure prepares to meet new money. It's become more and more advanced day by day. And the main thing is that somebody's interested in this so-called "doing nothing" Wink
2520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tired of waiting? on: February 11, 2019, 09:07:52 PM
Patience is all we need. The mass adoption is inevitable as well as a growth. I don't expect the bulls until 2020, so the main goal now is to save the deposit. It can sound easy and even silly, but sometimes doing nothing and just waiting are the most difficult things for human's nature.
