How did you find out blockchain.com not supporting bech32? And which wallets support bech32? The purpose to import btc to non custodial wallet is to trade.
You must be looking for an exchange and not a wallet then. If so, why not simply send the funds to Coinbase (fiat) or Binance (crypto) and trade there? If it's a wallet with a built-in exchange that you're seeking, then you've got Exodus or Coinomi (both are closed source) for that... but that's no different than directly using an instant exchange and sending funds from your electrum wallet.

Do I get it right that any wallet that bases itself on mnemonic phrase (12 words) can be imported to any other wallet which also supports mnemonic phrase?
For example, I create a wallet on Trust Wallet. Then I get Exodus, put my mnemonic phrase from Trust Wallet to Exodus and I get the same addresses and private keys for every single coin and token on both Trust and Exodus? For instance KAVA and ENJIN would both have the same receiving addresses and private keys on Trust and Exodus and Coinomi and every other BIP39 wallet if I use the same mnemonic?
Yes, that's correct. You'll get the same addresses as long as you're using the same derivation path when restoring the wallet. And no, I wouldn't necessarily say they're lying because they used to be fully open source at some point, and still are ... sort of, since they're probably using the wallet core library that I linked above.

Do they use DHL for shipping or something else? I tried to buy a Keycard last August and never received it, tried to contact the company and they said they're trying to sort out problems with their DHL shipping. Eventually, I got refunded after nearly a year of waiting.
I guess contacting them is a better idea to understand what's going on with your order.
Btw if it's for BSC/TRON, doesn't Nano S support them too?
I doubt it because it only costs about 5 EUR to ship to the UK. I've already reached out to the support before, but only got an automatic answer. Apparently, they had an airdrop some time ago and they've been receiving emails non-stop because of that. As for the ledger wallet, then AFAIK it's possible to use it but only using third-party software and not within the ledger live app?

I ended up ordering the wallet to a relative abroad who will then reship to me... But even though I've got an email saying that the device would be shipped on the 28th of February, I still haven't got any tracking number or email notifying me of the shipment process...Any thoughts from someone who ordered the wallet recently?

Here are some new products we added in the last days. More will follow. Which brands do you miss? -snip-
I'd like to see ASOS GBP cards. Also, it's worth mentioning that cards are not region-locked as long as the site supports the currency for your country. So if you're from Italy, you'll notice that you can shop in both CHF and EUR so if you want to use a EUR card from another EU country, you should be able to do that. I suggest confirming the information (in case something has changed since I last used the site) then adding it to the ASOS cards page, I'm pretty sure that would be useful for people.

I've read a lot about gift cards. I was thinking of giving my brother the card for his birthday since he just started doing crypto. Could you please tell me where you bought these gift cards? Was it difficult to create and replenish it? Thanks in advance.
You should give a paper wallet and teach him how to use it instead of using a centralized service/exchange for that. And if you want something a bit fancy, and easier to use, you can go with an OpenDime device.

A similar service to CMC's calendar given above: CoinMarketCal should give you all the necessary details about all the coins out there (or most of them at least), and that includes: Forks, exchange listings, AMAs, airdrops, code reviews, etc. basically anything that could influence the price.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure the dude is just bluffing. Unless you made a deposit with a debit/card card with a US address, then how would they really know that you're from the US if you're using a non-US IP VPN?
I've been using Binance for a very long time as well, and I never had any issues nor do I know which methods they are using but apparently this is a thing now, and it's being done to a lot of people. I've seen an endless amount of topics (unsolved ones) in /r/Binance. See here: https://www.reddit.com/search/?q=Risk%20control

AFAIK, Bitcoin ATMs print both the private key and address in their paper wallets so you could just take the address and check it in a blockexplorer like Blockchain.com.
|
|
|
If the transaction hasn't been confirmed yet, and it's RBF enabled, then you can cancel it otherwise, no, there isn't much you can do sadly.

I don't see any reason to use it. If you want LN you can use BTCPayServer as suggested above, otherwise, you've got Coinbase commerce and as strange as it sounds, Coinbase's payment processor doesn't require any identity verification (unless you want to deal with fiat) and you're in full control of the funds.

AFAIK, the site you downloaded from is legit and is maintained by the Bitcoin core developers. Your computer is probably infected and if the attacker has your private key, then there is nothing preventing him from stealing your mining rewards again.

I have seen that Bitcoin.org is using the API of Blockchain.com for its donation button. [thinking] -snip-
They're using the ticker API to retrieve the prices in USD and not to accept payments, If you check the address, you'll see that it's always the same one. But even if they did use the API to receive payments, that wouldn't make them any better and OP's statement would remain valid.

This is crazy. How can an exchange exist without anybody knowing where it is? Wouldn't credit card payments or bank transfers create a money trail? Has nobody decided to do detective work to figure this out? I never knew this was possible to create a website and be able to anonymously collect money without a trail. I remember somebody recommending Hitbtc has a secure exchange. I don't remember ever hearing anything bad about it, but now it seems everywhere.
You would really be surprised by the number of exchanges that people don't know where their offices are located. AFAIK, Hitbtc doesn't provide any fiat-related services. They do accept credit card payments but they're doing it through Changelly which is just another shady exchange. Either way, I doubt it would be easy to track them down, not for the average joe anyway.

I never heard about this website, but it looks like interesting service. I can't help you with review, so I will just bump topic with my comment. There isn't that much information in FAQ. For example, is it possible to buy from Amazon.com, or they also allow Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.de? Would be nice to hear comments if someone already tried it.
Thanks for the bump. From the look of it, they're only dealing with the U.S version. If you look for an item and then click "more info" it will redirect you to Amazon.com.

Where have you heard that? The two exchanges are incomparable. Hitbtc is known to be a scam exchange and you shouldn't use it. Just stick to Binance.
