Burnside, why does Labcoin have 9999998 shares outstanding?
2502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : Invest in 1% House Edge Dice Game on: September 29, 2013, 03:20:23 PM
Please link or its just BS. From what we know Nakowa has max 24k BTC.

No link, apparently nakowa at one point told dooglus that. I heard it in chat.

This puts his lower bound at 10,000 and his potential higher bound at 100,000.

Also he was into bitcoin 2011 or 2010 so he is an early adopter and could have acquired that many.
2503  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 29, 2013, 03:17:54 PM
You mean some of the pumpers like Bar are scamming people into buying shares? Thats not Kens fault is it?

Also you haven't proved anything with a bitbet. Most people aren't interested in playing your games and I still think the profit will come, just later than your proposition.

To think a bet has proven something... Thats almost like a scam right?
There's a big misunderstanding here.
I think investors - except a few with good timings - aren't going to make back what they paid at the IPO.
This was sold as "this is the next AsicMiner" with many tries to confuse investors.

Bargraphics is the one getting scammed. If you want to look at scammers besides Ken, look at the old advisory board.

The BitBet is there to prove it's what I truly believe in, because I will lose money if I am wrong. Nothing else. If you truly believe I am wrong, you can bet Yes and almost triple your money.

Sad to say I wasn't around for the ActM IPO. I bought in after looking over the eASIC stuff and decided to go in...

The only thing that makes this worth holding is eASIC.

2504  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: September 29, 2013, 03:14:45 PM
pankakke is fine until he starts talking about proving ActM is a scam because no one is betting on his bitbet proposition.
I just explained this never was my opinion to you. The bet is there to prove true beliefs.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=263445.msg3261719#msg3261719
However, what the bet proves is that a lot of the people who are overly optimistic in this thread, really aren't.

I hope you just missed that, and that you're not being dishonest. Believe it or not, you're one of the few users I haven't ignored (out of 160+).

Thanks. I did miss that.

I still think the bitbet isn't fair to the company. But thanks for that post.
2505  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 29, 2013, 03:12:24 PM
bold emphasis mine.

They are for the most part blatantly attempting to manipulate shareholders into selling.  There might be one or two honest posters in the list that I was a bit rash in clicking the 'ignore' button. But I can honestly say not having to read their FUD has made this thread much more bearable.

I do not feel bad about this.

And by the way, I agree with drawingthesun, we have enough of both trolls and cheerleadears, none of them is useful for a discussion (not sure about pankakke, he seems argue well his thoughts and often brings good matters)

pankakke is fine until he starts talking about proving ActM is a scam because no one is betting on his bitbet proposition.
2507  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 29, 2013, 03:02:15 PM
You have been mistaken, I was a very vocal supporter when it first came out (Times change quickly in bitcoin land) and I don't even have an account on reddit you fool.

I haven't sold ActM since the eASIC announcement, another speculation you are dead wrong about.

At best you are seeking out someone to blame for your share price going down. Pankakke pointed you in the correct direction to look towards.

Stop being so bitter and at the very least please backup your schoolgirl gossip with facts.

I don't think I am being bitter, I just don't want the Active Mining discussions to become a bunch of posts about "to the moon!!" and such.

But if you really hold Active Mining and care about its future, I will stop replying to your posts in the ActM thread. I don't understand why you are coming across as a pumper if you have no plans to dump...

Also please link the thread that pankakke replied to me about, I can't find it.
2508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : Invest in 1% House Edge Dice Game on: September 29, 2013, 02:56:13 PM
While nakowa has, perhaps a bankroll the same size as the casino.

I heard in chat that Nakowa once claimed his bankroll was six figures.

100,000 bitcoin.

At least.

He can sustain himself for a long long time.
2509  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 29, 2013, 02:52:04 PM
Correctly me if I'm wrong but even at just 2.1btc per day (assuming it could be sustained) and share price of ~.0003 doesn't this equate to an annual dividend yield of ~30%. Somebody please check my math! Huh

At the moment hash rate is stable whilst network increases over 40% a month. This is why Labcoin is dropping dead.

They need to add more hash power, a lot more.
2510  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 29, 2013, 02:47:59 PM
How does someone "scam" someone else into buying shares?

I'm very interested in this upside down australian logic.

In your case, I heard that you pepper reddit  and bitcointalk with overly optimistic Active Mining posts. At best we will get our ROI out of this and unfortunately I don't think Active will become the next ASICMINER. Overly pumping a stock by working the forums is scam behaviour isn't it? Especially if you decided to dump on the new buyers.
2511  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: September 29, 2013, 02:43:55 PM
I'm not sure how censorship works in Australia but it doesn't work quite like that here. How would you like me to say "Amazing company!" without you being offended because some Labcoin hooligan used it for satire?

Use it if you want. But if you really believe in ActM hopefully you can help increase the quality of discussion here and stop with the scam company memes.

Its up to you. I really want this to be seen as a strong security and its enough with icebreaker, pankkake and crumbs constantly talking crap about ActM that we don't need our own shareholders to come across like pumpers.

Please feel free to trash this thread with "amazing company" and "to the moon" if you really want. I'm just tired of you making a mockery of ActM shareholders.
2512  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 29, 2013, 02:38:50 PM
He thinks Active mining is a scam even though its just a poorly timed and poorly run company.
Cheesy
I think it's a guaranteed loss for shareholders, and I have proved this is what I really believe. Which is a scam: it's scamming investors knowingly.
Scam doesn't mean "nothing exists". It means robbing people of their money by being dishonest.
Scammers are going to be more and more sophisticated. Get used to it.

You mean some of the pumpers like Bar are scamming people into buying shares? Thats not Kens fault is it?

2513  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 29, 2013, 02:36:27 PM
If Labcoin is a failure, I make a little profit, if Labcoin is a success, I make a lot of profit.

This is a lot of effort in this thread for 10,000 shares Mabsark. I had 94,000 and probably post in the Labcoin thread far less than you.

Anyway. You are gambling, you might as well take your coins over to Just-Dice and roll some numbers.
2514  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 29, 2013, 02:31:38 PM
What do you think is unethical? Buying LC or flipping shares (any shares)?
Buying into scams.

Whilst it is looking more and more like a scam, beware of pankkake. He thinks Active mining is a scam even though its just a poorly timed and poorly run company.
2515  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: September 29, 2013, 02:29:48 PM
Good interview.

Amazing company!

Stop pumping and leave.

I'm not sure what you are talking about. I listened to the interview and thought it was good and applauded the company.

Stop your shenanigans!

We don't need the "Amazing company!" crap from the Labcoin thread. Just saying "Good interview" would have been ok.
2516  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 29, 2013, 02:26:56 PM
Why even bother posting in this thread if you sold off your shares and think LC is a waste of money? Everyone is entitled to an opinion but clearly this thread went from actual discussion to monkeys throwing shit at each other.

I'm not velacreations but I post here sometimes.

I post because I have held Labcoin shares for a long time and wanted to be apart of a startup bitcoin mining company. I check this thread to see if any developments lead to a more positive view of things but until then people need to warned about dhenson, johnybigs and mabsark.
2517  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 29, 2013, 02:17:13 PM
I love how Mabsark is still defending them.  Add that to the list of people that deserve to be bagholders:
Mabsark
dhenson
JohnyBigs

These people should be on ignore, folks.  They were defending these scammers right until a few days ago. They encouraged people to invest, all the way down...

And dhenson recommended people to put me on their ignore list because I was a FUDster.

Guess what? I was right.
2518  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: September 29, 2013, 02:11:09 PM
Good interview.

Amazing company!

Stop pumping and leave.
2519  Economy / Securities / Re: Should i pull out of BTC securities? on: September 28, 2013, 08:04:46 AM
In this climate sell everything that isn't actual bitcoins.
2520  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] Virtual Community Exchange [WINDING DOWN] on: September 28, 2013, 07:15:48 AM
I really think this creates more legal troubles than letting it run its natural course.  Example: If Labcoin can't settle to a new exchange, you could be held liable  for shutting down BTCT.

I think burnside wants to distance himself as far away as possible from Labcoin.
