better play on the web No you should always use the downloadable client, there are too many issues usually with the web client. Good feedback guys. We have players that prefer the web and we have players that prefer the client. Give both a try and see which one works best for you. Not sure if you're asking just the rep or other players, but I have always played via the downloadable client. Never had any problems other than the down times for maintenance and the past ddos attacks which don't seem to happen any more after recent updates (knock wood). Does anyone know which is better/safer/more stable/more secure - the downloadable client or playing through the website? Or if it even matters? Is there an advantage to one over the other? Just curious as I'm not an IT guy. Welcome and thanks Junko and Beefheart for your questions and answers. The far majority of players play through the downloadable client at a rate of about 70% to 30%. We are working on an html5 version (no eta as of yet) and some other features to help improve your experience. Thank you. |
