Hey guys! Just wanted to check with you here a few things. I know there's support I can ask but again this is feedback, not exactly a problem but:
1. Since you've updated, I haven't been able to access any of my old betslips. You have said I can ask support to check for me, but the point is, I run a daily thread where many of my betslips are on Betcoin. To prove I actually bet on the odds I claim, I post a betslip so people can verify I did actually place a bet at the odds I publish. This was one of the great things about betcoin, but now, all the old betslips don't show up. Is there a way to bring that back?

These should be populating within a minute or 2 of you placing the wager. There was a delay on the betslips populating yesterday, but everything should be caught up and as normal going forward. Regarding betslips placed prior to the update (January  , at this time we would have to retrieve those manually for you and we apologize for this inconvenience, but are happy to do so. It's not so much a support issue (they wouldn't be able to help me anyway, I just wait for the betslip to appear in MyBets and it eventually does, that's faster for me and takes some burden of support) but they've definitely helped me out well before so all is good. Hey guys! Rarely check in here but facing some issues with sportsbook since yesterday. When I go to check My Bets, I can't see any of the past settled bets. Yesterday, it was empty and only after I placed a bet could I see the entry. Today, I can still see yesterday's and today's, but still nothing from the past. How do I access as I actually wanted to view the settled bets from the days before.
And also an old issue, recurring every now and then, hope one day you fix it:
- betslips take minutes to appear on MY Bet. If there's a way to also fix the betslip ID in recent history (under the box where you place actual bets), that would help greatly. It does appear for 1 second when betslip confirms but copying it requires lightning reflexes haha.
