2521  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Smokers are liable to die young on: February 12, 2022, 10:07:19 AM
Does the effect of smoking poses more danger than the pleasure derived in it?
Yes.

What's more dangerous is being a second smoker. The one that don't smoke yet breathes in the smoke from these smoker's cigarettes and mouths. Honestly, I've been avoiding people who smokes that don't look at their surrounding.

My health became unstable due to it and I think it was really because of the smoke that I've intake as a second smoker. I have no option since it's the environment where I am before.

2522  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Q] How does this scam work? on: February 12, 2022, 07:51:26 AM
Just as said, it could lead to any possible scam or extortion. A sure spam scam having that lots of recipients.

To: Undisclosed Recipients

It's worrying that there could be some victims that would fall for it knowing that scammer has sent that email to many people.

You don't have to know how it works just stay away from such mails, once you click on some inbox mail the work is done, this is why I don't open any mails that I'm not expecting, scamming ways are so unlimited better just be precious.
The other type of this scam is when they're attaching a link at the end of their email. Good thing my email provider is making that unclickable.

2523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dogecoin 🐕‍🦺 1$ possible in 2022 or not? on: February 12, 2022, 06:25:06 AM
However, that $1 is not a hard thing for Dogecoin because of Elon Musk backup.
That's certain. If Elon thinks that he has to play along with the market again, he'll tell his thoughts about Dogecoin which will drive the market crazy again for Dogecoin and as well as its investors.

It's like Elon is the godfather of the investors of Dogecoin and that's where they're been depending with their decisions. It's an indicator to them if Elon starts to tweet about Doge again.
2524  Economy / Economics / Re: Your opinion on side jobs on: February 11, 2022, 09:43:50 PM
General opinion is that a side job is one that supports the main income of an individual, often times perceived as something that brings little money to add to what you make from your day job. If Mr X earns better from a side job when compared to the income from his career option, does the side job still qualify to be called a side job?
Well, yes.

But it doesn't matter whether it's a side job or your main job. The important part is that you're working hard and that means that both jobs that you have are just proofs that you're really pushing yourself because you have a dream and you have to provide.

In many countries, having 2 or more other side jobs is allowed and that's making their lives comfortable as they can work with the spare hours that they have.

And if the time comes that you're earning more with the side job, these are the times that you got yourself thinking if you should just focus on the side job and leave your main job.
2525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the next big industry move? on: February 11, 2022, 08:44:20 PM
I personally don't believe in this metaverse thing and think that its overrated. I don't know may I'm bad at understanding this but there will no casino in mataverse which will boom suddenly because its not interesting and enjoyable for me and the majority of my friends.
At the beginning, you're actually right.

But with the shift of the popularity of the metaverse. We'll never know how the market is going to welcome that. But if it's related to cryptocurrencies and with the gamblers new choice of setting.

It's very likely that many are going to start liking it. As of now, we can't see how good it will be but time will come and it's like the judgment day if people are really into it or not.
^ It is too early to predict that thing though it becomes a hot topic now about the metaverse and the cryptocurrency which is I have doubt that it will boom when there is someone successfully launch their project. For now, I think they are still developing on it and no one is impressed yet who knows next year or this year this metaverse will become a trend in the market with different industries including this gambling industry which is already adopting metaverse and cryptocurrency.
As you've said it's too early to assume anything.

We have no idea on what casino and/or metaverse project is integrating for real for having a casino inside the Metaverse. About thinking that no one is impressed yet. Maybe there really are and nobody knows how impressive it is.

While for this moment, what we can do is to wait for them to come and think on how they're going to conquer the market if ever they've already been launched.

2527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is NFT? on: February 10, 2022, 03:48:20 PM
With all of those descriptions.

Let's take it easier by understanding that the NFTs that you've seen that has a higher price are the artwork type of NFTs. It's like a digital ownership of the artworks that have been sold through minting which comes out as the NFTs.

What is the relationship between it and the project token?
There's no connection on it.
2528  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Fight against corruption on: February 10, 2022, 12:16:08 PM
How easy for a new president who is been elected to fight corruption in a nation where all the systems of government is been corrupted,  like in the force,  and judiciary,  even the politicians.

Having  the mind to stop corruption is not easy in a nation that corruption  is seen as nothing, making an attempt to do so some politicians will do everything to frustrate the agenda. Do you think a genuine president can easily end corruption of this level ?
Easily?

Even that president is going to declare an all out war to the corrupt officials, it won't be that easy. It's like you're pushing a heavy boulder but there's the an obstacle that stops it from doing so.

It's hard to accept that those corrupted politicians will do everything to remain at their positions. They've been milking money to the government with their corrupted ideas.

They know how to hide their corrupt activities while sitting on their positions. That's the sad truth that corrupt countries despite there's a strong will of a good leader. There goes the other officials that won't stop what they've used to do.
2529  Economy / Gambling / Re: Paddleboat Mississippi, new poker site with low fees and good privacy on: February 10, 2022, 10:12:11 AM
It's a simple website and there's the feeling that design is quite intriguing and interesting for me. Only one paid game/table is there.

But the good part is that there are many players that are trying with the free game. These folks probably are just checking out your poker site and it's a good start that there are those that have visited your site.

I haven't signed up yet and just looked at the few tabs.
2530  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbit blocks withdrawals with 0.53 BTC in account on: February 09, 2022, 02:44:23 PM
There are many accusations for that casino. Well, your money being hostage by them and requiring you a "verification" hopefully that it will go well and you'll get your money.

Your case is going to be added to the inconsistency and accusations that has been thrown to them.

Thanks God I avoided this website. That's why I was asking the community to help me find a reliable casino/bookie website. As I see not, 1xbit deserves this reputation.
Everyone especially the newbies should get some tip on which is good and bad. Because if not, a gambler would likely fall to a casino that no one even knows of its existence aside from the likely scam casinos.
2531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Army on: February 09, 2022, 10:46:17 AM
Please be more specific of what "army" you're asking about. Is it having more people in your community since you've mentioned that your coin is already listed on those exchanges and in cmc as well?

If it's about the community. As you've said, you already have your product and real business. Start with your existing customers and have some discussions with them.
2532  Economy / Speculation / Re: Either rise or dip no more stability at this zone on: February 09, 2022, 09:15:07 AM
Looking at last few months I think the market is at the verge of either rising further and moving towards new ATH or else it will drop further to a new low (very unlikely) but it will not hang on to the current zone of stability. I am using Bitcoin as a reference as it will either break $50k and rally towards $70k or else go back to under $40k as it cannot stay over $40k and below $50k for longer period of time.

I will not go deep into further analysis as most of the time they are inaccurate hence would like to go ahead with market emotions. What's your take on this?
It will always end up with the result of no one can predict the exact timing where bitcoin is heading.

Are We at the most crucial part situation between major rise and bear market?
I don't think that we're on that situation. It's still clear that there's the stoppage when we're expecting it to go bear. Moving from $33k to $44k on its 1-month chart is interesting and showing a bullish sign.

But with the other analysis that I've read, they're saying that it's still showing a bearish sign.
2533  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Recommendations on Cryptocurrency Courses? on: February 09, 2022, 07:55:51 AM
There's this thread that tackles about newbies posting a service, website and asking if it's legit or asking for more suggestions to the same service that he has posted with a link. I've forgotten that thread and the member made it.

But in reality, they're not for the actual suggestions and discussions but just want to give exposure to the website and service that they've included on their question.

I think OP is the same with that as he has used a tinyurl instead of just putting the exact link. Using a link revealing website (not safe as per browser) this is the original URL: https://www.marcowutzer.com/crypto-quantum-leap/
2534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most important features of an online crypto casino? on: February 08, 2022, 09:14:40 PM
I think Every process need to Online Crypto casino.we need to follow every important features in crypto casino. But most important in crypto casino is some features like.

Security, Withdrawal limit,Customers service, Bonuse and offer and variety of cryptocurrency.
You've just mentioned almost all of them.

All of them really are important features but it's like having a favoritism on which what you think is the one that's the most important of them all. Everyone has points on why it should be the most important thing in a casino.

Security, bonuses and offer and customer service. They're likely the ones that's being mentioned by the majority.

Actually, others don't mind the bonus and offer as a priority thing they are looking for as long as the security is tight and can't be breached easily by those who will attempt to hack the system. Security is really a big issue, not just in gambling sites but also in exchange. Since we care for our money and crypto-sites are always targeted by hackers, we are looking forward to each site's best security that they can execute.

Unless there will be an inside job, we are now doomed. In that situation, I hope gambling sites will still respond in a good way that can cover what's lost. Just stating the worst-case scenario here.
It's actually the other way around. We are the ones that are concerned with the security but there are the others that don't really care about it and more turned into the bonuses because that's what they're looking for.

That's no longer a factor to them if they're trusting the casino that they've chosen. So it's already given to them that casino is already secured and has tight security which makes them confident that it's no longer an issue. Which means, that the next thing for them to be focused is with what they offer with the bonuses.
2535  Economy / Economics / Re: Phishing SMS claiming Binance. on: February 08, 2022, 08:26:26 PM
The discussion is continuous there not just about this incident but as well as the whole phishing experience and trick made by these scammers.

nobody should ever click a SMS link.

SMS on those exchanges is basically for receiving 2FA codes.

If you want to visit an exchange website, use your bookmarked link or just type binance.com in the address bar. It is dangerous to use links, because you may be clicking a phising link (which is not owned by the exchange, but a similar webpage made by an attacker)
I agree, as long as you did nothing. There's no need for us to fall for those baits and phishing links that are sent to us.

Avoid using the search engines when searching binance. It is the tricky part that many are falling for, they search it through there and then the ads will show and just put a text that they're binance.

A newbie is likely to fall and will even click that even it's not the actual link for the exchange.
2536  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New contract scam in crypto on: February 08, 2022, 07:22:45 PM
It's the investors that have to be careful. They have experienced being scammed and many of us experienced it as well when we were a newbie and not aware of the surroundings.

Actually, the market has never gone with the scams and rug pulls. If you've been here for years, it's taught you a lesson to invest only on reliable projects. Avoid having the mentally of being rich overnight because that's what making people invest into the likely of scam projects.

2538  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is this not worth it? on: February 07, 2022, 09:17:44 PM
Is there anything wrong working online in your bed room everyday?
No.

What's important right now is you earn and at the same time you have your time with you. Whatever you want to do today and tomorrow, that's freedom and you're not worrying that you have no income.

You're improving based on your story and if you think that you're having a feeling of guilt that the owner offers you with a slight increase, then it's up to you.

If you think that you can drive and trade when you get home, then that's an additional source for you. But for me, I'll choose freedom and I get to spend more time with myself and with my family.
2539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I gave 100$ of Bitcoin to my elder brother as a gift on: February 07, 2022, 08:21:49 PM
Bitcoin isn't PoS. That's why if you think that it is staking that you've put his bitcoin, that's just another interest account from that exchange or platform that you've deposited.

But, what you're doing is the right thing so that your brother would someday see the worth of the amount you've sent.

It's better if you'll get him a wallet rather than deposit it to an exchange or platform while he has no intention of selling it.
2540  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin touched $43k, from $33k in two weeks on: February 07, 2022, 12:20:42 PM
I think bitcoin will hit $50k+ again in this year.
Very possible and not that far. Just think of how bitcoin went from $32k to $42k-$43k today. If the timeframe is within the year, very possible to move back into that price.

Previous 1-2 wekk ago bitcoin price was under $33k and now bitcoin price $42.5k+.Bitcoin touched already $42.5k+ again.I hope market again grow up come in days.I hope bitcoin price will surprise us this year.
It's already growing that's everyone is becoming active again when they see the price of bitcoin starts to go up. I guess global markets have some little pattern to bitcoin's growth. If the debt of US keeps on increasing, inflation goes up and bitcoin really is going to be a hedge against it which will make the price rise inevitably.
