there is no balance in this address that you linked here. and there should not be any, BCash has implemented a well working replay protection which prevents from things like that (a transaction being replayed in another chain) from happening.

the address being valid on other copies of bitcoin is just because they copied bitcoin without thinking and have been causing a lot of problems during the years starting from litecoin (copied P2SH) and has been going on until today with all these nonsense forks.

It is not peculiar. An address is just a number and every number is a valid address. Both coins use the same format for encoding the number, so you will get the same addresses regardless of the coin. This can be annoying and dangerous because it is not uncommon for someone the send BCH to an address displayed by a BTC wallet. Luckily, both BTC and BCH have new address formats that are different.

I don't believe that you have ever personally observed that. You have only relied on photographic evidence, which  according to FE cannot be trusted because it can be faked.

In regards to Hollywood productions a lot of people have paid to see Behind the Curve (2018), I have not. What I have seen is from two of the featured flat earthers. The first is shown observing the detection of the rotation of the stars above us, this rotation was also detected in the 1887 M&M experiment; the M&M results were negative (no earth motion). The second had sections of his experiment edited out when the light was seen, and sections where it was blocked by shrubbery shown as some kind of proof.

This is a mock-u-mentary; fake news. They take your money then they mock you for your stupidity, they delight in knowing you believe bullshit.

It's not as anti-FE as you might expect. The movie focuses on the people in the Flat Earth movement, primarily Mark Sargent and Patricia Steere. The only time when it might be considered anti-FE is when it turns to Jeran Campanella and Bob Knodel and their experiments that were not showing the results they expected.

Also, look at the distances on your map. It says that the distance from Melbourne to Perth is 1800 miles but the apparently shorter distance to Darwin is 2000 miles. Either something is wrong with that map, or people in Australia just don't know how to measure distance.

In addition, I think South Africans would be shocked to find out that their country is really shaped like this:



And even more shocked to discover the size of their country is comparable to the size of western Europe:



I wish the map included the southern portion of South America. That would really open some eyes.

^^^ It's funny how this globohomo can't understand the optical effects of perspective and convergence when he needs a boat to sail up, over and behind the curve. However, when he needs to explain crepuscular he claims perspective is the sole cause and that flat earthers don't understand science.

I am perfectly aware of how you explain the disappearance of objects behind the horizon as the result of perspective and refraction. However, we both know that a person who claims that crepuscular rays can't be made by a distant light source doesn't understand the science.

The reality is the even though the rays are parallel, they appear that way because of perspective. It's funny because perspective is so important to FE believers with their "the horizon rises to eye level" mantra, and you would expect them to get that.
No, they don't appear that, they are. Just another desperate excuse of a globe worshiper.
None of those pictures show a sun that is directly overhead. If the sun is directly overhead then the rays will appear nearly parallel. When the sun is low (as in those pictures), then the rays near you are wider than the rays farther away, and they are all pointing at the sun, and that makes it look like they are spreading out.

Because of perspective, a rectangle with parallel sides will look like a triangle if the one end is far enough away.

I'm not sure if you realize it, but blockchain.info is not a custodial wallet. It does not have access to your coins or your keys. It is true that there are certain risks associated with it because it is a website, but there are also certain risks associated with using a wallet that runs on your phone or on your desktop.

On the other hand, exchanges and other custodial wallets are dangerous because you are relying on somebody else to protect your coins and you have no way of knowing how safe they are.

That is not what I was looking for, I am not planning on modifying the BIP itself or submit a new one. Just the "implementations".
For example these are reference implementations for bech32 encoding, it lacks c#, or this has only one c# implementation and is pretty bad (IMO) because of its unnecessary complications.
So my question is if I wanted to submit my BIP39 implementation which I already have or maybe if I wanted to add the bech32 that doesn't exist, what are the things that I should consider? For example of the top of my head should it only be implementation of that particular BIP or can it be part of the bigger library having other stuff?

I assume that you would change the BIP and include links to your implementations. Anyway, if you can't get a good answer to your questions, you might contact luke-jr. He maintains the BIPs.

Generally speaking what kind of conditions should an implementation meet to be added to a BIP as a reference implementation?

Specifically speaking In case of BIPs that already have implementations in certain language listed but the implementation is not so good. (I usually try to contact the developer and get the already existing code fixed but sometimes it is easier to make a new one rather than changing the old code.)

BIPs are published on github (https://github.com/bitcoin/bips). Here is what the README says about submitting or modifying a BIP:
