2561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shopping time guys. Fill your bags now. on: May 27, 2021, 10:21:44 AM
There will be the next dip, It is better just to wait and buy on the dip. Buying on a small amount isn't that bad as long as you know how to manage your risks, It is better to put small money than sacrificing important funds to buy big and risk big.

I bought some alts on a small amount of money on this dip and gained a satisfying amount of profit.

As I said, I do not have money to buy dips or rather, I buy cost average, whenever I have spare cash regardless of the price. I never over extend existing funds because I still believe crypto is not truly stable and can go to zero as much as I hpe it does not.

You still have plenty of time to buy everything you want because everything is still lower than ATH.

The market managed to gain few percents in last 24h and people already started to celebrate that the dip is over, bull trend is back and etc. People, wake up! We are still in dip and instability. Just a little "China bans" article appears and the price collapse again. So as topic name says "fill your bags" while you can and hold.

And now again the old resistance lines cannot proceed so again people are so worried and scared. Such fun times,,, watching the market emotions go up and down and here we are just buying when we can right?
2562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Mark My Word, Binance Coin (BNB) will beat Ethereum later #BUIDL #BNB #BSC on: May 27, 2021, 08:51:15 AM
People do not care apparently,,, judging from all the people accepting BNB and going to BSC to do more things.
The long people trust to centralized thing, the more they got manipulated. I want pure decentralized in the future, this Binance monopoly in the crypto space looks really bad atm.
Last dump i think Binance tooks many profit from many liquidated trader who didnt have chance to put down their open positions.

As I said,,, people do not care. We see people willingly being manipulated on social media by stupid influencers, and by popular figures, by the media whatever. In daily life and in crypto.

People just love being sheep at the end of the day. I am also not comfortable with Binance monopoly but this is the price of freedom of crypto I guess.

There is not a single chance that Tottenham will renew his contract with Harry Kane .... he is at the peak of his form, and the managers of Spurs understand this for this, the sooner they sell him the better it will be for them. If I were the president of the club, I would rather use the proceeds to buy the promising young players who will be the backbone of the club for the next 10 seasons (and 150 million for this f'transfer is a lot).

This makes me really sad, even though I know the reality. If you saw his last game also, his entire supporters and fans were just basically telling him,,, just go Kane. We love you and thank you but this club is not for you.

I wish he would stay another extension and if he does, I will be the happiest,,, but seriously for his own sake, he should leave this club and be happy. We did not do him justice.
2564  Economy / Speculation / Re: From trader become holder because the market is crashing on: May 26, 2021, 04:10:35 PM
If you are not doing leverage trading there is no reason to cutloss unless you know where is the bottom and buy at that price so you will have more quantity of that altcoin or bitcoin. Market will always recover from its crash, it is up to us if we have strong hands to hodl and not let our emotion affect by the fuds causing us to panic sell our holdings. Market crash only happens when many many fuds keep spreading together with some whales selling their holdings for profit.

Are you kidding? There is always a reason to cut loss with or without leverage trading. The only time you would never "cut losses" is if you are a super long term hodler like most of us. Then you do not trade,,, do not even really follow the market,,, just wait for a good time to liquidate and include more in your portfolio when you have spare cash.

As a trader you cannot afford to think like you and think crashes will always recover:)
2565  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 26, 2021, 02:14:43 PM
New chapter in the Superleague saga! Juventus, Barcelona and Real Madrid, are under the magnifying glass of UEFA, which has opened proceedings. This is the statement that appeared on the website of Europe's top club body: "Following an investigation conducted by Uefa's ethics and disciplinary inspectors in relation to the so-called 'Superleague' project, disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus for a potential breach of Uefa's legal framework. Further information will be made available in due course."
There is no peace for Juventus and now the name of Rino Gattuso circulates in the hallway as a potential replacement for Pirlo.

That is not new news actually,,, I believe the threats from UEFA already came immediately even when the Super League was first announced in the press release. They were especially going to punish these clubs because of their direct links to the ESL.

I hope it really comes to happen and results in severe punishments and not just like a few million euros fine for City:)
2566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What is PancakeSwap and how does it work? on: May 26, 2021, 12:11:49 PM
For those who don't know how this dex work, my advice is go download safepal wallet and you will find all the necessary dex in the app, the best way to connect your wallet to uniswap, pancakeswap, sushi, dodo and 1inch swap,  everything under one roof with safepal wallet app.

I would actually say this is bad advice. Safepal wallet is NOT open source and none of their documentations have said they will ever do this, in fact seems they have confirmed they will never go open source. You do NOT want to use a wallet that is closed source.

If you want to connect to uni/sushi/pancake everything you are better of going for 1inch or for plasmafinance,,, open source and only front end.

Yes,,, I am one of those who took those specials, and I bet bigger than I normally do but still not very big because I did not really understand what it means money back if it does not hit. It does seem now when I read it more it means you do not lose but I thought you could bust if it goes over 21 goals like Blackjack but now I read it,,, it seems 21 or more. Should have taken more:)

Also I took Portugal at 9.6x but today I see Italy for a big boost:( I already took Portugal if I take Italy do I still get the freebet offer for every win do you know?
2568  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: any opinions about the recent btc price crash? on: May 26, 2021, 10:02:26 AM
Until the exchanges take action to prevent or at least greatly reduce the ability of these people to influence the price everyone else is going to suffer in this type of market.

Exchanges do try to prevent a lot of these activities. I remember in 2017 when I was an active member on Bittrex Global, they would introduce new measures all of the time to prevent this kind of fraudulent trading practices. First they did not allow you anymore to make limit orders that were too small (bots can make 1000s to crash the orderbook). Then they did not allow you to set price more than 5% different variance from the market current. So they do try.
2569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LTC or TRX? to have most potential from here (15/05/2021) on: May 26, 2021, 08:44:33 AM
I know the bulls are making a lot of effort to keep LTC at a price that is respectable, and that is attractive to investors, but the major variant is still BTC, if BTC does well then LTC does too, it will be a direct consequence of their movements.

I am personally quite happy for LTC. Held to it from the last ATH, and saw a new one this year which I guess Charlie Lee kept his promise of sticking around to develop Litecoin at least until it reached the old ATH (which it did).

Still attractive I think, and still like you say, for as long as BTC maintains.
2570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shopping time guys. Fill your bags now. on: May 26, 2021, 08:04:00 AM
wow good spirit when a big discount happened haha, I also bought at DIP prices yesterday,
and now I have almost 50% profit, happy to buy BNB, ADA and XLM, the current situation is still very risky,
because there is still a lot of bad news about bitcoin out there, of course this makes traders and investors have to make decisions if things don't go according to plan,
hopefully Bitcoin can break above $ 45k again

I am a little bit sad that this dip goes past me,,, I do not really trade or buy actually, I just sort of earn small amounts or buy when I have extra money from salaries,,, which basically makes me a very inconsistent dollar average buyer:)

Good for you, but yes still risky. Just be careful and put only money you can afford to lose!
2571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Mark My Word, Binance Coin (BNB) will beat Ethereum later #BUIDL #BNB #BSC on: May 26, 2021, 06:52:30 AM
Centralization is definitely bad for smart contract platform where many dapps actually gets hosted in the blockchain, you can imagine how one entity could manipulate other company's data since all the dapps logic or data usually stored in the chain
that's why even though BSC's low fee and transaction speed is so attracting not many developer of quality project willing to go there but instead it got infested with some low quality projects.

People do not care apparently,,, judging from all the people accepting BNB and going to BSC to do more things.

Chinese people and even those chinese ethnic in overseas countries (not being racist I am just observing) are also blindly choosing Binance more because they have good marketing in China. They do not really give a care about decentralization.
2572  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 26, 2021, 06:21:17 AM
Kane had a Superb performance this season. Scored 23 goals and won the Premier League golden shoe, he really deserved it. Although, this is the third time Harry Kane is been awarded the Premier League golden shoe. In 2016/2017 Premier League season, Kane recorded th e highest goal, he probably scored 29 goals in 30 matches, and won the Golden Shoe. Although, Thierry Henry is known for winning the Premier League golden shoe most (4).

Not only did he deserve it, he even gave the most assists in the league to all his teammates, if any of them were the ones actually winning it,,, he would have deserved to take it from them.

And also he and Bale won us conference league, which I guess is a bit better than having no Europe competition at all,,, but it might even distract us from Premier League I would say.

My poor Spurs team:(
2573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Stop Elon Musk and Tesla on: May 25, 2021, 03:59:24 PM
Guys,,, if you really hate Elon and you are sick of it and all his followers,,, then creating a memecoin against him is not going to do anything. In fact, I would say it would even support the problem of these memecoins and make it worse.

Take a chill pill and take it easy and just enjoy elon and DOGE.
2574  Economy / Speculation / Re: Almost clear with the weak hands. on: May 25, 2021, 03:28:05 PM
The bear market continues, this is also due to the fact that many FUDs attack bitcoin, especially the FUD spread by China. getting back above $ 50k is still very difficult and takes time. but hopefully this bearish market will end soon and bitcoin is bullish again.
May-June is not a good month at this time. prepare your funds to buy at deep prices, it will be very helpful to be able to profit in a bearish market like this.

And be prepared to see even worse drops. I know right now the market looks like it is in recovery,,, but if Bitcoin cannot go above 40k and ETH cannot return to 3k then we will see more and more loss of confidence among short term speculators, leading to more selling and more worry and fear.

I personally believe we are not done with this bull but we have to be prepared for our expectations to not be met.
2575  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 25, 2021, 02:11:35 PM
He is 36 years old but is still that perfect striker, many followers never appreciate this point, of this age and he is still competing for the top scorer and first savior of his team.

I fully agree! I think the fans, journalists and commentators, were very unfair to Cristiano.
Juventus do not draw more games because they had Cristiano scoring important goals. That's why he was the best scorer.

Yes,,, I am not such a big fan of Ronaldo because he used to playact a lot but we cannot ignore what he has achieved as a player,,, not just in his national colors but in three major leagues.

Nobody else did it and nobody else dared. Why people hate this is impossible to understand.
2576  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: May 25, 2021, 01:04:33 PM
Just wow!
After the last three posts after mine above:
I didn't know there were so many profiting from these 4-3-free promotions getting those prizes for having so many correct. Embarrassed
I normally get only one or two correctly predicted and the 6-6 promotion I get the overs correct but usually only lose by one pick on those. Undecided

Congratulations to those who have gotten close as I don't think anyone has hit the 6-6-free one yet.
Not yet from what I can tell watching on the clubtalk as if someone did they would be screaming at the top of lungs that they won that $100,000 worth of bitcoin for certain.

Indeed! And this was before btc dropped so I even got 0.15 mbtc free which I turned into something nice on Spurs win on the last day of EPL (betbuilder around 8x). I love these promos, and they do not cost nothing,,, and you can pick for 10 seconds all your selections are done. It literally is like free money for something we all love already.

Kudos to Sportsbet for this:)
2577  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: any opinions about the recent btc price crash? on: May 25, 2021, 11:46:13 AM
Once again it is proved that cryptomarket is the rich man's playground. FUD is created, and the panic is being made use of the whales. Traders who made the right move at the right time will be now making good profit out of the massive market fluctuation that is happening over the past few days. Then also there is more chance of Market crash and recovery.

More memes from traders were around praising Elon Musk, because without him the market could've never crashed and has got a recovery in such a short time period.

In general yes, the rich man's playground but I would say this is only true for traders and speculators. If you want to play the trading game, be prepared to lose to the rich men.

But speaking from my own personal experience,,, if you only use crypto and see it as a long-term appreciation tool and store of value other than payment processor, you cannot lose.
2578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum or Binance Chain (BNB)? on: May 25, 2021, 11:01:25 AM
I personally prefer the etherem over the binance, because ETH is a network that is very widely used by crypto users, because the etherem is a very stable altcoin and has a very strong and wide network in a crypto, in a contrast to the bsc which is a new network in the crypto , even though BNB is currently popular, with a very low transaction value compared to the eth, the eth remains the second best after BTC,

As I said above I have really seen BSC and experienced it myself but yes, that alone (being fast and pretty) is not enough to convince me to switch over just yet. Ethereum has a way more better collection of devs and reputation. Old users will also agree and once the new defi users get bored they might also then realize ETH is where the non-defi utility is.
2579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are the most promising cryptocurrencies? on: May 25, 2021, 09:43:10 AM
Just go all in on Ethereum, i've been all in since 2017 into ETH and so far so good.

I think after ETH 2.0 release it will be quick surge for ETH price to reach new ATH.

Actually, I think ETH will reach another ATH or two before 2.0 will come out. Most people expect it to the end of 2021 but let us be frank and agree that the delays all this time should mean 2022. But that will be a good thing. New ATHs until end of 2021, and 2.0 to hold prices above that range:)
2580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: eth going strong on: May 25, 2021, 09:12:58 AM
Although the movement of BTC is very full of uncertainties, this means that many highs may be the same at this time and some rising in price, in this case, this analysis gives key supports and resistances, which can be taken into account to react before any movement of the market:

The problem now is BTC did not bounce from the support of 200ma easily and seems is still very close to it which give a lot of worry to those who look at that very crucial line. But I think seeing the trends today we can hope for a strong week to recover and move above that line again. Still 50/50 for me.
