1581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 29, 2021, 04:05:59 PM
Juventus have been winning for two weeks in the league against Spezia and Sampdoria by the same result. This is really good for them as they are gaining their self-confidence again. And their next opponent are Torino this weekend. It is an away match for Juventus and I see that Torino have nearly the same statistics as Juventus. But Juventus have been really dominant against Torino in their last away matches. I'm expecting that Juventus will win this match.

Yes but look at the scoreline and understand that they had to fight so hard for it and yet this is Spezia and Sampdoria who are nowhere near Champions League spot,,, of course, always nice to win no matter what as you say sometimes you get 2 or 3 wins in a row and then the whole team is full of energy.

Torino are full of goals too though so it would be wrong to expect them to just lie down and lose.
1582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is there some DEX non custodial to converte BTC, ETH, ADA...? on: September 29, 2021, 02:47:14 PM
"DEXes"? I don't know any that exists. Most of the exchanges running on Ethereum or Binance smart chain contracts are just pseudo decentralized exchanges. There is nothing d3centralized about them.

You want to exchange different coins seamlessly? Just use instant swap exchanges like godex.io, fixedfloat.com etc

Yes,,, everybody knows that 99% of DEXs are not 100% decentralized, some even less than others! The only thing that is decentralized is custodial of funds, so in other words most of these are CEXs using non-custodial wallets.

I still personally think they are a bit safer than custodial CEXs.

Some p2p exchanges are very very close to full DEX though, for sure more private and safer than using an instant exchange that KYCs you,,,

So the first one which I missed on yesterday ended up going bust,,, a frustrating draw for Inter and a huge point for the Ukrainian team, but the biggest benefactor was of course Sherif who now sit nicely at the top with 2 wins from 2!

One bust and one push, and guess what we have another double pick today:

1584  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going to $53k or down to $48k? (Bullish Scenario) on: September 29, 2021, 12:36:50 PM
But we also need to realize that there is not necessarily a reason for the downfall other than natural market forces (more sellers than buyers, not necessary to be because of weak hands or panic). Maybe people need to pay taxes, maybe it is preparing for holiday, but no significant fixed reason I think!  Wink

I agree, we can't really pinpoint the exact reason for the sudden downfall, nevertheless, even if we close out this month in red candle, still above $40k is strong price in my opinion.

People sell for different reason, maybe not because they are afraid that the market will continue to fall, but for personal reasons that you have mentioned. So I guess this month is not going to be on our side. But I expect a big bounce in October to November.

What about people just selling because they need to sell? This was what I meant by my earlier statement,,, that every time market falls people think it is sellers who have weak hands or are scared, but what about just it so happens that in any month, people are selling regardless of news. Like I guess my own example I always sell if I need the money.

Maybe it is nothing but coincidence more people are selling than buying. This is simple market possibility Smiley But I totally agree. $40k is still such a strong price!
1585  Economy / Economics / Re: US with problems to raise the debt ceiling... again on: September 29, 2021, 12:05:18 PM
China owns 1 Trillion of US debt by the way Grin

Not only China, but Japan and many other countries own a lot of U.S. government bonds, too. The USA is immensely dependent on foreign countries. If at some point these countries decide to stop buying U.S. government bonds, the U.S. will no longer be able to issue any debt at all in this form without its currency collapsing.

Yes, every big country owns a lot of debt from each other, but China is the biggest holder of US treasury bonds and even after already letting go of a lot they still own almost 40% more than the next.

The only reason US debt going higher does not seem like a legitimate concern for economists is because every other country (including China) is also putting up debt every year,,, just not as bad as US, who loves going to war for made up reasons. I will not be surprised one day they go to war with Bitcoin  Tongue
1586  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2021-09-25]South Korean Taxman to Be Granted Right to Search Crypto Tax Evaders on: September 29, 2021, 10:51:13 AM
Maybe it is because SK is a strong ally of the US and even in regular finance they have been getting closer and closer to USA in terms of how they make regulations. So now even in the Asian part of the globe people cannot run from tax overseas. Still,,, I do not think it will reach the extent of IRS for many more years. Very strange move from SK who seemed to be crypto friendly before and yet now is making it very discriminatory. For sure this was political pressure from stock market players.
1587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: September 29, 2021, 10:07:54 AM
I see this game with a high probability of ending up in a draw. Although I think Liverpool are far superior, FC Porto style of play often surprises at UCL.

Porto let in 11 goals in the past 2 Champions League home games to Liverpool and last night they let in 5, so I think,,, there is a big psychological issue with the team, which is funny because they played better away so expect the Anfield game to be less goals. Maybe some teams play worse with fans pressuring them.
1588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Challenge with small investment in bitcoin on: September 29, 2021, 08:58:12 AM
I congratulate you on your challenge, but acquiring 1 BTC does not have to be a challenge, it is a reality that is feasible or not according to your possibilities.

Getting bitcoin is not rocket science, it is simply buying, and you plan as you maker it with any other good you want, that planning leads you to determine if you really can and in what time.

It is definitely a mathematical challenge for most of us here,,, assuming we are mostly in the Eastern Hemisphere where $40k is a lifetime of savings for majority of the population Smiley

Even with regular DCA if you started like me in 2017 it is still not yet achievable, the rate of "collecting" keeps going down every year. I hope to reach it early after the next halving if I calculate well, assuming Bitcoin never goes down below 20k and never goes up above 100k  Cool

Don't believe what they say immediately, we need a lot of people to share their story so that we can see what's really going on in there, remember that most Chinese people are patriotic and they won't be saying anything bad against the country.

I think almost every person automatically defends their country no matter what,,, this is my experience, even if in private we may all hate our government:)

You know the famous Chinese meme about a Chinese guy saying to Trump:  don't trust China, China is ***hoe Wink

Besides, OP was actually sharing something not so positive so I can believe it, he was not saying anything particularly factual!
1592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 29, 2021, 07:08:58 AM
I would say that Dembele may pick Liverpool instead. I do not know how Liverpool or Klopp does it but when they need to sign a player they somehow end up convincing him to come to Liverpool, no idea how they actually do it. I personally believe that Dembele would definitely be going to Liverpool if he ever leaves Barcelona. Also with the team signing long term deals with the youngsters, I am pretty sure that Koemans time is seriously coming to an end.

I know that not many people would see connection between the two but the reality is that if you are signing Barcelona youth for a long term and you get rid of the older players, that is time for Xavi to come in and make a big change and get the youth that he came from become the core of the team once again.

That would be a strange move for Liverpool though,,, or in fact any big team in English team. I think Dembele is a great talent for sure and he has proven himself countless times but for an injury hit person, to play in the most physically demanding league at the moment,,, it does not make sense for him or even for Liverpool who have an extensive issue with injuries.
1593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Seriously! three times...the individual vs. combined probability. on: September 29, 2021, 06:20:01 AM
If you play at crypto casinos with challenges,,, you will see that this possibility happens many times daily. Imagine every day at a casino like bitvest, you will see players hit over 1000x many times in the high roller or high wins leaderboard.

I have even seen challenges for roulette to hit a number 4 or 5 times in a row and many players will get it.

I play auto of 100k rolls easily in a few hours so by math, you can easily hit a streak like that in 1 session Smiley

It's on evolution gaming the table is called auto roulette la partage, to get in the table you have to browse under evolution gaming's UI since it doesn't appear on sportsbet's search bar.

Hey thank you for this information. Unfortunately,,, I still cannot find it. I tried to look at all live dealer games using Evolution only, through this URL: https://sportsbet.io/casino/categories/live-dealer?providers=evolution

But I still cannot find anything like it. Do you mind to share a direct link if possible? Or if you want,,, send PM to me? You do not have to but I would be so grateful  Grin

Milan, after the first strong match against Liverpool in Anfield, is looking for the first victory against Atletico, who is inside the confrontation after losing a match against Alaves, and thinking about facing Barcelona next week. And this is what gives Milan the advantage over Atletico.
Mental and psychological superiority is very important from the technical side. Stefano Pioli. I like that he knows the capabilities of his team and plays on the basis of these capabilities, and every player gets 100% of his effort on the other side, Atletico and Simeoni tied first.
A match against Porto and it was a result in favor of Milan, and there are many criticisms directed at Simeone because of his exaggerated defensive game and he has very strong offensive elements that he can make better use of.
It is required that the team improve, and if Atleti continues to perform in this way, it will face problems against Milan.

Milan should win this one but I think for sure they will draw this easily if this is what they set out to achieve (which is not). Only victory will give each team a bit of comfort so for sure both will not want to lose, and Atletico is Atletico so if they draw we should not be surprised. Simeone does not care what people say about him and his team are 100% behind their manager so expect the soldiers to line up with defensive duties  Cheesy

Wow nice attempt from darbit to come up and steal the yellow cap but as I thought yesterday,,, with the exact score on the final game but Mosala well done as you got there early and kept it by 0.5 points!

I guess a lot of us should have guessed the score of the game on the last night but actually only 2 went for the draw so kudos to you guys.

Next game in 3 days now let us see how Italians go in Champions League Smiley

Do not take my full advice and of course do your own research but try out 2 DEXs:

Plasma Finance HyperDEX
or
1inch Protocol

Both these are aggregator DEX and they make it very simple to switch ETH to wrapped ETH, (ETH - wETH) and so on without any conversion fee, unlike if you use the bridge themselves as users above mention. You can switch back and forth actually,,, no fees Smiley
1599  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: September 28, 2021, 11:42:41 AM
I avoid correct score bets completely due to crazy odds and low market liquidity. This is why I tend to focus more on match winner markets due to reasons like decent odds and high liquidities.

But this makes the correct score markets quite good if you are a small better,,, crazy odds means higher than they should be, and the low liquidity should not affect you if you are only a small betting user.

That said I seldom bet correct score but if Sportsbet gives you 20% boost you can take the risk on 3 scores (divide your 1x2 market) and hope 1 hits and still make very good profit if you are confident on your win.
1600  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going to $53k or down to $48k? (Bullish Scenario) on: September 28, 2021, 10:33:25 AM
Of course in the long run you don't need to worried, but it's better to look at the reason of the downfall this month (although we all know that historically, September seems to be one of the worst month like every year). We need some news that will fomo new investors again and we might got that news in November (taproot).

But we also need to realize that there is not necessarily a reason for the downfall other than natural market forces (more sellers than buyers, not necessary to be because of weak hands or panic). Maybe people need to pay taxes, maybe it is preparing for holiday, but no significant fixed reason I think!  Wink
