Don’t think they will have any problems as long as they don’t allow participants from Us to take part of the ICO, or are ICOs in general not allowed in US? afaik, due to the fact how the fbi and so on had seized part of btc-e couple of monts ago, many icos are not sure how to handle the us citizens and are trying to exclude them form their icos to be on the safe side. Just need to integrate a KYC to the ICO. But I think that there is a test to check if americans can invest in the ICO or not, if the test is passed, the ICO is authorized in America. Something like Howle test. |

The hardest part will be to get apps added to your platform. Look at windows phones there are a lot of apps not available on their app store.
If the commission is really low, there is no reason for dev not to user their platform. |

I think it would be appropriate if the shares of angel investors have a lock in period / frozen state for at least 6 months up in order to boost investors confidence. Angel investors own the majority of SCT tokens, that would be another problem about liquiditym if they lock up their tokens there are going to be a really small amount of tokens in circulation Well its kind of a dilemma with regards to the idea of liquidity reserve, I hoped they have come up with an agreement to allocate only a certain portion of Angel investors shares that can be tradable within a certain period of time  Quite rare that investors lock their tokens if they're not forced to do so  |

It's more like that now there are too many ICOs (and a big amount of unuseful ones) and people don't have infinite money. And only God knows how many ETH are locked in projects which held an ICO in the past One thing I forgot, ETH price is decreasing since a while now, people don't wanna buy and pay in eth if the price decreases. The price isn't really decreasing I would say the price is stable with low volatility. I think eth will rise again if there are some successful erc20 projects. I see ETH rising in the near future too. Good development and strong support from the community, lot of features and one of the most used blockchains. |

That's one of my concern. An answer to this would be great Hello! At the first stage, all applications are scanned for viruses and exploits in automatic mode, and then manual moderation is performed.Later, as the platform develops, the moderation algorithms will be determined by the community(DAO), taking into account the development of technologies. i see myself using playkey when my computer cant handle new games that require better specs and i just don't want to upgrade my computer just to play 1 game
I heard that in the future the company plans to produce cheap and productive consoles. It's impressive That would be awesome! I personally prefer playing consoles over PCs but its annoying having to spend $400+ for a new console every couple years. consoles will die after the next generation. it's not a format that will stand the test of time. why would playkey make consoles? makes no sense. Consoles will never die, they become more an more popular. I am a console game since NES, it will not stop At first, I was a true pc gamer since 486. What is the pros of this project. How will the team market their product and convince restaurants to adopt their project ?
For restaurants owner our product is totally free - no costs, no fees. This product is much easy to market here in US. We not change anything inside of restaurant and we don't need any integrations with POS. Installation is fast and easy. Along as terminal business owner will have professional photos of their menu and all support also for free. Do you already have some restaurants which seem to be interested ? Yes we have number of restaurants who are ready to install it but they want better customer support. So we need a team to launch it Ok seems interesting. The funds from the ICO could allow you to hire peoples and make the project work. |

SOMA needs your help! There were a lot of questions about the tokens and what will be burned and what not. We told we would hold a liquidity reserve to support the smooth functioning of the SOMA platform. We were thinking about 10% of the unsold tokens. For the moment nothing is created, so there is no liquidity reserve. We think this reserve would help any liquidity problems with the SCT to support smooth fuctioning of the SOMA platform. If investors hold on there SCT we think there should be a problem with the liquidity. So with this reserve, users can still buy SCT after ICO to be used on the platform, this will not be at ICO price. The devs have decided to listen to our great community.
We will consider based on the feedback if the liquidity reserve will be created or not.So please give us a well argumented feedback on what you think its best for SOMA and his future. We will listen to you guys. I think a liquidity fund could be good, if there is a system for it to be managed by the community. It would bring trust to the project and it would involve the community. |
