BWK not profitable at 4.5$... i dont know if i should mine LUX or XZC, vivo seems a good option too

Auto convert on ahashpool for bwk is still doing pretty well for me.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: December 13, 2017, 10:46:54 PM
I am still mining Zcoin getting 5$ + solid return with auto convert to BTC on Mining Pool Hub
Around 18 -21 $ a day with 3 1080 tis and the best part is they consume a lot less electric power then other algos
This is really good if you have expensive Electricty 0.2$kWh+
Anyways what is this About bulwark Earning 20$+ per card , whats the algo and Is it price stable ?
Or anyother algo that might give me more profit per card ?

I  also started mining Zcoin @ Mining Pool Hub but the Hub is only getting around 2200 hashes while I'm doing 3000.
Seems like a common problem with this Hub and coin.

Researching a bit to see if something else can get my full hash power...

Bounces up and down for me, but the average is pretty close

you can use the multi-algo ports so that MPH can choose the most profitable coins for you - this was you dont have to check whattomine all the time. From there you can also select what coin you want to be paid with - using MPH auto-exchange feature.

Thanks citronick, I've just started running Nemosminer, I assume this works in a similar way, possibly more user friendly?!

Sniffdog is a good one I use

So last night after removing drivers, updating to the latest version, not having a screen boot with any cards, reinstalling windows, installing drivers again, turning on cards one by one, it appears the mobo now only wants to run with 5 cards and not 6.
Was happily running 6 before the issue, and now appears the PCI-E 8x just wont accept it, shows an unknown vga device in device manager.
Happens with any card I plug in that works in a different slot.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
Board is a gigabyte ga z87x d3h

Good to see progress happening
Can’t wait for the release

i am going to have enough 8 pins for the gpu's, i will be using 1200w for 3 gpus plus risers and the motherboard and one 1000w for the rest 3 gpus. im just going to used the satas that came with the riser to power them up

Some people recommend to not use the Satas.
I’ve been using them though without any issues.

Just found this coin.
Looks good, very hard to not sell it though.

It's profitable to use spmod on a large farm, and it's hard for an individual user to recover the cost

Just keep buying cards until you’re large enough then

Hi all,

Probably a silly question, but will check anyway.
Have my first 2400W PSU from parallelminer finally arriving today with a Pico PSU.
Once I connect it all up, is it the same as using an ATX PSU in that I just press the power button to turn it on?
Or do I need to do something different like set to "turn on with power" in the mobo BIOS?

Thanks

So I'm following the advice and getting in onto Bulwark. So far I see the only major exchange that has it is Cryptopia.

Which pool you choose ?

Ahashpool.

Thanks Smiley
Good pool from past experience

Could anyone mention how to get 1.5+ from gtx 1080 ti on Neoscrypt? I tried a dozen different ccminer versions.

Seems the highest stable I can get is 1440-1481 at 75% TDP.
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: December 08, 2017, 05:38:48 AM
So, since this topic is meant to be about the best mining option for our 1080TIs...

Zcoin? Groestl? Skein?

Zcoin for me. When the pools working.

Anybody having troubles with MPH?
Zcoin balance isn't going up for the past few hours.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: December 07, 2017, 10:36:41 PM
hi all,

new to ccminer, casualty from nicehash
I have 5 x 1080TIs, but i seem to be getting low hashes...

How can I see some proper stats of how much i am getting or paid?

TIA!

All depends on the coin and/or the pool you chooose

Thanks for the heads up

MPH is working normally again. I'm fairly confident that the database crash was due to the influx of Nicehash miners that are all desperately looking for a new place to mine. With the auto exchange feature I'm sure MPH is one of the most appealing spots for them.

Not finding any blocks though (for vtc at least)?

True, not for zcoin too, but working for xmr and eth.

Edit: On the home page it says last block 6m , but when you click in the pool it says 3hrs +. Not sure which is right.

Balance isn't moving, so to be safe i'm sticking to Suprnova Mona.
Less $ but at least it's working transparently.
