Don't forget what I said earlier about http://masternodes.pro/ and VIVO, all of the successful masternode projects have market caps over $450k, even within a few months of launch.  ITZ Masternodes will start generating returns at block 20,000, which is about 2 weeks away (roughly 960 blocks/day, and explorer shows we're near block 8250 right now).  At block 20k, there will be 20k*23 = 460k mined ITZ, plus the 460k premine = 920k ITZ supply.

With a $450k lower bound for a successful project, each ITZ should have a value of 49 American cents in two weeks, which is over 13000 sats.  Now, there is some chance the project won't be successful, but anyone selling at 2444 sats price must think the project has less than a 20% chance of succeeding.  And that's using the lower bound for this project's value, it could possibly grow to somewhere between $1 million to $3 million at the end of the year, so you must account for that positive chance too.

To anyone who thinks this coin is still worth only 2444 sats despite what I just said: I will also buy a little at a 2500 sats price.  I can't buy very much right now, but PM me if you feel like selling that cheap and hopefully I can pick up a thousand or so.

I agree.  Sellers here are underestimating the value of masternode coins.  Thank you to all the investors buying from weak hands, buyers are a big part of the ecosystem.  

This is just my opinion, but I think buyers will be rewarded.  Look at masternodes.pro website, or look at VIVO coin (not listed at masternodes.pro, you have to research it on bitcointalk).  Almost all well-made masternode projects with a purpose (like this one) have market caps of US$500k or more.  VIVO achieved a much higher market cap even though it's not even a month old.

I can't guarantee InterZone will hit that, but it definitely has the $500k-$1million potential for market cap by year's end.  Which means people buying right now at valuations of $50k market cap will be rewarded as long as the chance of success is over 10% - i.e. a very low threshold.

Given the fair launch, instamine protections, dev being proactive with updates, and early buyer interest here, I suspect the chances of success are much higher than 10%, I'd say at least 50%, but that is just my opinion.  In fact, consider that dev sent pre-mine to cold storage, that this project has a concrete goal (social networks), and most important, that the C11 algorithm is not on NiceHash.  All of this will prevent it from being a dumpcoin, because people are far less likely to cloud mine and dump.  If you believe in the much higher than 50% success potential like me, keep buying away at current prices.


Edit: DEV I have a question: Are the "initial Interzone NetworkNodes" permanent nodes you will maintain for the life of this coin?  Because then circulating supply is actually much lower, and price even higher.

Has any thought been given to implementing masternodes?  Vivo [at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2110690.0] is a young neoscrypt masternode project that already has a market cap of over $2 million (Nova price is 0.006+ right now, and coin supply is over 1 million if you look at explorer).

What are you talking about?  No one is selling at 0.00000001 bitcoin.  Look here: https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/?market=XLC_BTC.  The cheapest sell order is for 0.00001000 right now.  If you sold 1600 XLC at 0.00001000 price, it would be US$4200*1600*0.00001000 = about US$67.

I have my reservations about this coin too, because many people's transfers are missing/stuck (like mine).  But don't just make up lies about the price being 1 satoshi when it's 1000x higher.

I don't have a list I'm afraid, but if you go to the addcoin page I linked for NovaExchange, you can see there are several Cryptonote coins pending (LeviarCoin and Meduza as well).  This is more evidence that Nova does intend to add Cryptonote support, or it would have rejected all of those coins.  Hopefully it comes soon!

Dev, can you please explain what it means that "we have pushed back masternode rewards to block 20,000"?  Does this mean if I set up a masternode now, it won't do anything until block 20,000?  Or does this mean only early access masternodes work until block 20,000?   Masternodes will take 25% of the mining rewards once active?

Did you make sure your daemon (charnacoind) is synced before you ran the wallet?

Also, to everyone wondering about exchanges, do remember that we got enough votes on NovaExchange last month.  NovaExchange does not support CryptoNote yet, but it has not rejected the listing, meaning NovaExchange may still be building CryptoNote support (we're still processing on the addcoin page, not rejected - https://novaexchange.com/addcoin/).  No way to be sure whether this will happen, but newcomers should know that exchanges are being tried at least.

Hopefully this is just a misunderstanding.  It's a dead coin if dev is stealing all pool payouts for himself, it would kill most auction and exchange value.

I think it is possible he implemented this correction to the network hash, but not his pool hash.  So his pool hash is still over-inflated a little.

Strong hash rate shows a good project. And at least 3 pools spreading the hash will keep this secure.  Too many projects have 90%+ of hash on one pool.

Wow this coin is one of the best launches I've seen this year:

A website and roadmap includes an actual project in social media (unlike other coins just trying to be a "payment method", which are more likely to fail)
A fair launch that was protected for 1000 blocks against insta-mine
Clients for Windows, Max, and Linux at release
Block explorer at release and faucet within 2 days
Pool available at launch
Masternode-based project so that people have less incentive to dump
Developer's personal pre-mine is only 100,000 ITZ (less than 0.5%) and sent to public cold-storage wallet already

This is definitely one to watch.  Dev team knows what its doing and has delivered on all promises so far.

This is my interpretation (I'm not dev, I'm just saying this is what the ANN says): 33 million total supply and 1 million premine.  Premine is therefore 3.03%.  However, 25% of the premine is allocated to the ICO.  So the remaining premine will be 2.27%. 

Honestly, I've come to think anything below a 3% premine isn't that bad, as long as there is something to the coin.  And hopefully some of the 2.27% will be used for bounties etc.

The "powerful, modular toolset" might be interesting, but we need more details.

Exchange is important so I certainly agree we should move in that direction, but too many people act like it's the most important thing.  If you read through the post history of @newcoindev1, you'll see he's said some pretty amazing things about this coin, including its involvement in several commercial projects.  Of course, one needs to have faith that he's not lying or exaggerating, but I've seen no reason to mistrust his motives.  

I'm happy for this coin to stay under wraps for as long as possible so we can continue to mine profitably.  Once the coin is exchange-listed and the projects are publicly announced, the difficulty is going to go further through the roof as everyone else jumps in.  Take advantage of this time now.
