I've seen ETC pumping all the week, and whattomine suggesting it's more profitable than ETH for the whole week and now it reached $37 ($24 last week).
So i'm asking what's really behind it ? is it only simple speculations or is it really a competitor of ETH, would you convince me there's perenity in ETC ?
ETC doesn't offer smart contracts or anything like this. It's not competitor of ETH at all. ETC is juts a ETH fork made by people who disagree with ETH development path a while ago. ETC is pumped because of the hyped fork/airdrop on 5 March. Then it will dip down. |

Credits.com /currently on ICO/ are claiming the same stuff like 1M+ transactions per second, extremely low fees and so on.
But they already have a working MVP. Not only paper promises.

I would recommend you Datarius and IQeon (Both not shilled by McAfee).
Their niches are winner by default and the projects already collected enough funds in pre-ICO phases.

I don't know what do you understand by "truly believe".
I believe that cryptocurrencies and ICO projects are disrupting niches every day. All business will become more decentralized and uses will only gain from the process. But I'm not a blind holder or anything like this.

Growing cannabis is restricted by laws in Russia, they might go to jail right after ICO start. Where are they going to produce all this? And IMHO such ICO is a bad thing to crypto, they can be used as examples of the bad crypto world without laws.
You are wrong. Killing is forbidden by law, but there are weapon manufactures, right? Producing an equipment is not forbidden. I may want to grow tomatoes there or cucumbers  Also, in half of Western Europe (like Spain), you could grow few for personal consumption. |

Now that I had predicted yesterday that litecoin will go up past 200, Expect a crash in price today. Due to Chinese new year and since everything has been going up for past 3 days, another crash is expected today as people will be cashing out.
Chinese new year is not connected in anyway with LTC. LTC price is up, because they will start the lighting network in the end of the month. I don't expect a down dip anytime soon for LTC. |

I believe that when the market recovers and the XRB price of also starts to rise. The project is good, and these problems will soon end.
The problem is the markets are already recovering and showing growth, but NANO is totally decreasing. I guess the other guys are right about the reason, the Bitgrail hack. But I think we will need to wait 6+ months to see a better prices for Nano. |

The continuing decline where Bitcoin goes to deeper and deeper levels is very clear. If the pattern continues, the next bottom will be on February 20 where it will drop below 4000. Continuing, then the next bounce will only reach up to around 7000, followed by an even deeper drop.....

It will be impossible to go below $4K without any big country ban it or restrict it. And USA already gave positive vibes. I think we will watch very very very slow recover now. |

Interesting point of view.
I'm on exactly opposite end - I'm going deeper with ICO's this year.
Your points are pretty valid, but this mean you just need to be more peaky where you are investing. And I'm always and only buying during the pre-ico phase, avoiding those ICO's with massive pre-sale.

CNN has created a new indicator called "fear and greed". It tracks seven indices, and shows the results on a simple meter. http://money.cnn.com/data/fear-and-greed/Bitcoin prices seem to be influenced by the same sentiments. Would it be possible to create a fear and greed meter for Bitcoin?  Both Fear and Greed are the main power driving masses. I don't think it's much applicable to alts, because there the big money are moving prices instead of mass money, but I like it as a meter for conventional trading. |

I don't think Bitcoin to hit another ATH in at least 6-9 more months.
Markets are recovering much slower now and people are more cautious right now. At the end of this years the price could pass 20K again.
