Can someone help me?
Everytime I open up my wallet it says:
EXCEPTION: St13runtime_error ReserveKeyFromKeyPool():read failed C:\Users\namehere\Downloads\CinniCoin-qt\CinniCoin-qt.exe in ThreadStakeMinter()
How can I fix this?
Also get this popup: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Assertion failed!
Program: ... File: src/kernel.cpp Line: 389
Expression: pindex->pprex || pindex->GetBlockHash()==(!fTestNet ? hashGenisisBlock : hashGenesisBlockTestNet)
For information on how your program can cause an assertion failure, see the Visual C++ documentation on asserts
Interesting. Your CINNI appdata genesis doesnt match your wallet? Go to CINNI appdata folder and delete the debug.log then launch the wallet with -debug flag and paste your debug.log contents here. Use the tags when pasting the code.

- Porting to QT5 and making a static build is not hard to do. - Checkpoints need improvements current checkpoints are badly chosen. This would probably decrease wallet launch time. - Staking can be perhaps made better with only one change. Combine/split stake could be changed to a larger number. That would reduce "dust" - very small stakes/mints. None of those changes does not require a fork. The big question is, who is going to put hes/her free hours in to it?
In future perspective, i would suggest porting mintcoin code to newer protocol. This means a lot of changes. Probably around 2 days work at least.

^^ I'd guess the bystanders can easily misunderstand what it going on. Perhaps it would be better to discuss this privately.

No, forking to make this coin to behave differently is a very bad idea. Mintcoin stats are fine and theres absolutely no need to change them. Problem with Mintcoin is its non-existing development from the premine holding dev. This is because hes not a programmer and he is not willing to spend much in order to hire a programmer who could make significant changes. There is no one who would be willing to work for free. Even the unlock wallet bug is not fixed for over the month now. All good programmers in this forum have their own coin or are hired to existing coin projects.
There are talk of the takeover, but this can only happen if dev is willing to give the premine to the new team. This is extremely unlikely to happen in my opinion.

Oh poor OP with literally no idea how crypto economy works. But i have to admit that it was amusing to read. Quote my words for future. Litecoin will hit 50 $ within a year or in worst case 2 years.
Oh poor you with literally no idea how crypto economy works. But i have to admit that it was amusing to read. Quote my words for future. Litecoin will hit 0.1 $ within a year or in worst case 2 years. Quoting for future. Done, let's see what happens. Well, actually not $0.1, but it'll drop by 50% at least. So you "slightly" miscalculated before? About by a 5000% ? Allright then. Pro predictions.

You need to be asking this from bittrex support.

I think its a bad idea to change something that important in the middle of the coin production. It would bring more scam accusations and finger pointing in to WDC threads and forum. I would be against it even tho i hold a lot of WDC.
DRK subsidy and total coins cut was done only to manipulate its price and make devs pot larger. Anybody who does some research, knows that what happened to DRK during its first days was not an accident, but a simple con job.

Just relax. Mine something on regular pools and buy your CINNI manually. Automatic multipools are never as good as well planned manual management.

No, its more than enough if you open it for few hours in once per month.

Cant see anything stopping CINNI to hit 20 times of the current price when this wallet releases.

Volume decreases in MP in the weekend, even drk only has 700 btc volume, it seems that ppl go to night club enjoy a whole week profit Yeah, it's a slow day today. It still wasn't a bad trading day for me today so all is good. One enjoys the profit, another weeps for loss. The golden rule of trading. There are no exceptions. --- About the new features and the Cinni price. Coinmarketcap gives Cinni a 31th place right now. There loads of crapcoins on top of that list. Its kind of obvious that Cinni marketcap will rise after releasing wallet with those new features.

Kergekoin did you program the new wallet?
Have you read what I mentioned earlier?
BTW. there's a bug in mintcoin wallet 1.9.1: - I've got the wallet encrypted and locked. - Going to the send screen, entering a valid address and amount - then clicking Send does not show the unlock wallet where you can enter a passphrase, nothing happens. - I first have to click unlock wallet button and only then I can send coins. short: The "Unlock wallet" window should appear when clicking send and the wallet is locked. Running on Windows 8
Yes i am aware of that bug, but i am not the one who made this pull request. If i get some time, i could take a look at it. I integrated coin control features for Mintcoin and couple of minor fixes. Those are working properly. That means you're not the one who compiled it right? The coin control is a nice addition for people who want to use it, thanks. I wish mintcoin had an active dedicated wallet programmer but it really runs all on people with busy lives. I would love to manage a mintcoin team, help and inspire and set realistic goals. But I feel most of my contribution on this thread, see previous posts is just going into the bit bucket. Yes, i did not compile the latest mintcoin wallet, neither did i integrate this menu unlock feature.

It's nice that you guys are on 27 exchanges but it's still valued only at 9 satoshis max.
Kids are often mislead by the price of the single coin. The market cap is what matters if you wish to know the value of the coin. But i agree, that even the market cap is too low right now.

I apologize but how is this anywhere close to neck and neck? A 600btc difference being neck and neck is like saying the race between a cheetah and a human on foot finished neck and neck. I'm not bashing MINT at all, just curious as to why your wording it as neck and neck lol
I thought the same too, but there's a lot of warped idiots in crypto world Don't be so rude. Let him have hes fun. I'd guess, it was not about the number BTC traded, rather than about the gaining the 3rd place by volume.

There will need to be some discussions on when the code will be released to open source. When this is a finished product we will have invested 500+ man hours so we will naturally want to get a jump on those that would take an hour to copy it into another coin. I do not know the time frame as i will need to discuss with cinnidev.
From the sounds of it, its clear that it will be released as open source, but maybe the source won't be released immediately, so that cinni can bank on it for a while before others jump on the bus... Yes, this is a double edged sword. I do agree, that open sourced code would not give the original autors the glory what they deserve, but i would still want to have a look at the code before i can completely trust the coin. Its a complicated issue and theres no perfect solution for that. I'd suggest you to do the same as ryonmster wrote. Go with the open sourced code, but do not release it immediately after launch.
