Aside from that
With the upcoming raze of DEFI ( Its kinda popular ever since months ago, with the upcoming addition of multi collateral DAI) Crypto as a retirement saving plans really could be something
Look at the lending rate of DAI/USDC and so Its even higher than the traditional market savings/fix deposit
Including crypto in your 401k, is definitely something in the future

Not really I mean this phenomena might happen but it is not a "must" or a "confirm"
It really depends on how the market participants want the market to react It might have a altcoin wave but only the legit one

15 days to go Lets see if we can break through this
The ETH/BTC pair is moving upward Thus, if BTC/USD are able to go up again
Yeah, ethereum will likely break $200 and go above $250 or even $300

Let's talk about some realistic 3x-5x coins.
These are legit & Merit is always welcome.
Look in my post history & you'll see successful 3x-5x posts.
Ultra (UOS)
Komodo (KMD)
Synthetix (SNX)
Hush (HUSH)
Decred (DCR
ETP Metaverse (ETP)
Seems kinda easy for Synthetix, i mean they are good project as they are something like MAKER but more towards fiat Didn't know that HUSH is still here in the space lol, it was one of the project where it pumped crazily Decred would be easy to hit a 3x with a altcoin run as this coin is still holdings its seat

It would requires some research to find out if one altcoin is real or fake However always remember, even real project can failed without proper implementation or plan
First and foremost, always understand and know about the roadmap of a project Take a look to see if it is sustain-able or accomplish-able If one project is too fancy at the extend where you think it is funny, just skip it Unrealistic project will always fail

Well a small amount of alts will survive Majority dies off
Btc will then become something to put into your 401k More detiatives to come for btc
|
|
|
Tbh the names are becoming more and more fancy Just the design of it is different
As regardless you are ico ipo ieo imo Its the same It just look to crowdfund for projects Well of course every different types of crowdfunding method have pros and cons
|
|
|
wow this DXchain has caught my guard since few days ago Been seeing in most of the time in top 30 best gainer
Anyhow didn't look much into it, its something like a big data blockchain? Anyhow big data is something really big and strong in the future If they are legit and strong, they will likely stay
|
|
|
Well i would not conclude that all coins with no trading volume is dead coin but all dead coins are mainly coins without trading volume
The reason why i said so is because When certain coins are being developed, no people would touch them because there's no end product and people don't know about their future However once they finish building something, volume could come in and everything could go well
Always DYOR when invest in a coin
|
|
|
Yes Trust me, the marketcap is just way too small where whales/institutions/rich players could likely push the market with just a minor amount
Look at those Pump and Dump a 200+ BTC instant dump could crash few hundred in certain exchanges where it also trigger a domino effect to all exchange
So yes, the current marketcap is now too small where it can be easily violate and manipulate

Firstly thanks to all for reading my topic.
Who has had more success in this crypto market? 1. Traders 2. Investors You you have any skills? From which you have made enough profit or How much amount you loss?? Welcome to share your skills.
Well both traders/investors have their own pros and cons It is really up to people to find out which they are more suitable In terms of profit I would say Trader is definitely on edge than Investors Investors focus more on value investing (Thus, it might be more towards long term since you are buying for future) Well Trader mainly focus on Technical Analysis (Thus, it reacts fast in price and they can take profit and compound) However over few years of trading I would say i am more off an investor type player than a trader I could still perform TA and trade, but investing does pays off alot in a long run

Well despite you have 15 diff alts, its pretty diversify judging from your portfolio selection
Although you might not be able to gain super huge, as diversified split the risk so does the ratio reward. But i would say its a good practice in long run
If you invest just into 1 coins, you are expose to huge gain but same towards your risk if you are into those unknown alts
|
|
|
Well seems good for TEZOS and seems good for Coinbase
As one who offered the custodian service for coins, allowing staking and compound their amount of coins is definitely an VAS (Value added Service) If they can offer top notch security, where i can safely leave my coins for them to handle Then they allows user to generate interest on those coins where client doesn't need to setup nodes themself
Its definitely real good for the ecosystem

|
Errrrrrrrrrr well although the sentiment has changed a little bit from super bearish into consolidation Yet, we can't really prove that if the alts season will come
Most alts are still not able to break beyond their previous high Thus, not the whole altcoin market will go up
|
|
|
Well there's only 3 possible scenario - More Bear market - Reverse into bull market - Sideway Market
But judging from how the market move now, we are currently transiting from minor bull into consolidate, another break out above $14,000 on btc would conclude a bull trend back for btc (Not the whole market)

I agree this should not be in the Long Term board, two weeks isn't a long term at all. You should move it to the main lending board, it'll get more exposure there. The link to move the thread is in the lower, left hand side of this page. Good luck.
Alright thanks, didn't know that we can move thread across forum Board. I always thought that only mods can do that Cheers! This looks like it wouldnt really fit under the "long term" section. You might want to move it to the lending section instead, though keep in mind people may want collateral for 120% of what youre asking.
Hmmm yeah, i checked and saw most people are more comfortable with collateral that is 1.2-1.3X of loan value Thanks for the suggestion tho

Wow thanks for the thread Didn't really know that there's a thread that has this info as i mainly only read from people's comment Thanks alot with the info The reason why i am asking is because i actually thinking on if i were to deposit 0.001 btc to binance and trade, but the withdrawal of 0.0005 btc really kills imo

I used both Centralized and Decentralized exchange
Based on the current market, people would still rely and go for Centralized exchange because of the liquidity imo Especially for big players
I use IDEX which the liquidity is actually okayish but compare to most of the centralized exchange, its liquidity is not really great for intraday trader However, Decentralized exchange is definitely safe in the long run because in the past we actually sees that there's tons of exchange that actually got hacked/hijacked/exploit
Yet, it really takes time for DEX to actually came in and have their own place
