261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gambling on: May 11, 2015, 08:50:17 AM
What % of people are into bitcoin/alternate coins because of gambling?  Is it higher or lower than illegal goods?

Other than that, the rest of the people must be either trading/speculating or doing logistical stuff in the world of crypto's.

I started out because of one of them but after awhile I changed tac and then started trading and saving. That is my gamble. I think there is a larger amount into it because of gambling over illegal goods by how much though!? 60/40 maybe, bitcoin gambling is massive and will surly get much much bigger the more gamblers find out about it, it just makes sense especially if you live in a area where online gambling is restricted but you love to gamble such an easy process.
262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ONE Minute Blocks! Bitcoin as fast as Dogecoin, faster than Litecoin? VOTE on: May 11, 2015, 08:42:14 AM
If the main man thinks it can be a good idea who are we to doubt it? Not that I doubt it but the confirmation time does not affect me a major amount but I can see a benefit for retail being reduced to 1 minute, however I voted 5mintues as it would likely be around 2-3minutes anyway. Lets see what happens.
263  Economy / Gambling / Re: AllinCrypto.com - Premier Crypto Poker - 23 Crypto's Accepted - Bonus on: May 09, 2015, 06:04:25 PM
I just checked that site 2 days ago, and withdrew my 0.006 btc from there, the withdrawal was successful, and I saw the admin wanna sell this site for only 0.1 btc? Hmm, I think admin you invested more than 1btc on this site, including freerolls and the site script.

I think he gave up because he won't hold that 2btc freeroll and he thought this site is a bad business and investment, I am sorry for your losses admin, not only money, but also energy and hope. Sad

You have confused me no end, where exactly have you found that he is selling the site for 0.1btc lol! Yes anyone who knows anything about bitcoin would know he spent more than 1btc, upwards of 10 most probably. Here is one of his sales thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1037559.msg11191712#msg11191712 and here is the other https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1036551.msg11180014#msg11180014 as you can see neither are anywhere near what you said, where did you get that amount, guess?

265  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cryptopoker - Phil_ivy (Craig) real estate crook on: May 08, 2015, 11:32:07 PM
Owner did not shut down site, and has been paying players.

Also, I made a post accusing truong of the one being a scammer.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1016486.msg11309013#msg11309013

He has been paying the smaller withdrawals but there is a fairly large withdrawal that he seems conveniently to have forgotten, creating a post and then publishing evidence are two different things friend. Also the OP was right because I tried to get on the site and couldn't it took me to an amazon redirect for a few days so that was shut down. I do think it was a nice site but have not and will not log back into it until things like this are sorted.

The site was off line for 12 hours or so.  However, he was not right - the owner did not shut down the site without paying.  To my knowledge, he is the only one that has not been paid - I think my post explains why that is.

I'm aware that making a post and publishing evidence are different things, not sure what your point is though.

Edit: I'm not sure exactly how long it was down for about a week ago - but not very long.

Make up your mind crypto shill. 12hours or so ^^ I am telling you it was over a couple of days because believe it or not I am sure because I was there when I tried logging in! Doesn't matter if one or 20 people never got paid the end result is the same a customer/player never got paid simple. You are aware making a post and publishing evidence are different yet you don't understand the point lol Here let me help you, truongs provided evidence and you provided a wall of text with no evidence that is my point... Ignored.

by sell do you mean shill?
I think he means pump

Yep first we sell them the better coins and once they make some money from the better coins we ram the terrible crap coins in their back pockets, this sounds exciting for someone with questionable morals Cheesy I would be interested in learning more though as I am curious, why could they not just buy them from an exchange how much cheaper can you get them for this group of motivated people? You are in partnership with dev who create many premine?

Todays picks:

Chicago @ Cleveland
Bet: Moneyline Cleveland

LA Clippers @ Houston
Bet Moneyline Houston

Go to directbet.eu and add them to a toto parlay and you get 2x odds (double your money) for those two bets if you combine them in a toto.
I bet .05BTC on it and hoping to win .1BTC back.
Good luck to all of us:)

Please post your betslip showing this bet that you claimed to have made.

That has put him on the spot if he never actually placed the bet lol Surly he wouldn't lie about placing a bet though if he has all credit has gone not that there was much to begin with but there will be none and he will have to start a new thread under new name again  Cheesy
271  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet.eu and Nitrogensports.eu . What better site to bet ? on: May 04, 2015, 11:54:07 PM
The trick is to bet everywhere you feel has a good site and community and then make a decision which one suits your needs the most, as for me I believe DirectBet.eu is the better site to bet on because of the layout of the site and if I am not mistaken has a wider range of games/options to bet on add I have never heard a bad thing about them, they're the winners. Yes I have heard stories about the other site which put me off and I heard it from a experienced gambler so I gave it weight.
272  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cryptopoker.eu | Rated #3 Bitcoin Poker Room | 2 BTC Deposit Bonus | 1 BTC Freeroll Limited To F on: May 04, 2015, 08:25:28 PM
Right After the sites went down I got 3000 chips back, I guess they wanted me to play some. I did. Lost 1k to roulette, then I made 2 1 btc withdraws.

So I have 2 btc pending from those 3 btc I had. At least that's 1 less btc to honor....

seems like they are trying.

Must be new owners congrats getting what was due!  I can't see the old owner playing ball after reading the logs. If the new owner is watching this thread you should really come here and talk and sort things out, not just withdrawals because looks like you are fulfilling that, but create a community which will stand by you is the best step you can take. In the shadows won't work people will likely think the site has not changed hands many questions and no answers is not great.
273  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTER.com hacked| 7170 BTC stolen |DON'T KEEP YOUR MONEY ON AN EXCHANGE| REOPENED on: May 01, 2015, 05:31:08 PM
How long do you think it will take BTER to raise $1.5M?  That's a lot of fees.

I really don't think they will personally, they have even less volume now than they did before and they was not massive before just totally average to be honest. So today they have just $51,000 volume and they take about 0.2 % If my math is with it that is about $100 which must be putting them at a loss daily. I would get my coins from there asap because they will close shop unless they sell.

How long do you think it will take BTER to raise $1.5M?  That's a lot of fees.

It seems that they have started selling their dogecoin stash. 1 billion out of 4.5 in their cold wallet is gone, 2 more are sent to other wallets. I don't keep an eye on other altcoins, anyone can expand more on the state of matters regarding their stashes of other cryptocoins?

Interesting I figure they will be doing this because they need to don't they, they are at a loss everyday just staying open. I am going to take a look when I get a spare few hours to and I will update the thread if no one has done it sooner..

Hi!

I can't post anything, it says I have posted one in the last 360 seconds, but I didn't.  Huh

Hi and welcome to the forum! That is strange I can see you have not posted to get that message, I only have one idea and that could be because you are using the tor browser, are you using tor? If not start a thread in the meta section and admin or staff maybe able to help. You was getting that message but managed to post this thread? lol

Tor has nothing to do with this.

The time you have to wait gets reset for certain activites such as:

- searching
- reporting to a moderator
- sending a PM
- posting

As I said, it was not fact just an 'idea' and that was because he had not posted when he was getting that 360 message, which was my reason for asking him whether he was using that or not. If not then I said post a thread because I would have been all out of 'ideas'.

So your list has some new things to me as it was a long time ago I had to wait the 360. Example if I was again a newbie and had 360 second message and before that 360 seconds someone logged in on tor threw the same IP would that mean it gets reset and I have to wait the full 360 seconds?

If yes this was my point about tor but someone posting from that same address.

Edit: Thanks for clearing that up I believed the 360 message was because of the IP and looks like I was confused with it being the same as the 45seconds you have to wait logging in from the same IP.

well the website on sale while they have 2 btc tourney this month , goodluck

Like I said, we will be working with the new owners to try and make the tourney happen.

What if no one purchase your site until the 2 btc tournament day? Will you still operate the site and hold the 2 btc tournament or you will cancel the tournament? Not a good move btw, your site is still new and you are already giving up

Look, we made a judgement call.    It had to be done.   And, honestly, I am not sure what the answer to that is.  We have to see when the time comes.

With this answer I would have to warn people here not to play at this site any more until they either say publicly they are to continue or that a new owner has taken over. This is not professional to say the least people only deposited on your site and played ring games etc because that entitled them to enter the 2btc freeroll! This is really dishonest behaviour if I am honest and I never expected that from you.  What would be honest if you brought forward the freeroll to where it is still under your control. Stop playing here people until they stick to their word.  false advertisement springs to mind.

softstorb, I paid you more than 24 hours ago, waiting for your move now...

Is everything ok?

Thanks
didn't you used escrow for this transaction?
always use escrow when you are making a deal with someone, it protects both buyer and seller

No, I guess I sort of believed this person as we exchanged multiple PMs on the matter.

I still hope this is not a scam and the seller just got his internet connection down or is in the hospital or smth like that...

Never believe anyone who does not have valid positive trust and even then you are risking buying an account without escrow! Always use escrow unless the seller has green trust for being proven trustworthy. You hope he is in hospital or something that made me smile.. The chance are very very high that you will not see the account or btc back, sorry but lesson learned to use escrow?

Ohh yes you do, or you wouldn't have responed with two different pics (i saw the first one) i would have changed it too Wink

Plus this thread is the number 10 most replied thread in the history of this section of the forum, not to mention the views.

So not only do YOU care, but many others do aswell Cheesy so your not alone

With 90% of the posts either warning people or you few clowns with no life talking to your selves on 20 accounts, it would not be hard to claim your BS title if people had as much time as you put into this clear as day scam.. Your graphs of members bumping up the price after receiving ryans picks are useless for the newbies who could possibly join that is not their profit but ryans.
280  Economy / Gambling / Re: NBA - Basketball picks (predictions) Wins: 17 Loses: 5 on: April 30, 2015, 02:10:42 PM
Just want to put this in here as a tip.

If you want to make sure someone is not changing their picks on this forum since for some reason they allow you to edit your posts (no idea why they allow this it can only encourage bad behavior).  All you have to do is when someone post their picks quote their post and submit it.  That way if they try to go back and change their original post without clearly stated why they changed it it will be different then the post you quoted and everyone will be able to see this.

This is a very simple solution to do to someone who is changing their picks.  Just quote their post and submit it so they can not lie.  Their original post will be there quoted.

Yeap that's partially a 'solution' but the OP can delete posts if i'm not mistaken as well..

Once quoted he can only delete his, your quoted post will remain. This is not a self moderated thread. I see a lot of doubt about this guy and I don't blame them to be fair. Note because I had a 10 game parlay added to of his games and they lost lol Way to lose 10x odds with his picks all my 8 won Sad Will not take predictions from this guy again especially after him doing the funny business he has. Pm me if you want my latest bet 40x FREE of course.
