221  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [wts] hero member account 0.25 btc on: June 11, 2015, 05:21:16 PM
0.25btc is so below market price. If the deal is real, OP should not consider any price below 0.4btc. Becareful guys, something smells fishy here.

0.25 is stupid and clearly a crappy scam attempt. 723 activity and same posts is going for around 4 times that asking price, 0.5btc would be cheap for a new Hero account 500 activity. He has turned down escrow so he does not need no more attention. People be cautious and don't let your greed blind you lol
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you consider bitcoin to be an altcoin/ shitcoin? on: June 11, 2015, 03:27:58 PM
Curious to know what altcoin people think. Are you deeply involved in an altcoin and its philosophy where you believe that it will one day be more popular than bitcoin? Would this therefore make bitcoin an altcoin/ shitcoin?

Satoshi ninja launched bitcoin. A lot of altcoin 'devs' do the same thing. Same tactics, different period of time.

Discuss.

"Ninja launch"  Grin

How many people would have satoshi been releasing to mr bear lol I am not deeply involved in any wanna b altcoin but they do make me extra bitcoin daily and weekly so I won't slate them to much because they can be good, they are just not getting the exposure that will be needed to make them successful nor do I think they ever will.

Nothing will make bitcoin a shitcoin that is just in the imagination of the few truth trolls, Obviously I mean lying little turds.
223  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would You Ever Take Out a Loan in Bitcoin? on: June 11, 2015, 03:17:30 PM
Hey Bitcoin Community! Essentially, I would like to know if you would ever consider taking out a loan in bitcoin? If you have previously taken out a loan, please share your experiences! What were the pros and cons, and what would you improve? Thanks  Smiley

Hey,

I have actually never thought about it to be honest but now you have said it, my thought experiment says yes I would get a bitcoin loan if I ever had the situation where I needed one. From what I have seen the loans for bitcoin are quite a lot less % to pay back than you everyday high percentage fiat rip off loans.
224  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Bitcoin Slot Machine (NSFW) on: June 08, 2015, 09:08:34 AM

Trafficola, we are going to do our best to send your bitcoins by tomorrow, sorry for the delay.

Hey Michael so is this a statement like I am taking it that you have done the checks needed to verify it was a legit win and you have confirmed it was a legit win? Way to go Trafficola you lucky person. Did the win come from the 0.02btc bonus upon signing up? If so lol that is funny  Cheesy
225  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [WTS] Sr. account, close to Hero on: June 07, 2015, 01:15:14 PM
Thanks for verifying, master-P, and for the additional escrow offer - I just might take you up on that one day Wink

Price has been lowered from 0.5 to 0.4. Please also see master-P's confirmation of the details above in this thread

I can offer you .3 BTC  if you agree we can complete today asap. who knows how long it will take to become hero status.

0.3btc is fair if it was late 300's early 400's I guess.

I know how long it will take to become a senior member  Cheesy 420 on Tuesday (minimum) 10 weeks and a few days which is the maximum amount of time it will take to become hero, obviously maybe sooner.

OP I am hopefully getting some spare funds today so will make a bid if it has not been sold, only need to make 6 posts for it to be a hero.

you actually need 480 activity for it to become a hero member
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178608.0

Oh right so as I said 420 Tuesday (minimum), plus "5 x 14activity = 70". (420 +70 = I know exactly what it takes to become Hero actually.) 10 weeks from Tuesday maximum.
226  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Bitcoin Slot Machine (NSFW) on: June 07, 2015, 11:23:25 AM
48 hours to confirm a win ? And if his win a jackpot of more of 600 btc ?  If you not is sure of invulnerability of your site, don't open a gambling  Grin
But any people have received a payment, already if is only little for giveaway 0,02 ?

I confirmed that i got paid for my winning Grin but this 48 hours to take confirm of win is too much for any casino, you must implement more fast system to confirm if somebody win 100 Btc or hit the jackpot of 600 Btc than how much time you will take Huh

I got mine once blockchain was up again granted it was a small amount but I got it as did everyone else.  I have to disagree with you about 48 hours being to long on a weekend withdrawal of such an amount.

It is a new site and of course they have to check see if they was attacked every casino has security measures they take on a win that size or above. Pretty sure they will take the same amount of time on a 600btc maybe longer because they would have to buy the btc to pay out.

How long would you take to confirm you are paying out 2200+ or a 100-600btc win?

228  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which exchanges need little verification? on: June 07, 2015, 04:38:08 AM
btc-e, if you manage to get money into one of the non-wire options.

But you probably will have to pay high fees

With this I have found you need to jump threw even more hoops and take even longer, I gave up after a week and failed attempts at giving valid ID with a few of them, I did get accepted in the end but lost interest, trust and patience also as you mentioned the high fee's.

Don't be in a rush to buy on localbitcoin and you can make an offer which will be very close to the exchange price anyway but have to assume you look for the buy option and hurry a buy, take your time and make a offer. It will save you what you need and giving out more than you want.

You can ask by all means but you will probably not get the truth or maybe even an answer at all. Date registered Today at 01:57:09 AM - Last active Today at 01:58:14 AM as you will see he creates an account to come ask this question, and then he is gone as quick as he arrived. He also knows the road map and there is no new coder on the team because he follows the thread doesn't he lol
230  Economy / Gambling / Re: Champions League Final Predictions Barca Vs Juventus on: June 06, 2015, 09:45:43 PM
Barcelona is unstoppable with its attacking trio. Either one of the forwards (Messi, Neymar, Suarez) can create for themselves and score at will. Give Messi one step to dribble and he will score. Juventus is a great team no doubt but I just can't see them breaking down this Barcelona team defensively and hold them off from scoring at the same time.

I would predict 3-1 Barca win

I was predicting the future 3 weeks ago  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Funnily enough a lot of people was predicting the same and got 3-1 I was a goal of 3-0 Bara, the thing is though who put there money where there mouth is and took home the bacon  Cheesy Would have been nice odds getting the score right.

I'm getting the same issues.  Roll Eyes

233  Other / Off-topic / Re: The country you want to live in on: June 04, 2015, 01:22:43 PM
Where do you want to live? And why?

I want to move and live in Australia, mainly because of the climate another reason to get away from 90% of the people in this country, I live in a controlled country with the highest amount of surveillance in the world. The freedom has gone and not to say it will be there in Australia but what a beautiful country.

To all new readers, please read. Never do anything without escrow on this forum.

Scammer. Wont use escrow or send first.
it depends on what the price is if he charges really low sum for those accounts its not worth using escrow because of fees

Don’t make excuses not to use escrow ever unless you want to lose money, you would be easy to trick wouldn't you oh the fee's oh it will take to long etc etc, there are free escrow services which do a good enough job. Always use escrow any new member if there seller doesn't want to use escrow then there is something up and you walk away. Friendly tip to save you money..
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Official BitBay Thread |Smart Contracts Wallet UPDATE|Decentralized Marketplace on: June 04, 2015, 12:42:09 PM
Somebody is selling and selling at low prices for weeks (weeks is what I noticed, maybe months). It seems that he had half of all bays. People actively buying but he's selling more and more.

This is more than likely a bot or a crafty pumper, think about it who in their right mind would be selling now at this price when they could have sold weeks ago at the peak, if someone has that much coin they are not stupid let me tell you. They are selling to themselves to shake all the weak hands out and they are buying at these low prices as much as they can get to take a nice chunk of the supply to easily pump in future. Easy stuff just don't get scared hold and buy more, accumulation will soon be done.

237  Other / Off-topic / Re: 6 Years, not too bad for murder right? on: May 28, 2015, 11:20:35 PM
http://www.cnn.com/2015/05/19/us/tichelman-yacht-killing-sentence/

Its so strange to me how inconsistent our legal system is with penalties.  I know it wasn't an open and shut case, but imo she murdered the guy (allegedly).  6 years seems like a light penalty to me.

6 years is a light sentence for anyones life but it gets worse, much worse. I was unfortunate enough to watch my friend get stabbed in the heart when I was a little younger, time flys it was 8years ago. Anyway he was 27 and the guy/kid that stabbed him was 16. We was walking back for the local shop and he threw a chocolate at me missed and hit a window, the window turns out belonged to a family that has a lot of grief in the past  Undecided Someone came out and stabbed him 3 times killing him and cutting my hands and arms. Court gave him 2 years for my friends life because my friend used to be a criminal, 2 years manslaughter with diminished responsibility. Oh he had cable tv and a easy time while in there and now is in witness protection for the rest of his days. Legal system sucks
238  Economy / Gambling / Re: Coinbet.ag-Bitcoin Casino-Instant Deposits, Withdraw-Live Casino, Dice Tourneys on: May 28, 2015, 11:11:28 PM
Zero confirms doesn't work, there is a reason all good casinos don't offer it. I would revisit that.

The team has thought this through very well and put nearly three years into it within the bitcoin casino world.  It can work exceptionally well, but you must have checks on withdrawals and you must have mechanisms in place to protect against unconfirmed transactions which the staff does as well as no poker.

If it works so well why did Betcoin.ag stop using the 0 confirmations? That aside it is looking good and loving the dice tournaments which looks fun and even better because you get to check one of them for free, count me in and at least you are not bringing the same as everything else that is already out and there is clearly an attempt to bring more to the table. I will be standing by to see how you do and testing the instant deposits and withdrawals.
239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would Ross Ulbright be facing jail time if..... on: May 28, 2015, 11:02:02 PM
I believe while he is under the country law they would have found a number of charges for him, if not the same as he currently has. Got me thinking what if he ran the site as normal from international waters on a nice boat away from their laws would he face jail, now that would be one to look into if you wanted to be kingpin. The horrible thing he must be thinking in his cell is he could have walked with millions and just gave the site to someone he trusted like the number 1 seller for all the time he was there and cut a deal ya know. Alls well that ends well, now he has nothing except a friend in prison named big bob.
240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ross Ulbricht Jailtime Poll on: May 28, 2015, 10:52:31 PM

He won't get killed but he will find a boyfriend and be able to goatse in no time. lol

If I was going to be in prison for 20-40 years I'd want a boyfriend haha. Will help pass the time at least. I doubt he's going to get locked up with gangbangers any way. He'll probably be in a prison for white collar criminals and nonces.
If they are going to make an example of him, they are going to place him with terrorists and murderers to deter anyone from doing what he did

the problem is.  is that nobody *HAD* to die.

if the gunman *knew* Jesus Christ he would have just simply taken the money and not killed anyone.  but because of this bozo this guy gets death for killing him surreptitiously via a third person.

You know this, that must have been the easiest scam ever by the friendly chemist, yep I think it was him all the way from start to finish reading the messages. All to scripted, anyway that aside the judge will deal with the facts before him not conspiracy and the judge is no doubt ready and waiting to give him max sentence. 50+ years this sentence.
