That's a good question,  for me I would set my investments in a half. Because I really like both of those, and I really want to have them, so 50% on Ripple and 50% on LiteCoin also would be a great idea I think.

 I always took some percent of my crypto earnings for my family needs and also for some vacations and activities, because if not then I am working for nothing, if I cannot enjoy my own money

Of course I think it's going is more risky than bank investments, because bank gives you some guarantees that they will return your money and your money will grow on particular amount of percents.  and bitcoin is highly dangerous and you don't have any guarantees

While the first one is highly undervalued, the second one has not enough spreading among the community. So from those two I would definitely choose Ripple, just because I like the project more, and I think it will show itself in near future more.
