And there is tricky story about icoforums bounty manager stolen 15 eth

I am sure that ethereum is going back. I don't know whether it is a rebounce or steady growth, but i am in long position right now.
As for other top 100 crypto according to coinmarket cap, I would advise you to buy some of them as well.

Even if i stop doing bounties it doesn't mean, that i stopped participating in ICOs and broken my crypto belief. I predict like 2 years future of bounties and then it won't be profitable and worth doing. Anyway i will keep investing and using crypto no matter how bounties will be

Some of projects don't use managers service, they don't waste money and launch bounty with own manager. Sometimes such bounties are more profitable and sometimes famous managers lead scam campaigns.
