i'm having a question regarding the cards limit on withdrawal for Greece. There is a limit every week on the money you can withdraw from ATM. With this card applies the same? Or you can withdraw as many as you have available?

E=coin/Wirex really need to get this loading/tranfer issue sorted out properly and for good. It totally defeats the purpose of a card if you cant be sure things are going to work as they should when you need to use it!!

My 0.17 btc still Pending can I have your support ticket number and/or registered e-mail, please? I've posted it in the previous page, sent you pm just now as well. Hopefully you will fix the transaction for pending for so many days. that was neither your e-mail, nor the ticket number. Managed to identify the transaction, but you clearly haven't made it easy.. К кому обращаться, если фактическая комиссия за снятие денег в банкомате списалась в размере 13.3% от суммы снятия? Ситуация такая. Карта евро, снятие происходило сегодня в Турции в размере 2000 лир. Было списано 547.37 Евро + 2.25евро ваша комиссия. На сегодняшний день 547.37 евро по любому мониторингу курсов это 2266 лир. Получается комиссия за снятие 266 лир с суммы 2000. Я встречался с комиссией от 1.5 до 3%,но не 13.3%. Что по вашему мнению это может быть и к кому обращаться?
не должно такого быть, что-то не то.. Либо курс поменялся между моментами, когда вы снимали и проверяли, либо какая-то ошибка. 2.25 евро - комиссия не наша, мы ничего не берем с ваших расходных операций, это комиссии мастеркард и банка-эмитента. При снятии в валюте, отличной от валюты карты, комиссия выше, чем в в валюте карты (ATM transaction international). Комиссия мастеркард за конвертацию валюты должна быть 3% от официального курса мастеркард (не уверен, с какими источниками курсов вы сравнивали). Если это не отвечает на вопрос, просьба написать в support@wirexapp.com с зарегистрированного емэйла с указанием всех деталей транзакции - если действительно есть проблема, будем разбираться.

Hi, as I understood you are changing your website on https://wirexapp.com. What is recommended to register on the old site or new? If I'm interested in virtual unverified card - can I receive funds on my card from the 3rd party (other wallet from other person who wants to transfer money on this card) without problem and without verification? I couldn't find information about this. Also if the transfer is in rubles the card will exchange it on internal rate or it is preferred to send money in the same currency as the card? Пришлось специально зарегистрироваться на данном форуме, надеюсь хоть здесь перестанут игнорировать и можно будет услышать разъяснения по поводу куда пропали мои средства. В целом работа e-coin.io меня устраивала до 23 числа. ( К этому времени по карте было снято не менее 10000 евро). 23 января пополнил кошелек на 1btc, сделал трансфер на карту, биткоины списались. А на карте ничего не появилось. По тикетам уже третий день игнорирование. В истории аккаунта отображается только пополнение на 1btc,а куда далее они ушли с баланса- не известно. Все это наводит на мысли,что компания готовится к скаму. Хочу в этом ошибаться и прошу быстрее решить мою проблему.

проблему просто решили, форумы ни при чем - мы же не можем увидеть тут, кто вы есть, и идентифицировать аккаунт иногда саппорт бывает перегружен и отвечает медленнее, чем хотелось бы. Но это никак не повод "наводить на мысли". Слишком давно компания уже на рынке, и слишком большие планы, чтобы "готовиться" к такой ерунде. В случаях задержек, пишите здесь или в личку, но надеюсь, и без этого все будет решаться быстро

Domestic = same currency as the card International = different currency than card's So if you are withdrawing money on an international atm you pay higher fee + conversion fee 3%? yes. So, it is not optimal to withdraw small amounts in a foreign currency. These are the bank's and MasterCards's charges - nothing we can do about it unfortunately..

Can't generate a bitcoin address, can I use an old address that I generated last night @gosha? Should card loading work as usual ? Edit: card loading stuck again, this always happens to me when i need it the most please have a look at ticket id 47707, operation timed out again... Edit2: card loading went through, so that part is fixed but i still have a pending deposit which should be confirmed tx id: 1696543 if you could look into that Edit3: All has been fixed in the end, support replied decently fast. indeed, it's proving more difficult and time consuming, as it is not only about the card-to-card feature - many other things are planned and keep popping up as we move forward, including much more detailed ledger, account statements, multi-language support, etc. Unfortunately, don't have a definite ETA yet, will keep you posted on the news.. Meanwhile, the mobile app is upgraded and updated on regular basis, so, it contains all the latest features we are implementing
