So not only did Josh and Jessica plan on paying for a house by "cashing in Paycoins"...

Looks like Grandma Homero planned to RETIRE off of it!

Guys we're about to move the market, the target is 25

25 cents?
Imagine all those people who spent $20 back in Dec for a coin that can't even make it up to two-bits now?

Don't see Garbonzo's cars listed on there.

Gaining approval is easy, it just has to be better than the previous version and accepted by the exchanges and you can force an upgrade by blocking old versions. If you need to upgrade to the latest version to use the exchanges and if you also have new features then you definitely would.

But I'm here just for the entertainment value, we already have PayCon that we can make changes to since we always have 100% approval. ie. If you don't like it, make something better.

How about this: offer any legitimate XPY holder the opportunity to convert into Paycon at fixed ratio for a period of time.  Destroy the XPY as you receive it, and viola Paycoin 2.0.  Of course you blacklist conversions from the coins held in the PCs, as well as any coins that can be traced to a GAW or Garza wallet without proof of payment (to protect the poor fools who ended up buying his dumped coins).

AND the way to do that is to have an exchange that has both coins on it. Let XPY holders buy Paycon if they want. If the Paycon group wants to subsidize that, all they need to do is list paycon on the exchange for very low XPY prices.

The reason this coin should just die is very simple.

The moment paycoin 2.0 or whatever "legit, LOL" approach get introduced, everyone will just try to convert to this new paycoin to try dump and get out of this mess.

It will be a continued effort of pump and dump. As we can clearly see from the people who invested on the back of $20 promise, these same people simply got involved to see the coin rise a bit to dump it for a profit. This whole paycoin scam was funded by get rich quick greed investors and operated by the king clown Homero.

Oh, I agree. The people in charge of these non-profits and other entities were intimately involved in running this shit stain up the flag pole, so suddenly they're going to change their stripes?  Doubt it. Not to mention that paycoin is set up for a bi-annual meltdown in this bidding for prime controllers... IF this ever did start producing money for anyone beyond the group involved in launching this scam, how long do you think it would be until a terrorist organization won the prime controller bids? This whole coin was promoted on the no-qualifications, no identification, now we're running to unregulated hong kong and unregulated off-shore tax haven dubai.... so, once these prime controllers are moved to dubai, who do you think would be the winning bidder (assuming they made enough money to even justify their electricity)?

But, if Paycon holders want to entice the XPY community... that's their business and they can do it in the open through the exchanges, not using some coded back door program. That way, the rest of the paycon community can choose to stay or dump based on their preferences. That would be no different than if XPY holders chose to convert to BTC through the exchanges... I certainly wouldn't hold it against BTC if the XPY holders dumped.

So is he in jail, on the lam or what?

He's not in jail. It's unclear where he is and if he's running. A good chunk of posters believe he's in Dubai. Josh himself claims he's in Battleboro, VT.
I tend to think he's in VT / CT .. his ego wouldn't like being all alone in Dubai where he doesn't have his throng to stroke him on a continual basis.

Within the last day someone who was a former customer of GAW reached out to me to tell me his story. Basically he is a single father raising 2 girls who works very hard and looked at cryptos in a way in order to potentially get some additional revenue to save up for his daughters college fund.

The PM was really long, detailing a lot of things I would rather not be made public (especially since he asked me not to post anything directly), but the premise of the PM was 1. this was the first time he got involved with cryptos and 2. he bought some of the mining gear from GAW because of the promise of "always profitable".

It was really an upsetting story, and tugged at my heartstrings. The upside of it is that he is not in the poor house or homeless, just having to pay for some poor investments and pushing other things off a little longer.

I largely suspect that a number of folks who were GAW customers were also new to cryptos.

And he's not alone, this guy got evicted, lost his child and is now homeless  Undecided

https://hashtalk.org/topic/34710/invites-so-let-me-get-this-right

Yet he's still making his fiance invest in it, i'm not going to say that he deserve what he's getting but seriously, wtf is wrong with theses peoples  Huh

Yeah and he has still internet access on the street come on and of course the most importand gear for a homeless person a freaking laptop gaw is to blame for alot but not for bullshit storys like this

Not sure his country... but being homeless doesn't automatically mean you're sleeping in the streets. People often start out couch surfing until their friends and family get tired of it. Also, a notebook would be really helpful in job hunting and they're cheaper than most of the other options available today.

Anyone want to dig through the emails with Zuesminer to see if he was trying to con them?

I'm genuinely curious to know if there was ever a time when JG wasn't trying to con someone.

I would guess he purposefully moved a lot while in the womb so he could con his mom's metabolic system into birthing him more quickly. Really, there's so much fraud to commit and so little time.

Josh is so full of shit he clearly went through the anus.

And this, children, is why anal sex is so dangerous.

One thing I have notice repeatedly is how MrGanza™ turns into a bully when he doesn't get his way. He always offended when others play honestly.
He was clearly going to cancel the order once he got his confirmation as he had no need for "real" miners since he had already moved on past that silly business to "always profitable" PNG's

I like this part.

So.. if the SEC decides paycoin were an unregistered security... how does that work?  For example, if you sell unregistered stocks in a company, do they declare the stock invalid? It seems that Josh is probably sitting on a couple million paycoins and even if he gets convicted of anything, he stands to walk away with a hefty chunk of money when everything has died down.

Quick comment/recommendation. I pulled down the wallet yesterday and have v1.5.0...

In all of the "move before the fork or forever loose your coin" you never say what version is 'safe'. I know it's a pain, but you might want to put the current version number on the #1 post so people like me who will read that in a week and think "did I upgrade?" can just check version number.

Also, on your about page (in wallet), you should span paycon copyright into 2015? Wouldn't that count for a major innovative development under the garza dev program? Don't want ya'al falling behind :-)

Also... sorry so rude, someone gifted me paycon... thank you!

So, I finally got the wallet loaded (just didn't take time to download/install)... it installed no problem on Win7 and caught up on the sync.

So, are there any faucets out there? I'm not on any of the exchanges and hate turning over all that personal info to get a few coins to see how this POS works... it totally messes with my 'stealth mode' plans for Dubai.  Grin

Actually I know the guys that are doing the FaucetEmporium and they want to setup a PayCon faucet Smiley
Willing to help if I can... not a bright bulb, but am persistent :-)

I was wondering myself also how fast Twitter was on it.
But would he post himself stuff like that?
My bet is he had a very easy to guess password.

He should have invested 10 Dollars in ENPASS and use strong 16 digit passwords plus 2FA

I could see a pissed off wife or girlfriend posting some of that stuff if she knows the gravy train is heading off the cliff anyway.

You mean Twitter? Not think so. There was a picture of GAWDS wife`s boobs also.
Well, not the worst boobs though.

I think it was some guy who simply brute forced his Twitter Account.

Password was maybe like "password123" or " josg123" and thatīs pretty easy

rah, roh... how'd'u git muh passwurd?  Now need to get a twitter account so i can change my password before they take away my CISSP Grin

To me the fact that Josh cannot keep his personal information secure, he has no business absolutely no business pretending to be some tech/financial guru that does not have the skills to protect his own information then he certainly cannot protect "the investors/customers" information.

<snip>

Sending credit cards in plain text in email... that is beyond not taking care of his own shit... that's down right enough to piss off all of his banks!

Then, the paycoin foundation may have sent out an email that all their credit cards used at GAW were leaked on the internet?  And, they phased it as "All credit cards used at GAW"... so, that's not just the one email that's been posted here because that was just a couple transactions by a couple people... so, it sounds like SOMEONE from GAW internals is a tad bit on the disgruntled side and going full bore to shut everything down. If those credit cards were actually exposed, then we'll see just how "insured" the GAW operation really was because they'll be on the hook to pay for Identity Theft monitoring for all those card holders for the next year AND they'll have Secret Service crawling over their systems to determine how the compromise took place.

I agree with you, I'm not sure how much of these leaks were hacks or intentional leaks.  I also find the twitter "hack" a little fishy because they had it under control really fast and he was back tweeting in no time, anyone with experience knows thats a little unusual albeit not impossible.

Sucks they got the twitter under control so fast... that guy was either really good or had worked up a routine before taking advantage of the account. Those were really funny...

THEN to top it off the other guy complaining that Josh had posted private information on a public board... at first thought "from the leaked emails"... NOPE. He was complaining about Josh's post made by Josh to Hashtalk.

"Mineral was claimed to be a "fastest growing" crypto currency exchange and a replacement for Paybase, however it has not shown any significant trading volume...."

Yes the one thing everyone would love to see is Josh holding a few hundred million Dollars worth of customer funds. Mineral seems to have zero chance of ever growing large.

It's already running in GAWsome Hotel CaliforniaTM mode... people can't move or trade funds for a day or so.

he is golfing atm in Dubai. the strategy planned was that he would drop his US citizenship

i doubt you can drop it if you are convicted of crimes tho

edit: is that Joshua Miles guy Mutant on HT?

I thought this Joshua guy went by "Chads4x4" or such on HT. He bailed about a month ago. Gotta love Amber's reaction " Holy Shit! There is some fucking idiot that wants to accept Paycoin! WTF do I do!" Uhhh- maybe the same thing as was done with the last 100,000 merchants that were said to be accepting Paycoin ??

Well... she'd gone through it with all those hundreds of thousands of other businesses already... but she was on the sauce that day and feeling all froggy :-)
