There should be another three or four - one when I was pissed at them as well - if you cant find them then let me know Smiley
Nothing too exciting or revealing there.

Actually it shows that AnimoEsto was honest when he came here and was obviously trying to help GAW/paycoin on real issues that MrGanza had no interest in listening to since it didn't really progress the scam.

It also possibly shows that he was reluctant to sound the alarms when he didn't get the proper response from Josh.  It isn't clear what his reasons were for that.

Also, I would bet my left nut that "Josh's" response was not written by Homero. The spelling is far too correct to be him. Probably that marketing dude John Caceres or Dan Kelley.

Adam Matlack 1/5/2014: "Not but 30 seconds later, the Holy Spirit slapped me upside the head and said "what are you thinkin'? What are you doin'?" It was an emphatic "NO". And I got - just guilt started to cover me"

I was under the illusion my NDA was actually enforceable, it wasnt until later when I learned that it wasnt (I am in the UK and not 100% conversant with US Law) that I contacted the SEC

An NDA is never enforceable when you are in your right mind and suspect clear fraud. NDA's are only enforceable for trade secrets however if the secrets involve fraud then it means nothing.

199 'Black Widow'
261 'Falcon'

Well, it's from Jul 20, which, IIRC, which means at least the Blades are virtual, and they're still probably transitioning the others. This is before they forced the GAW hosted miners to move to Zencloud, so this is probably a fraction of all hosted miners, only the most recent.

Yeah, but they can fight it in court and break you with legal fees. Sure, if you're able to hold out through the entire process, you'll eventually get your attorneys' fees back, but you still have a mortgage to pay and kids to feed in the interim, which could be a couple of years.

NDAs are more valuable as intimidators than actual enforceable documents. This is especially true internationally, and it's a pain in the butt trying to get a functional NDA together for someone in Canada; I can't imagine how hard it is to get something enforceable in place for Europe.

Whoza Whatza?  I pretty much bailed on Paycoin at it's start, the launch was a total failure and the red flags all started waving at once.  But I think Animo is definitely cleaner  Tongue

EDIT: oh and yes I seriously tried providing constructive feedback to JG until I realized it was falling on deaf ears.  The 180 began once that hit me.

Hahaha

I do your returns and you do not meet the second requirement.  Also I have a USAA statement in your file and that account had a value of $33,000 at 12/31/2013.

Like Josh said he tries to report as little as possible.

The IRS is going to ream him so hard soon. Very possible for him to get away from the SEC and the other 3 letter agencies but by his own statement he just activated Team IRS.

$33k balance yet he owned a ferrari, maserati, tesla etc. Clear and obvious tax evasion at work.
well i submitted IRS form 3949-A for him. since he fucked people out of money, why should he get to keep his illegal earnings. anyone can submit one. just fill out as much info as possible.

Hopefully alive, death is way too convenient for him.

He's not in jail. It's unclear where he is and if he's running. A good chunk of posters believe he's in Dubai. Josh himself claims he's in Battleboro, VT.

That my friend is Josh's latest patent.

I believe it is called Iron Cameltoe by Homero.
