The north and south polarity on these forums is hilarious.   There's the 'if you sell you're not a prudent investor,' team, the 'if you don't sell, you're not a prudent investor,' logic, and then the 'if you hold, you're greedy' camp.

Offshore is a grey area that people are often simply too scared to take advantage of.   It's often a difference between actual and only 'claimed' extraterritorial jurisdiction.   Unless there is an agreement between the countries involved, or the presence of an identical law in Country Y, breaking Country X's laws in Country Y has no real implication or causation.       

Originally used it as currency and still do.   The investment gains was blind luck, but I'm very happy about it.

No doubt the original poster doesn't know.   None of us know.   The same for the people saying that 'it must recover.'     The market has no 'must.'   I think it'll recover and continue to increase in value just because it's still not really mainstream, but I have also seen a lot of commodities simply just stabilize and find equilibrium.   That's actually a good thing for most currencies.
