These are perfect news. I was thinking the whitepaper was too summary and doesn't represent the value of the project, I am happy that you made these arrangements to make a better whitepaper. The announcement about ico date was all we expected, I want it as soon as possible but on the other hand, I am worried about the upcoming fork. Hello everybody! We would like to announce that SCT is now listed in Etherdelta. In addition, SCT will be listed on several exchanges after the ICO. We have already contracted with three exchanges, but Etherdelta is the only one which we are allowed to name at this point. Rest of the exchanges are revealed after the ICO.
I don't think that you needed to make an announcement about etherdelta. If it is an ethereum token, etherdelta listing is inevitable. I hope other exchanges don't take so long time after ico. |

If this project is completed as promised, uTrust could be a big player on the digital crypto payment market. Allthough it has been done before, and the whole is not new, it's nice to see that the idea has some extra features added to it. I might have overlooked, but does this project only works with a mobile app or will it also be using some sort of card to make a payment? Just thinking about the plastic in the pocket, but.. I rather have no card, just mobile.. I intend to lose it anyway  So.. without further due, looking forward to see this project be a success. I see there are already a lot of reactions on this post, but wondered if there is still need for a Dutch translation? Would be also interested to hear this answer. But I think they will not have any card, didn't read it in the whitepaper. Nope, they don't have a card or statement about card at the moment. But they can make one like paypal in future. |

BTC will going down after hardfork, and people will invest in diffeent ICO. So November must be a good time for alrcoins and ICO...
Nope, one more fork is on the way and it will probably become more of a deal. Probably December will be good for icos. |

I have a question about the product, how will you avert people use some kind of blocker for sharing their cpu/gpu power? There is adblock now also there is miner block so what is your solution to this?
Will you go with people don't use such a blocker mechanism or will you do like "close your blocker" to see the page?
It is a well-thought project by the way, promising some future.

The critical thing here is marketing. All effective strategies to bring in the people or the consumers into using the app by OpenMoney have to be utilized. One way to get there is to put a strong community that can help push adoption...maybe a sort of a referral system can be implemented giving rewards to people who can bring in another member into the fold. I am sure that OpenMoney team has already been thinking about this as they are one of the best and proactive teams in cryptocurrency right now. We especially who are here should be playing our part because the success of OpenMoney in the open market can also be our success.
Indeed marketing is everything! Open Money is doing a great marketing with there extended bounty campaign. Because of this bounty this project is reaching a lot of people and that is great. I'm still very curious about those announcements  What about the ICO date? Not just their bounty campaign, they are all over the internet right now with great articles. They don't just appear unless there is a good marketing campaign |

Yes, 5000 was the hard cap of the pre-sale and it was the soft cap of the project. Now it is not how much more investment will be there, the project will continue no matter what happens. |

Do they really contributed 6438954 / 450 = 14308 ETH? Or this digit is sum contributed on presale + ico?
During ICO they have contributed 675 ETH = 303750 SCT (at the moment). Another 6438954 - 303750 = 6135204 SCT is early investment from an angel investor as I know. I think so, too. But that would mean that this angel investor holds almost all tokens, that's not good. Hopefully the launch of their platform will run smoothly and will successfully bring in many customers. Its still better than sold out on ICO, but the price goes downtrend after that. I don't think that sold-out or not affecting price after it hit exchanges. I saw too many projects hit hard cap in seconds but lost value in exchanges and i saw too many projects barely hit the soft cap but after exchanges it got skyrocket. |

Hey, I might have found a very common situation that is not covered by the whitepaper. Or maybe I overlooked it.
Alice orders a physical book about cryptography. She uses UTRUST to pay Bob. Bob is a trusted merchant with a high-performance rating. The funds are released the next day.
2 Weeks later Alice has still not received the book. UTRUST cannot help her, because the transaction already went through. Now she has to go through the usual way of asking support with the merchant.
As sellers get higher ratings and the holding time goes down from 21 days to 0, the level of buyer protection by UTRUST goes down to 0 too.
It is not necessarily a bad thing though. Things like the example above happen also with Amazon, and they handle buyer complaints pretty well. Usually they will just resend the book or refund the payment.
So there is a hole for, long scams. He starts a business, in some time he made his holding time 21 days to 0 and after that, he made a huge discount and disappeared from not sending it. You can't say it is impossible but not a very common thing. |

Today at OpenMoney we had a question for all app developers who are following our project.
Are you an app developer? If so, what is the hardest thing keeping you from incorporating crypto into your software?
Not an app developer but I have an answer for it. Maybe cryptocurrencies market cap is 165 billion dollars but still, the majority of the population didn't know it or don't know what to do with it. It is also same with app developers or for their customers. It's a big leap to bring your app to crypto besides there is not a platform to make it easily. Open Money will fill that gap at least. |

By the way, would it be possible that forum members who are active here can be given some special discounts during the ICO of OpenMoney?
I never saw this kind of execution for any ico before but Open Money has unique ways of handling all of the things so maybe they can make such a thing. But probably we shouldn't miss the exclusive pre-sale for cheapest prices. Still, it will have only 18million $ for the hard cap and market cap can easily make 3x with the current crypto market so 0.10$ still cheap for Open Money. |

Yes, actually %90 of the questions in here is already answered in the whitepaper but you can't cure laziness About the ico date, I don't think there will be another postponing. If you have a community willing to help people always ask questions. People ask me all the time IRL for things they can google in 1 second  People are lazy, I also ask for things can I can search for meself. UTRUST has a great community so we welcome all newcomers to this project by answering all questions Its difficult for newcomers to browse through all these pages. There are some newcomers who come and still not too interested in the project they went to. If we answer their questions, maybe we can make them interested and then they start doing research and reading whitepaper. what came first the chicken or the egg. should we answer questions for noobs or let them read the whitepaper? I think the latter might be better. If i know the answer and like the project i always give answers. Maybe in return of my answer, the project gets some eth from that person. |

Companies will pay for data in DAT tokens or in other cryptocurrencies (ETH, BTC) ?
Yes, as per their Whitepaper Data consumers pay in DAT tokens. So, companies must conver their fiar to DAT tokens and than pay in DAT tokens? or how? yeah, that's the gist of it. I really don't think this is likely. My thinking that they will pay with fiat and datum will convert it to dat. |

Just read that SOMA is based in Helsinki, Finland. This is surprising. I wouldnt expect such a small country come up with a big platform like SOMA
